Friendly New Owners with beautiful reception to match. Wonderfully & fabulously refurbished and everything is new and clean! Had a great time there! Cleaner and cosier than all the other hostels nearby.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and great staff. The perfect combination! I decided to stay at the Trey based on their great online reviews and I don't regret it. The staff are great, always friendly no matter what time and always making sure you're having a pleasant stay. The rooms themselves are spacious with comfortable beds and kept reasonably clean. In general, a stay at the Trey is not like your typical "backpacker hostel" experience (dirty, cramped rooms, rock hard beds and disinterested/rude staff) and this great hostel comes highly recommended by my self. Will definitely go back if I ever return to Singapore!

I stayed there During My Trip to Singapore! Believe it or Not, It is the best Out there in town for Travellers . I think That One Should Go n Check Out this Place ! Totally Recommended! Clean Rooms, Beds, Toilets !!

I didnt find recepciones becouse he is duty till 19.00, how we turn on air conditioner without remote, this place very not recomendedddd

Staff are friendly and nice, the bathrooms could use some improvement, and watch out for bedbugs!

Teerible, we did not even have a light bulb at the dorm, smells, dirty, full of bed bugs and completely different of what you gonna find booking on internet though the pictures

The dorms are abit too tight to do any admin. Abit pricey for the kind of place it offers.

Walked-in, book a bed in room 301, april 27, 2016, 2pm, then came back around 9pm to rest early... its so itchy, im getting allergic reaction...then saw a bed bugs fall off from the top bed (double deck bed)... Not just one.. 2... lots of it.. big small and baby bugs... so disgusting! Checked out ASAP 1am, April 28. Worse accomodation ever!!! FULL OF BED BUGS EVEN the OTHER BEDS!!! HAVE PICTURES AS PROOF!!! On/off elevator lights (scary) Dirty rooms... Smelly rooms... Linens are full of spot of blood... DON'T EVER STAY THERE!!!
