I've
been
looking
and
trying
out
a
few
gyms
around
me
before
I
came
across
KOS.
My
colleague
also
told
me
that
she
tried
a
few
classes
here
through
a
class
pass
app.
I
have
never
been
interested
in
boxing
or
worse,
working
out.
But
due
to
some
minor
health
conditions,
I
have
to
push
myself.
I
gave
KOS
a
try.
I
like
the
vibe
of
this
gym.
Everyone
was
friendly
and
nice.
I
did
my
free
trial
under
coach
Faz
and
it
ended
great.
He
was
so
patient
with
me
and
taught
me
some
basic
boxing
skills.
While
I
was
doing
my
free
trial,
there
was
a
sparring
class
going
on.
The
coaches
who
were
facilitating
it
were
Coach
Jo
and
Coach
Krishna.
I
noticed
that
they
were
so
hands-on
and
positively
praised
the
members
who
were
boxing
inside
the
ring.
Then,
I
reminded
myself
why
not
sign
up
for
6
months
and
see
how
it
goes
for
me.
Maybe,
I
will
eventually
learn
boxing
skills
while
losing
some
weight
right?
So
I
did.
The
gym
offers
tons
of
classes
that
will
build
up
your
core,
stamina,
strength
and
boxing
skills
which
could
be
perfect
to
burn
your
fat
while
enjoying.
The
coaches
gave
you
pointers
every
after
class
and
I
felt
like
they
were
hands-on
in
nurturing
you
and
guiding
you
towards
your
fitness
goals.
I
hate
exercising,
but
when
I
join
KOS...
I
started
to
love
working
out.
Coach
Kumar
sat
down
with
me
to
talk
about
my
fitness
goals
and
that
opened
my
mind
to
things
that
I
don't
see.
He
imparted
me
with
good
pointers
that
I
must
uphold
regarding
my
fitness
journey.
Discipline
and
conditioning
your
mind
and
body
play
a
big
role
in
achieving
your
fitness
goals.
I've
been
attending
for
a
month
but
the
memories
and
friends
that
I
have
gained
couldn't
be
measured.
I
love
how
the
coaches
established
the
routine
of
getting
to
know
the
members
before
we
started
our
workout,
the
pair
work
where
we
motivated
each
other
and
even
did
fun-filled
activities
like
we
were
a
kid
during
our
warm-up
sessions.
I
also
couldn't
forget
how
I
stayed
back
with
the
rest
of
the
members
to
surprise
Coach
Kumar
on
his
birthday!
The
members
brought
food
that
we
could
eat
as
we
chitchatted
and
decorated
the
gym
to
feel
the
birthday
spirit.
It
makes
me
feel
like
a
family!
The
bond,
the
joy
and
the
rapport
were
present.
Of
course,
I
will
not
forget
the
lovely
ladies,
Ms.
Grace
and
Ms.
Sharifah
who
have
been
so
patient
in
answering
questions
and
concerns!
They
always
have
a
big
smile
on
their
faces
every
time
I
enter
the
gym!
KOS
is
not
just
a
gym!
It
is
my
new
family.
To
the
coaches,
coach
Faz,
coach
Krishna,
coach
Kumar
and
coach
Jo...
Thank
you
for
motivating
me
and
always
telling
me
that
I
can
do
it!
You
guys
are
the
best!
I
will
never
push
myself
to
its
limit
without
your
encouragement
and
positive
reinforcement.
