Not
sure
even
where
to
start.
Supposed
to
be
a
3
stars
hotel,
but
it
was
worse
than
a
2
stars
hotel
for
many
reasons.
I
understand
it
is
a
social
enterprise,
hence
many
youths
are
training.
The
person
in
charge
failed
to
do
the
hospitality
job
properly.
Rooms
were
damp
and
mouldy.
The
ceiling
seemed
to
have
mould
and
dust,
not
cleaned
for
a
long
time.
The
air
con
vent
was
full
of
mould
or
dirt
and
I
worried
for
my
health
for
breathing
in
bad
air.
The
hanger
where
the
cupboard
was,
had
specks
of
dust
flying
around.
Carpet
seemed
not
cleaned
for
ages.
If
you
think
the
room
was
bad,
the
bathroom
was
worse.
There
were
lots
of
insects
flying
around.
There
was
no
ventilator,
hence
the
next
option
was
to
open
the
windows
and
insects
started
flying
in.
I
was
referring
to
10s
of
insects,
not
just
one.
No
shampoo
or
conditioner.
I
had
to
change
rooms
because
the
first
room
they
gave
was
ridiculous.
It
had
a
huge
stench
and
the
beds
were
blocking
the
door
such
that
it
would
not
even
open
fully.
I
stayed
for
8
nights
and
was
told
only
2
bottles
of
water
and
cleaning
was
done
once
a
week
🫨🙄
(meaning
just
before
i
checked
out).
Yet,
they
still
had
the
decency
to
charge
for
service.
They
refused
to
oblige
when
requested
to
clean
additional.
Towels
were
prized
gems
here.
If
you
like
to
get
new
towels,
make
sure
you
gave
them
the
old
ones
to
exchange
for
the
new
ones.
Otherwise,
no
old
towels,
no
new
towels.
I
enquired
about
shower
after
check
out.
The
ridiculous
answer
was
to
hang
on
to
the
old
towels,
bring
it
with
me
and
use
it
for
shower.
They
would
not
provide
new
towels.
Was
planning
to
use
the
swimming
pool.
There
were
too
many
restrictions.
You
needed
to
exchange
for
the
pool
card
and
there
was
a
timetable
of
when
the
pool
was
not
accessible.
It
was
not
purely
for
guests
use.
Luggage
storage
was
DIY.
You
practically
had
to
grab
hold
of
the
luggage
cart
on
first
floor,
push
to
3rd
floor
(where
you
arrived)
and
pushed
the
cart
to
your
room
to
unload,
then
pushed
the
cart
back
to
first
floor.
Even
writing
the
procedures
made
me
tired.
The
location
was
ok,
with
lots
of
food
and
mrt
stations.
But
it
was
a
pain
to
cross
the
traffic
junction
to
the
dhoby
ghaut
station.
I
could
understand
if
the
"social
enterprise"
like
to
provide
some
training
ground.
However,
the
price
charged
was
ridiculous,
as
high
as
$180
off
their
website.
It
was
just
a
super
rip
off.
Not
one
that
I
would
take
kindly.
Keep
your
money
and
stay
elsewhere.
There
is
no
service,
no
quality
and
worse,
full
of
bugs/insects
in
the
room.
Avoid
at
all
costs.
