a
member
for
a
year
now,
even
though
I
do
not
write
a
lot
of
reviews,
I
would
like
to
share
my
experience
for
people
awareness.
-
Communication:
At
the
time
of
subscription,
you
will
have
exchanges,
follow-up
etc
but
once
done,
forget
about
it,
except
for
some
Private
Classes
(not
free
of
course).
I
have
sent
an
email
for
the
Cancellation
and
No
renewal
of
my
contract
after
a
year
of
membership,
I
haven't
received
any
response
or
confirmation.
I
realized
they
received
my
email
because
I
have
been
charged
for
another
month
in
1
day
!
(PLEASE
READ
THE
CONTRACT
CAREFULLY).
-
Management:
I
am
just
commenting
about
the
COVID-19
management
here;
While
most
of
the
clubs
closed
in
March,
here,
the
club
decided
to
continue
and
closed
only
on
7th
April
2020,
even
though
since
March,
people
already
stop
coming
to
the
gym.
On
top
of
that,
the
members
have
been
charged
during
the
months
of
Lockdown;
(yes
the
membership
is
extended
accordingly
+
1
more
month
for
the
13th
month
paid
after
cancellation;
So
even
though
I
wanted
to
leave
ASAP,
I
still
have
few
more
months
and
I
will
still
go
and
do
my
stuffs
there).
-Facilities:
The
machines
are
good
but
I
did
not
subscribed
for
this.
I
did
it
for
classes
but
with
COVID-19
and
self-distancing
the
main
interest
was
gone.
-
Staff:
A
huge
turnover
within
the
staff
(Teacher,
management)
Luckily
only
few
staff
members
are
nice
and
help
the
club
to
be
better
and
more
attractive.
Overall:
At
the
beginning,
I
was
really
excited,
we
recommended
this
place
to
friends;
but
now
after
a
year,
I
don't
recommend
this
place
(lack
of
transparency,
no
communication
but
very
fast
to
charge
members)
and
I'd
rather
pay
more
for
a
better
Quality
service,
management,
transparency,
etc.
As
I
haven't
received
any
answer
after
my
cancellation
(only
noticed
an
amount
deducted
from
my
account
as
confirmation),
I
do
not
expect
any
feedback
and
I
will
continue
to
use
the
gym
until
the
end.
