Lovely place to be when you need some peace and quiet. A magnificently built clubhouse that cater for everyone with very diverse interests like bowling, karaoke singing, bodybuilding, and a place for the kids to play around with. Of course also a great restaurant with a nonstop supply of buffet of delicious food. After a hard day of work or swinging of your golf club, you deserve a moment of relaxation.

I am from NBSS, went there for a dining etiquette workshop on 11 Jan 2023 in the afternoon at the dining hall, the chicken was so undercooked and very disgusting to the point that even 2 of my friends got food poisoning, and it is a MRE (meals rejected by everyone). I wish I can give 0 stars as a review.

My birthday babies (my daughter and brother)had a wonderful time there, eating n celebrating… The staffs were very accommodating esp with regards to our large group seating arrangement and with little2 needs! Thank you!!

Book 2 hotel rooms for my in Laws coming from overseas for a week. Requested connecting room, they initially told me that they can only give 2 rooms apart but they in the end they gave the 2 room far apart from each other. Service that we have received has been bad. We have informed and requested them to the fix the Hot water for few days. No action has been taken even writing feedback to them..... Only after 4-5 days then technician came..

Good> greenery> good price for a big room > buffet is not too bad. Bad > staff attitudes and willingness to help. Front desk and also the palm front desk lady amazing on her PHONE skills. Room is outdated and poorly maintained.

Basic hotel amenities. Can be better in terms of air quality in the room and carpets (requires a lot more care). Nonetheless the housekeepers were pleasant and thoughtful. The wash area at the pool and the laundry room needs more attention too. I believe it can be way better.

Customer service needs to be improved. Booked the Grand Ballroom as event venue and the Sales Team is not very service oriented. 1. Event falls on a public holiday which meant that deliveries are affected that day. Tried to arrange for early delivery and was rejected. Only relented after reminding that no deliveries can be arranged on public holidays. 2. Wanted to set the venue stage in a certain way, but Sales Team kept quiet and only responded to requests when asked - not proactive to serve customer requests. 3. Some food items in menu differed from selected items and responsibility was simply pushed to the restaurant. 4. No system for providing customer feedback.

Incredible colonial feel of space and buildings. Its worth a new experience. Very peaceful and away from the city.

Booked a family deluxe room for 1 night and paid about 300++ (but $200 deposit so you can count as $500++ initially). Perhaps the steep price may be owed to the golf range, and while the stay may have been acceptable, it was not worth praising. The room does not look like the pictures shown! A drab blue carpet, no bed scarf, and NO WATER PROVIDED BY THE WAY. Surely the hotel staff should have time to at least put the bed scarf? We even checked in at 8pm+ for goodness sakes! Definitely not worth the price. The only redeeming factor was the view from the balcony. But then again, the rattan chairs on the balcony were torn. Just underwhelming, only good for a short shut eye.

Amidst a scenic backdrop of evergreen foliage littered with the occasional colours coated in lavender petals and laced with pink blossoms wavering in the afternoon zephyr, OCC always gives off the impression of landing in somewhere other than plain old everyday Singapore. Food for thought the next day you come by.

The resort experience is there , pool, driving range and course, bowling alley etc. Rooms are standard with ample space to move around and relax. Lots of parking space and it's free parking! However, food choices is limited so may need to prepare some in advance.

I always thought that it's quite hard to come in here but with the convenience of private hired car. Coming here is pretty easy and convenience. Golf range is huge and many great facilities. I will come here on a Sunday for my golf session followed by high tea buffet at the restaurant. Good place to spend on a Sunday.

there’s a free shuttle to and fro yishun mrt, about every 20 mins or so. has ample activities & shops here!

Pretty run down place in all aspects. Golfing still in covid measures phrase, one member one guest.. Guess is ah Gong funding, so revenue is nvr an issue for tis club.

Went to ballroom for fine dining experience for sec sch learning journey. Was a great experience for us teenagers and would be great for more sec sch students to check it out! Nice design and beautiful ambience.

Great Service during our long 2weeks stay! The housekeeping and reception staff were very hospitable and attentive to details, especially for my mother in law who is wheelchair bound. They took good care of us! The rich greenery and scenic golf course gave a pleasant and relaxing stay! 😊

Superb place to stay and enjoy. Location is out of city . But superb golf club and swimming pools. Cool atmosphere. Fantastic location for stay.

The Receptionist who attends to us very friendly. Rooms are spacious near swimming pool. This is my 2nd time in OCC. Hopefully near the future will have more Halal Certified Cafe or Restaurant to dine In & Chill.

Attended wedding. Quite a large location, a little hard to reach before and after during crowding from the country club, golfing area. Otherwise it's a nice location away from the usual local city jungle.

The room was okay, clean and neat but the furniture could be old though. The bowling lanes are very good, oiled and well maintained. The location is a bit off although it needs 5-7 minutes drive to North point mall. Quite a distance to the city.

My sis held her wedding lunch in this location. First time I'm here n instantly I fell in love with this place...I feel so peaceful,kind of the right vibes if ur looking for a weekend gateway...

Ww have had two very good experiences (wedding dinner reception & family gathering) I have also attend. Few corporate events here. We have had an overall great experience. What brings us here repeatedly, is the warmt and genuine nature of the staff.

Room was spacious and clean. Check in at 3pm (quite late, normally 2pm at other hotel) and you need to pay $15 per hour if you want to check in earlier. Food at restaurant was bad, the same quality as hawker center or food court but price for 4 star hotel. The view was great. The location is far away from all the tourist places, but it’s the only hotel in Yishun, then if you need to stay in Yishun then it’s your perfect (or only) choice.

Had the opportunity to celebrate with a banquet at OCC. It was the most horrendous experience. The food was over cooked and tasteless as compared with the food tasting. It's almost a joke that they served 2 different meals. The wait staff were rude and when asked for items in English, asked if we could speak mandarin. Plates were never changed, dishes were never served. I'm appealed that the sales staff are proud of the club. Beware if you should choose this location for anything. I know I won't, and I lost this as a reflection of my experience and disgust. I guess like all plants, they wither and die, and I guess it's the twilight now for the club and thus the horrendous service? Buyer definitely beware

My niece had a beautiful garden wedding.The weather a bit hot but the buffet spreads is yummy!! Ample carpark and free too.

Was here for a corporate event. The venue and its banquet facilities I guess are pretty much the same since i last came here a few yrs ago. Food was decent. Ballroom was definitely spacious. But location wise a bit situated in one part of Yishun. Those with public transport can be a bit of a travel.

Cosy and quiet place. Good for those who looking for a peace of mind. Love the weather and scenery. Very much enjoy the landscape and I don't see staff walking and loitering around guess/member areas so I don't feel disturb at all. Will definitely come again

There was a lounge serving good steak with a great ambience facing golf green. Recommended to chill and rejuvenate there.

This is a very beautiful country club sign few international restaurants. The resort style bedrooms are designed to blend in with the nature surrounding the club. With the attached golf course, this is really a heaven for golfers smg also the family members to have a relaxing vacations. The driving range near the entrance is also open until quite late at night with very bright light. You can practice your swings any time you like.

Came here for wedding lunch at the Grand Ballroom. Food from Ban Heng was great. And the venue is spacious. The shuttle bus is handy for those who don't drive!

Dendro will open next year and then Aranda will undergo 6 months of renovation. Overall, the new greens at Vanda have poised fresh challenges to most golfers.

The country club needs more signboards to show the hotel entrance. We were in the main driveway and there were signboards toshow everything else but the hotel lobby. Even the taxi and grab rider could not really findthe hotel lobby. The taxi driver dropped us at the main drop-off, this was where we could not find any signs to the hotel lobby. Rooms are huge and clean but a little musky and old. Needs upgrading. We got a family room so it was super spacious with 3 beds and a sofa. The view is beautiful. There is a balcony, great for a cup of tea and fresh air. We saw a little stream, and greenery from our room. We saw squirrels running along in the trees! Pool is clean but needs a small wading pool. It's great they have a playground nearby, for the kids. Perhaps the hotel can have dispensers for drinks and snacks.

My girl has ballet and gym class at the Club since she was 5 and now she is turning 11 this year. The environment is clean and place is quiet. The Café offers decent food and drink menus. Nice pool since not crowded. The Club is more than just a Club but part of my life for the past few years. Unfortunately nowadays there is no supermarket for me to hang around during my waiting of my girl's lesson.

I would have given 5 star. A classic country club. Facilities and hotel rooms well maintained. One of the best golf course. And it’s gym… USED to be the highlight, the hidden gem in the North. So well equipped and spacious, not crowded at all. Quiet and peaceful with friendly staff that were like family. Until the club decided to let a private gym owner run. It becomes terrible. Space now compromised, half office half gym. Equipments are cramped, paint work an eye sore and you have personal trainers roaming around looking for clients. What a waste. Huge huge loss for many gym goers around the area. The past 20 years will be good memories now.

Member’s Club Pool absolutely pristine. clean and well maintained! the shower facilities and toilet there have definitely been renovated…. would be happier to shower there than back in the poorly maintained hotel bathrooms… no doubt big family room, spacious with lovely view of the Greens. But the carpets are old, musky like it’s never had a deep carpet clean in years. ants in the bathroom as well. beds were alright. and appreciated the channels on tv to keep the kids occupied. stayed for 2 nights and really the saving grace was the club pool. would suggest the hotel have a pool towel desk closer to the reception rather than making us walk all the way to the other end of the club past subway just to sign in and out for towels.

Just take a stroll along the side will give you good calm and peace of mind atmosphere. The spacious car parks lot and the free parking comes in handy. The food galore is awesome.

Location is alright. Not too deep into the forest. Hotel rooms were alright but just that alittle dirty and with many ants. Can tell that housekeeping does not change the bedsheets every day as there were still the same black spots on the bed as the previous night I slept. Overall is a nice place to stay

Good place for the family. Good restaurants. The bowling alley where kids under 7 can join the adults bowling. We had an enjoyable time. Here

So relaxing. Stayed there 6 nights. Great food, atmosphere. My 9 yr old daughter loved the pool. Safe for children to walk around. Will certainly return next year for another 6 nights during the school's short term break🤗

Went there for a 1 night stay with my friend receptionist were good handled the booking well. Room was clean but since the place is surrounded by greenery insects are easy to be encountered. No eerie feeling nothing to be afraid of. Good experience

Eaten there several times just because my mom loves the wide spread of variety food. She claims that the prawns are big which I personally find its differ (size medium) on occasion. The food was not that great and not that bad. Its worh the money during offer 1 for 1. What I like about the place is that its over looking a reservoir and if u're holding a wedding.. it is perfect.

This golfer cafe overlooking to the beautiful golf course, surrounded with Orchid plants. The food here is quite good especially this peach gum cheng t'ng, highly recommend to try. I went there for an afternoon tea time with friend, love the ambient, serenity and calming.

Heguru right-brain training is one of the best early childhood a child can get, and this Heguru Centre at Orchid Country Club is a convenient go-to place for residents in Northern part of Singapore.

From a hotel that was built in 1993 I did expect the slightly run down, musty room. I was also happily surprised by the shower that heated quickly and had great water preassure. Buffet dinner was delicious.

Currently learning golf with a private tutor here and really love the driving range. Spacious, airy and well maintained. Plus it is great to have the golf balls automatically coming to you which saves me time and improves the golfing experience!

Looks wise- it is pretty dated and old. Premises are well maintained and lawn is good (from what I can observe). If you’re staying at the hotel there, do note that only the rooms are air conditioned and the corridors and lobbies are non air conditioned. The swimming pools need a facelift too. It didn’t look too inviting.

A great ballroom with relatively good food. I just don't know why they have to make the PA so loud that it is deafening. It's almost to hear one another at the table n it literally hurts the ears. This is despite feedback to the manager to lower the volume. It's a shame. I would have given 4 stars
