My sign up manager was Jack and he didn’t deliver the information properly. I had a bad experience. Please be careful if you are joining fitness first through this outlet.

No wonder these chains get so many bad reviews. Spent 45 minutes with inexperienced staff giving me the hard sell on various expensive long term packages I didn't need, eventually finding out they had short term ones all along. At the moment of payment told me I couldn't use the gym that day for a nonsensical reason and asked to pay anyway. Never again.

YMMV. My first time here was a subpar experience. I ended up not signing a membership then. Fast-forward a few months later, Nina who handled my inquiries and membership was fantastic. She signed up a trial for me and followed up about my experience during the week. I ended up signing thanks to her. Staff members Mya, Fatyn, and Nigel are welcoming too, in contrast to my experience last year. On the gym floor, the trainers are not snobbish and will help you out. I forgot the name of the super buff trainer who did my assessment, but he was very helpful. The class instructors are great for a gym, though can’t be compared to a dedicated yoga studio. Pool is usually quiet too!

Trainers are helpful and always on the look out for the safety and form of everyone in the gym.

It's a very nice place! May not be the ideal place for hard core bodybuilders but an amazing one for fitness enthusiasts. One of the best things is that it's membership is reasonably priced for its standard. The roof top pool is beautiful and looks almost like an infinity pool in the night. The staff is very very helpful and extremely well mannered. I once lost a ring there and the support I received to find it was amazing and highly commendable. There are many good group activities which are really nice alternative to a monotonous strength training routine. Highly recommended!

[STOLEN ITEMS] The gym is fine but I have forgotten expensive personal items in the changing rooms twice and they got stolen… When I checked with the receptionists, I was told that the cleaner saw them but was too afraid to put them in a locker, so somebody just stole them 😫 Very disappointing that such a fitness company does not have any process for the cleaner to follow when she encounters lost items.

Gym is good but Atikah the reception is the worse reception I have encountered in Fitness first.. I’ve been in many FF branch but I think this gym is the worst not because the equipment isn’t much but because of Reception like Atikah.. I mean u can explain nicely and everyone will understand due to current situation but the way she uphold mandatory timeframe of staying in the gym is not what I’m expecting for someone in front. She should be inside and do some admin thing. Let me teach you how, smile and explain it nicely and whoever is the receiver will understand. U don’t have to sound rude! Let me remind you, we’re paying and not a freeloader. When I mention that I have never experienced the way she treated me in other branch of FF like westgate and others, she said in a very rude tone, “that’s Westgate and this is Clementi”.

Gym is excellent except for overweight reception staffs trying to uphold robotic rules to appear superior. If u thrive in that kind of environment, please go ahead be a member. Terrible service staff, disappointing

Great FF gym. Its relatively less crowded in the mornings. The bath area is new and clean. Also has toilets unlike other FF gyms. Good space for crossfit workout. Best for beginners. Super friendly staff and instructors.

I liked that the gym is not too crowded usually, but my recent experience has been lackluster. The gym steam room at the ladies is sometimes too hot or at other times not hot at all. And twice during my visit there was NO water supply!! One can neither shower nor flush the toilet. I think this is totally unacceptable given it's not a once off occurrence. I strongly urge the management to look into the issue.

Compared to 2 outlets located at Buona Vista, the common service areas need improvement. The path leading to the toilets and bathing cubicles are slimy and does not give a good feel of cleaniness and hygiene. Since I only use Trackmills, they smell.

If you are heading to this gym, go after 7.30 pm at least between Tuesday and Thursday if you don't want to do classes or join the open training available. It's packed otherwise. Friday evenings tend to be the best :D

This is the gym that I visit frequently. Trainers are friendly enough. Equipment wise still can be improved. Still worth to working out there. Cheers!

It has a roof top pool, vibrating machine to help massage or tone body plus they have Muay fight pro which is Muay thai kinda moves. But you'll have to be a member to enjoy these classes.

I have come to use the steam room a few times but it was off. If the center wants to provide customer this service, please get your guys to ensure the steam room is on so the customers can use anytime. Customers are not your staff to check if the steam room is on.

Place is kept clean. The members here are generally friendly and helpful. You get all the help and enquiry answered by the staffs

Fitness First Clementi opened in mid 2015, and is one of the newer FF clubs in Singapore. The good: Great staff who are always friendly and helpful. Relatively quiet in the mornings, and great for early risers. Gorgeous 25m pool (with two dedicated lanes for lap swimmers) on the rooftop. The bad: Weights area is small, with limited equipment and machines, although adequate for a workout.

Been gymming here for one year. The staff here are friendly and are always open to suggestions. The gymmers here are also quite considerate and would not hog the equipments.

Entrance is on the south east side along Clementi Ave 3. You have to take an elevator to get to the 6th floor. The gym is pretty spacious compared to the one at Westgate. However, there aren’t that many machines to use. One of each type of machine like One smith machine, one leg press machine, etc. No calf machine. I think I’ll do leg day at Westgate next time. They have 3 punching bags if you’re interested in doing some martial arts.
