😠 Only have went for a consultation but left with terrible experience. I do not recommend. I spoke with the eldest coach.     Only have went for a consultation but left with terrible experience. I do not recommend. I spoke with the eldest coach. He asked me if I had any experience in working out so I told him that I have been doing crossfit. Since then, all he talked about was how bad crossfit is. All I wanted to know was how this fitness center is managed. But he kept telling me about how crossfit is going against health physics and this explanation is crucial to explain about fitness too. As a crossfitter, I acknowledge the facts about Crossfit's pros and cons so I asked him politely if he could exclude the talk about Crossfit and tell me about fitness itself. However, he continued on with his lecture eventhough he knew that the customer enjoys and likes Crossfit. I respect his opinion as an expert who has been in the field of fitness for a long time. On contrary, I did not feel respected at all. If he knows that much and studied long in the field of Fitness, I think he should know how to respect other fields of sports too INCLUDING the people who are positive about it. It wasn't a simple explanation to persuade a customer, it was an unilateral criticism. I hope he does not treat other people the same way. // Expressing his unpleasant feeling and telling a customer to leave seems very unprofessional for a reason that customer has different thoughts.

    Been training with Krystle at Level for over a month now! I can honestly say that this has been the best workout experience in SG that I’ve had so far. The staff are so nice and helpful, even when I was just trying them out on ClassPass. And the trainers are all super friendly and encouraging! The gyms are both clean, cosy and have the necessary amenities for you to shower after you work up a sweat.

    I signed up for personal training sessions with Bryan while recovering from hamstring injury. With a personalized and well designed plan, I was able to recover and strengthen my hamstring. I am able to squat and do hinge movements with weights progressively. I have also started boxing now. Bryan is very friendly, experienced and communicates effectively. I would highly recommend him to anyone who need help with injury management/ personal training. World class training!! Thank you Bryan!!

    I prefer this branch over the Robinsons branch. The only downside is that the toilets (not bathrooms) are shared with the whole building. The space is clean, spacious and smells really nice. Enjoyed the small class size and great instructors!

    If you're looking for a community, trained professionals and great equipments, Level is for you! I've been training with Eva and I cannot recommend her enough. She's very practical and will emphasise on exercises that will be helpful for your every day life/chores. She adapts your session based on your needs and how you're feeling (if I'm sore somewhere, I know I can rely on her to come up with a tailored programme to focus on another area). I'm much stronger and feel great. Level is my to-go gym for both PT lessons and classes. I have recommended this place to a few of my friends and even my husband has joined me now 😊

    I had approached Alex with severe lower back and neck problems. Over a 3 month period Alex worked closely with my condition to develop a bespoke training and strengthening program to suit my needs In 3 months I was able to begin a regular running and weight lifting schedule with no pain. He also advised on a regular training plan which I could use in any gym (including while traveling) to ensure my back problems do not recur I would strongly recommend Level to anyone with injuries or someone who needs a experienced trainer with Physiotherapist experience It was truly a pleasure to workout with Level and Alex in particular 😃

    Level is a great place for those new to fitness and also for those working to push their fitness to new heights. With group classes, personal training, yoga and rehab available, I have access to a holistic approach to fitness/wellness with an emphasis on longevity. With a team of professional and non intimidating coaches, the training environment at Level is hard to beat.

    My experience was similar to a recent reviewer, I was also shouted at, and thrown out by the owner Augustine who to make matters worse was also my personal trainer. I had spent thousands of Dollars on sessions but had not lost weight and was simply asking for more guidance within my training programme about managing my diet but instead he shouted at me not to tell him how to run his business and to get out. During the PT programme I had whilst technically proficient I had always felt like a source of money rather than a valued customer despite paying a high hourly rate and having been going for many months. Sessions tended to end early which over a course of hundreds of sessions adds up to alot of lost time and expense, and long periods of some sessions were spent by the trainer dealing with his business issues or guiding other trainers whilst I was ignored. In fact he also embarrassingly would chastise junior trainers right in front of me and at some points virtually brought them to tears, That may contribute to the staff turnover. At the end of each course of PT sessions there was a hard sell approach to renew which made me feel very uncomfortable.

    Just renewed my contract for 30 more sessions with my Personal trainer Jacob and I feel even more motivated than when I joined for the first time . I have been training for last 5 months and have already transformed in terms of weight ,body fat %, lifestyle and of-course how I look . I joined my first session on my colleagues recommendation with motivation to get out of a lethargic lifestyle as well as shed some weight before my wedding day . Starting from the first day I was highly impressed by Jacob's understanding of the exercises and their effect on the body .He pays a lot of attention to posture while doing any exercise . Jacob knows best how to push the limits as well as what's the breaking point which ensures that I am exhausted enough after the workout but never un-sustain-ably over-trained . I was able to reach my target weight :) before I left for my wedding and it wouldn't have been possible without ample support and motivation from my trainer as well as nutritionist Joan . Currently I am graduating to new workouts as I continue to lose weight and build a better physique ! The atmosphere is like a family with smiling faces all around and a lot of happy customers . Highly recommended ! P.S. - The after-training stretch sessions are the best !

    I would like to thank Fitness Factory who has turned me from a newbie about fitness and has no sport activity in nearly 20 years to a person who able to hold himself with tense exercises. A special thanks to my personal trainer Nat & Jessika who never give up on me & been patience on me. “Stay focus,Stay Focus, you can do it, yes you can do it….” What a good encouragement that I can heard from my PT when I'm in exhaustion condition.

    Coach Wu is an amazing trainer who is extremely wise and knowledgeable. After doing CrossFit for several years, I’ve a lot of experience but unfortunately also severe lack of body awareness, leading to a lot of injuries and also stagnation in fitness. Within a few sessions, coach has completely changed my form and brought awareness to many parts of the body I never knew was functional. A thinking man’s perfect coach! :)

    John is legand! I started working out with him because I wanted to be a better climber. He was very patient as when I first came very out of shape. But he gradually pushed and each week im surprised what else I can do. If you are looking for great trainer, John is epic! He is also hilarious which makes working out fun

    I have been training at Level, under John since 2019. John is very good at making you understand your body flow , enhance your strength accordingly. If strength training is what you are looking for, look for John.

    Attend Kenneth's Calisthenics Class! It was a great experience. The class was structured and self-paced since everyone was at different levels. Kenneth's demonstration and instruction of the exercises were clear and concise. He was also ready to answer any questions I had and correct my exercise form when needed. I had a lot of fun working out and making new friends. The reception desk staff was friendly and greeted everyone with enthusiasm; it made me feel like I was at "home." Level is in a good location! It is well equipped, well maintained, and has great space! P.S. To the management, do consider getting a better and more ergonomic chair for your reception staff. I felt that they deserved better! Other than that, everything is great!

    I train with both Coach Wu and Erik Lane, and both are amazing. Coach Wu is *the* go-to person in Singapore if you want to learn how to do Olympic Weightlifting with the proper technique. Not only does he actually know his stuff (Coach Wu is the former member of the Chinese national weightlifting team and the former head coach of the Singapore Weightlifting Federation), but he also breaks down the various movements involved in Olympic Weightlifting in a way that is intuitive and easy to learn. Despite being in high demand, Coach Wu is always personable, humble, patient and respectful. Training with him is a pleasure. Erik is also a wonderful personal trainer. He tailors the training program to your specific training goals and helps you work toward them. I had been training for 1.5 years before I started working with him, and I am still learning so much from him. All in all, I am very happy with this gym. If you want to get stronger, improve your mobility, gain a better awareness of your body, and do everything safely while having fun, this is the go-to place.

    I resumed my personal fitness routine back in July, and started to get myself back to my basic fitness level about 4 months later. At this point, I felt I was ready to take it up a notch, and started my first session at Level in November. I've not needed to find any place else to keep myself motivated and challenging myself to keep getting better and stronger. Level welcomes everyone, regardless of your fitness level, and training experience. Their group sessions are small, so you get enough attention from the trainers, and the programs are safe so you can learn the basics and progressively handle more load and intensity. Staff and trainers are very friendly, and keeps you going. If you need variations, they can also modify the movements for you. Highly recommended for quality training and friendly faces!!

    Great personal training gym in the CBD. Trainers are knowledgeable and flexible to meet your needs. The gym itself is great, lots of equipment and space. I always look at the showers/lockers and Level keeps theirs pristine and stocked with nice products. I've been training with Jeff for around 6 months, he's pushed me to improve while also keeping our sessions fun! Highly recommend Level for personal training.

    Overall, the atmosphere is really encouraging and it's a really great space to work out in. The personal trainers are both friendly highly qualified in helping clients of any level or discipline, and there is a strong emphasis on technique before strength, which is critical. The small group classes are brilliant for building stamina and strength under the guidance of very supportive instructors. Definitely beats a standard-issue club gym!

    My Partner recommended Levels to me as he has been with them for several years. I now work out at the Robinson Road branch with Erik (my nickname for him is Erik the Viking). I enjoy the gym as its friendly, fun and i am exercising at the same time. Erik has a great sense of humour and we work well together. He personal and social and introduced me to other Level clients and i have joined other activities with them outside of the gym including rock climbing. Erik educated me on the exercise types i do and ensures they are completed properly. I really enjoy working with him. Overall i have been made to feel very welcome at Levels and look forward to my twice per week sessions.

    I love training at LEVEL because the class sizes are perfect and I feel like I get enough attention from the trainers especially when I am trying out something new, I want to make sure I am having the right posture and doing the right thing to maximize my training goals.     It’s an amazing space with really good vibes to train in - decked out with top gym equipment from Eleiko! (and even the place smells amazing).     If you're looking for a gym like I was with a brilliant atmosphere then Level is a great place. The trainers take their time running through each exercise and each work out hits the right areas to help strengthen and condition your body. The trainers are super friendly and don't pressure you into going overboard and ensure that while you're working hard you are also doing it in a safe manner and enjoying yourself

    I've been training at Level since they opened in 2014! I witnessed their transformation and expansion. What a great gym facility and most importantly highly qualified trainers. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly, taking seriously their clients' needs and pushing hard to get us all in shape. I am very excited about their new location on Robinson Road as well, because of the classes offered and special sound proof yoga studio, which is a great place to wind down in a busy heart of downtown.

    Hands down the best gym for personal training in Singapore (I can't comment on the group classes over at their Robinson Road location because I've never done them before). The trainers are not only specialists in various fields and areas of sports and fitness but also incredibly passionate about what they do. But here's the main difference between Level's instructors and other trainers I've had before: they're incredibly amazing, caring, and supportive people who are really there to help you achieve your personal fitness goals while bringing fun to your sessions. Sessions may be pricier compared to those of the average gym, but it's an investment that's worth it if you're really looking to change your health and fitness lifestyle for the better.

    I've been training here quite often and I love it. The class choices are great, you never get bored. You can get a nice combo of strength and cardio from a single class (skill class) or just a good old strength workout where you also learn how to do the movements properly (structure class). There's other classes as well, but these are my favorite. The trainers are also very nice and friendly and they make sure to explain and illustrate the movements so that anyone can understand it. This place is pretty popular, so sometimes it might feel like there's too many ppl. Though, the Telok Ayer location tends to be less busy than the one at Robinson's Road. And if you're cheap like me, it might feel like the subscription is a little too high and you only have 2 options for the regular classes (10 classes or unlimited). I use ClassPass, but after 4 classes the price for a class doubles. So I wish this would change so I can go more often :)

    Working out at Level is pretty much one of the best choices I made for my fitness. It keeps me on my toes and the grind is well worth it. The trainers are experienced and they know how to push you to your limit, within safe standards. Definitely would recommend to any of my friends.

    Level is a great facility with a top notch crew of profeesional trainers and therapists. My trainers Ray and Jia are always there for me whether it be to build strenghth and endurance, or help me work through some nagging old sports related injuries.There are PT therapists on hand too. Highly recomnended professional studio for those that want / need serious one on one individualized training programs. Rob Siddons.

    Great place in the heart of the CBD with high ceilings in the main training area. Ideal place to go to perfect your form for deadlifts and weightlifting. The atmosphere is non-competitive and yet you will push yourself to your best LEVEL. ;) Training here is always a good experience, and best done in the company of friends, old and new alike.

    I travelled from Hong Kong to see Coach Wu at Levels Robinson to improve my Olympic Weightlifting. I had such a great time learning from Coach Wu - he was very patient and understands how difficult it can be for one to change some bad lifting habits. He is definitely one of the best weightlifting teacher I've ever had! Levels Robinson Rd is a beautiful facility. It never felt crowded at the gym. Brand new Eleiko bars and plates. Highly recommended!

    Best gym ever! Been to many commercial and boutique gyms in Singapore, I have to say LEVEL is the best. Trainers (shout out to John) are professional, qualified, patient and fun! Time flies whenever I'm training there. Top-notch equipment. Platform, bars, plates from Eleiko. It's a dream come true place for weightlifters. Good vibes from staffs, extremely friendly and helpful. I feel welcomed and at home all the time. Great facilities. Toilets, showers, lockers, towels, hair dryer, you name it, they have it! Variety of services. Not just personal training, they have group classes, wellness such as yoga, rehabilitation. Location, right beside Raffles Place MRT and sheltered! Last but no least, most importantly, the gym is SPARKLING CLEAN AND TIDY. No smell, no sweat stains, equipment are all neat and in place. Love it! ♥

    Thanks to Azri from FF for training me. I definitely took both knowledge and muscles away from this place and am genuinely happy with my progress throughout. Not only did i manage to shred some weight over time, but i now understand more on mind-muscle connection as well as controlling various muscles that i had not activated before. Trainer Azri was really patient by teaching me step by step to follow a certain range of motion that would optimally exercise these various muscles. Overall, I definitely recommend this place as their trainers are really committed and detailed with explanations and their training, thanks FF!

    I have been training here for the past 7 years and have experienced growth at various stages of my journey of trying to gain mass. I would like to affirm that the training methodology works and the trainers are professional, with the technical expertise and knowledge to adjust the training routines as various training objectives are met. As an aspiring athlete, one must be willing to push oneself in order to grow. My trainer Jacob has been encouraging. He has deep understanding of how muscles work in isolation and in tandem with one another. Besides instructing me on the procedural aspects of each exercise, he also shares with me the theoretical rationale of each movement, thereby enabling me to maximize the benefits of each exercise. As a result, I am able to achieve growth within my zone of proximal development.

    Training in fitness factory had been a mind blower. The knowledge and experience of joan and Augustine are so in depth that it had change my entire training method for many years. Not only I realised that most of my past training are wrong but also hazardous for safety. For all passionate gym goer, this place is a must visit for eye opening about training and nutrition.

    The team at Fitness Factory have easily become my family. In my fitness and resistance training journey, not only do I have the professional experience of my trainer Jacob, but I feel like the whole FF team are behind me. Trained with precision by Augustine and Joan, they all know their stuff from inside out and will always take the time to say hello and give those little hits of motivation when you need it most.

    Training with Jacob in Fitness Factory for the past 5 plus years has been an amazing journey. It is all about customization and training according to your needs, requirements, ability, medical history etc. I am happy to say that I am satisfied with the results that I have seen so far. Jacob is a tough trainer. He knows when to push you hard to your limits (which is most if not all the time) and when to relax and let you take a little break. He ensures that I get the most out of each training and he does his very best for me which I appreciate. Jacob has ample knowledge about fitness and he is willing to share and help people achieve their fitness goals. In a nutshell, he is excellent in what he does and he does it whole heartedly. I am glad that I begin my fitness journey with Fitness Factory years ago and I will continue to stay with them for many years to come. Thank You F.F

    I have been with FF for over 3 years and have been enjoying getting trained by Jacob. My overall strength and fitness improved so much in a short space of time that I was able to perform exercises I would never have attempted on my own. Jacob has taught me to find and strengthen my core, proper form, the types of movements/exercise needed to target problem areas. My muscles and posture look better I think. My workouts are challenging and full of variety. Personal training is one of the best investments I have ever made because it never stops producing results. They are extremely encouraging and pushes me to achieve the goals I have set for myself. Thank You Jacob and to the Team at FF :-)

    Most amazing sales tactics. Great at getting renewal. Mercenary vibe. At the last few sessions, my trainer increased weights and intensity, previewed new exercises and mentioned including other body parts to be trained in the next package. These made me feel I had to renew package to get stronger and had something new to look forward to. Nutrition advice was a one-off meal plan prescription that would need another payment to update it if training goals changed. Despite being consistent in training and diet, I got partial results and was told to renew package. No prior warning or remedial action to stay on track. Augustine said "Our trainers have shown you all they can, the rest is up to you." Unconvinced, I tried a different gym whose package of fewer sessions helped me achieve full results, trained me full body with full intensity and gave me daily nutrition advice. No delay tactics to get me to renew package. Best decision to leave Fitness Factory.

    Defensive and condescending towards concerns and differing opinions on training progress. With many long-time clients, they are not respectful towards others. Default style: small range of motion, high repetitions, lighter weights. There is pressure to renew PT for unattained goals or for "maintenance". Trainers are not fully independent (owner makes his presence felt when they are training clients, by correcting both trainer and trainer's client). Trainer does not track client's diet in detail. Nutrition consultation is optional and charged separately by the hour. At another gym, an experienced trainer charges more competitive rates, reviews and corrects client's diet macros on a daily basis, provides training plan for non-PT days: to help client achieve goals within the existing PT contract. He addresses client's concerns respectfully and finetunes his training based on client's feedback. No hardselling to renew PT. Do your research for better value and service.

    Augustine and Joan run a gym that continuously seeks to improve itself and to not simply rest on previous successes - this includes hiring staff with sports medicine backgrounds and maintaining ongoing education and training for that staff both onsite and at international symposiums, etc. One has a feeling it’s a team effort at fitness factory (all trainers know me by name regardless of having never trained me) My trainer, Jessika, is not simply motivating, but knows how to push you that extra mile. Noticeable improvement is quickly realised with her dedicated, professional and precise training. I definitely recommend!

    Started training with Tee since May this year and over the last 5 months, I’ve lost almost 4 kg but importantly, I’m feeling fitter and stronger. The exercise regime is bespoke and safe, making sure that I am able to do them before moving to the next level. Nutrition advice from Joan is useful, making me more conscious of what and when I eat. Staff at the centre is friendly and encouraging, motivating me to achieve my goal to be a healthier me - fitness and strength.

    I have been attending personal training sessions at Fitness Factory for about three years now and it is part of my weekly routine. The trainers are very knowledgeable and know the areas which I need to work on, which makes for an excellent personalised work out. I wasn't a gym user before I started here, but with the technical expertise of the team, in particular my personal trainer, Jacob, I have learned how to use the equipment in the best manner to optimise each exercise and stay injury free. When I did pick up a knee injury playing football, Jacob was able to tailor my routine to help with my recovery alongside some physiotherapy. The atmosphere is friendly and not at all intimidating for first timers and serious body builders alike. I highly recommend the whole experience.     I joined fitness factory to keep fit and to gain some muscle. With other gyms, i did not know how to use the equipment and how to train specific parts of my body, however, my trainer Azri taught me with instructions that i could understand easily. In my recent spartan race super which is 13KM, i placed 23rd place overall, out of 1500 plus adults and 1st in my age group (15-17). This is all thanks to Fitness factory. My goals were to not lose to my classmates and friends in terms of fitness as i felt like i was behind

    I have been on the PT plan here since the start of January 2019 and can't rate it highly enough. I was a total beginner and I wasn't sure if i would enjoy it but decided to give it a go anyway and it's definitely one of my better decisions! I was assigned Jessika as my personal trainer from the offset and honestly i coudn't be happier, she has a great personality and is very likable and easy to get on with. Jessika has shown me a great deal of patience and encouragement, giving me pro-active advise on how my technique can be improved and why its important to do things in a certain way, and was also also very astute in understanding my initial abilities which means that whilst pushing my limits and working me hard (which i have found i like!), she is training me within my boundries in pace and level that is manageable for me. As i result i don't feel disheartened and am thoroughly enjoying my PT program, I can already feel significant improvement in my strength and fitness levels in the past 5 months. Looking forward to continuing under Jessika's care to see where this program takes me :-)

    Fitness Factory (“FF”) came highly recommended to me by a friend. I had lost quite a bit of weight in early 2018 as a result of a health issue, and had mentioned to my friend that I wanted to get back into better shape and build up my strength again. The service and staff have met all expectations from the start. I was well informed about the commitment required in order to achieve what I was after. The exercises and pace of the training are well explained and managed. The culture at the gym is a friendly one, and is a place where everyone knows your name when you walk in. My trainer – Jason – has certainly added value to my experience. He has an interactive chatty style that allows for a lot of feedback and exchanges on each exercise. I am made to understand what we’re targeting, why we do things in a particular way and how to do each exercise properly. He also teaches me how to incorporate certain techniques into my daily lifestyle as well. Before joining FF, I had only done resistance training once before – about 10 years ago – for a short period of time at one of the mainstream gyms. When comparing my previous experience to FF, i would say that the approach at FF does vary significantly, for the better in my view. There is a lot of focus on posture. In the last six months, I gained about 3.6kg of weight, which includes a 2.4kg gain of lean mass. One of the times I feel the biggest differences is when I’m running. It feels much easier. My back also feels much stronger, and people keep telling me I seem taller because i'm hunching less.

    I got to know about Fitness Factory when the team came to my company for a health talk. A few of my colleagues were already training with them and I wanted to give it a try. It was also my first time taking up personal training. Fitness Factory have been a driving force in helping me achieve my personal fitness goals. Unlike most places, Fitness Factory focuses on longevity and results, rather than short term gains. With their unique methodology, they teach you to isolate individual muscles for a more targeted workout. My trainer, Jason, also made sure to educate me to incorporate techniques learnt into my daily lifestyle, making my life more efficient and effortless! I am now more conscious about my posture than ever. The best thing is: over the course of 5 months, I managed to lose 5.2 kg of fat mass, and had my body weight drop from 89 kg to 84 kg! After training at Fitness Factory, I feel lighter, stronger and more flexible. Be it a beginner at fitness or looking to take your fitness to the next level, Fitness Factory is definitely the place to stop by. An exclusive gym with friendly staff at the heart of boat quay.

    Was introduced to the gym by sister last Oct. Jessika was my PT; she's friendly, chatty , encouraging, always put in her best to explain what I'm training on and moderate the exercises if I don't seem to engage the correct muscles group. Feel my body is stronger after the trainings & I'm more conscious on how to engage my core muscles now. All staffs in the gym are friendly & it's very well maintained.

    I visited Fitness Factory with the goal to gain muscle mass to eventually compete in the bikini category in bodybuilding This wasn’t easy for me because I suffered from knee injuries in 2017. Doing squats or lunges seemed impossible for me. I met the man who started it all, Mr. Augustine Lee. After an eye-opening conversation with Augustine, I was heavily inspired by his 40 years of bodybuilding experience that I knew I had to work with him. 3 months into the resistance training with Augustine and nutrition planning with Joan Liew, my coworkers and close friends started to see the changes on my body (as often as on a weekly basis too!). They've noticed that I've gained more muscle mass on my upper body and around glutes area. Most importantly, they noticed that I've became leaner. Not only did I learn on proper mind muscle connection, Augustine has also been a great mentor in guiding me how to build a positive mindset on how to be a successful athlete. Resistant training and correct nutrition go hand in hand with the right positive mindset and attitude. I was lost before when it comes to fitness goals. With Fitness Factory, I'm no lost anymore!

    I trained by Jessika, she is patient and able to provide clear and detailed explanation during training. She will make sure i use the right muscle rather than just give training. She keeps motivate and encourage me during my hard time especially learning new exercise or no energy to keep going. Besides, the environment is good and the staffs are very friendly. I would definitely recommend fitness factory.

    It has been a pleasure to train at Fitness Factory. Before joining the gym, I was going to different physiotherapists to figure out how to improve my back and shoulder condition. After a month at Fitness Factory however, my injuries have definitely improved and I am finally starting to see progress. My trainer has been able to identify the key work outs I need to not only recover from my injuries, but also help me with certain physical tasks. For example, when I was travelling to China, I used all the techniques I was taught by my trainer to activate the right muscles and smoothly carry out physically strenuous tasks, such as climbing the Great Wall or carrying my heavy luggage around the subway, without straining my back. Thus, if you have any back/shoulder injuries, I would definitely recommend training at Fitness Factory.

    Been training at Level for more than a year I think. Have engaged Bryan as a PT for my ankle and back problems. Bryan is very professional and knowledgeable as a personal trainer. I’m very happy with the programming he has set for me, and pleased with the progress I’ve made with him. Most trainers would promise quick results, and will programme things that are not sustainable for you. But Bryan encourages longevity, and in doing things that work for you and that you enjoy. Would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to take their fitness goals to the next level!

    Coach Wu is a extremely good coach. He is extremely careful when it comes to details and making sure each exercise and rep is done to absolute precision. He’s able to prevent any formation of bad habits and adjusts any problems he sees right there and then in order to guide you onto the path of success. His attention to detail is what I think differs him from other coaches out there. He also passed a lot of valuable experience down to me and I really think I learned a lot from him.

    Always wanted to get back into a workout regime after child birth. Chanced upon knowing Eva through a mutual friend who trained at Level. Having a petite frame, it became increasing tough on myself to handle my growing baby. Hence, I need to strengthen my body for the physical demands of motherhood. Being a mum herself, Eva is very knowledgeable and stresses about the correct posture and engaging the correct muscle groups for handling a toddler. Not only a great motivator and trainer in the gym but also out of the gym, Eva will constantly check on any possible injuries or concerns that I may have. Eva is the perfect combination of supportive and encouraging, she will modify some workouts which will include baby in the exercise regimen. Eva’s positive attitude and engagement has definitely improve myself mentally and physically. I looked forward to training sessions with her.

    I stopped being active for a long time. I was intimidated by Daniel at first, but he must have sensed that because of how welcoming and supportive he has been during our personal training sessions together. He is very knowledgeable about his things too- it's nice talking to someone who knows what they're doing! Daniel really helps me feel confident in my abilities every step of the way; It feels great knowing you've got this helping hand on your side when trying to reach those goals we set out for ourselves from day one! Now I'm not as scared anymore - maybe by end of next month I might have met my goal!

    I have been training with Coach Wu for almost 2 months now. While googling for a weightlifting coach, I got excited when I saw that someone of Coach Wu’s credentials is actually teaching in Singapore. Olympic weightlifting is a sport of utmost technicality. With my shoulder labrum fixed in June 2020, I was set to find the best coach I could find - one to feel confident to train under. Coach Wu has the experience on coaching people of all levels - desk bound white collar workers who have inadequate mobility to squat to elite athletes looking to compete. He often supports his explanation with real life analogies making it easier to grasp certain concepts. I would strongly recommend for Coach Wu for anyone looking to train, and it needs not be related to Olympic weightlifting per se.

    I’ve met and attended a Coach Wu workshop more than 7 years ago but did not go further into weightlifting due to my master swim commitments. In December 2020 I came back to do Weightlifting PT classes with him and I’ve doubled my weight lifted in almost every exercise (whilst improving my lifting form) since in my short 4 and a half months stint. His coaching style has always been to emphasise a good feel for things we practice. There is no coincidence that according to Thorndike’s Law of Learning’s Law of Effect that we tend repeat what feels good and what feels bad we tend to avoid. On top of having a keen eye for the tiniest details, he also has a great coaching feel of timing of when to let his learners know what to change instead of just overwhelming his learners with information and instructions. This I observed as a swim coach of 14 years myself. Perfection is a journey of simplification. Learning with him is like endeavouring on this journey with the perfect guide that has been there and done that.. and that is an understatement. Book a session with him to try it out for yourself, guaranteed you’d learn something no matter how accomplished you already are in the field!

    I started my personal training journey with Eva Woon in Jan 2021... being a mother herself (with her cutie baby Josh as my training companion sometimes) she is able to plan a personalized and holistic program for me.... now I am in a better shape to run after my toddler. I also get support from a fellow mother who train with Eva. I hope new mothers can set aside one hour a week to have your ME time and trained with level trainers... it’s hard to imagine but our babies can survive one hour without us 😬

    5 ⭐️ for Bryan. He’s very client oriented. Understands the needs and the goal, and programs accordingly. Attentive during sessions, stickler for form. It’s been fun to work out with him. Big plus is the shared quest to find the best 🍔 in SG 💪🏻 With his support I shaved 6 mins off my half marathon PB, lost +5% body fat. Only downside is I had to give a lot of nice clothes to Salvation Army.

    LEVEL is what a gym should be - with trainers who are knowledgeable, experienced and patient, who also know to push you to your limit, a space that's open, well-lit and clean with good ventilation (not dank and crammed with machines like a Globo Gym), AMAZING SHOWERS and a non-judgemental and welcoming vibe. Class sizes are small, which is nice, I also like that they offer handstand classes taught by someone who knows what they're doing (@lornepeart, look him up). Highly recommended!

    This is a very fantastic gym equipped with high standards. The trainers are very skilled and professional. They know what they are doing and understand exactly what the I need. I have been training with Jacqueline which is very fun and I have learned a lot about how to do it a correct way and form which is the most important thing. All in all, I do really enjoyed to go to gym and look forward to the next session now!

😠 Beware of a Filipino instructor called Shawn. Sleep during working hours and when he was asked to go back n rest. He challenged the gym users who reported him. Always switch off all aircons n fans at 830pm so that he can leave work on time
