am
a
loyal
long-time
member
of
Fitnessfirst.
I
have
always
felt
that
the
employees
of
Fitnessfirst
are
very
friendly,
enthusiastic,
and
patient
which
prompted
me
to
continue
the
membership
for
so
many
years.
It
is
only
until
today,
something
happened
that
made
me
think
otherwise.
Not
only
that
the
action
and
services
provided
by
the
staff
is
unprofessional
and
least
helpful.
Today
I
went
to
Fusionpolis
outlet
to
attend
the
lesson
for
the
very
first
time.
I
took
the
elevator
from
the
parking
lot
to
the
23rd
floor,
but
I
could
not
find
the
outlet
nor
the
location
to
check
in.
I
only
saw
a
phone
number
written
on
a
door,
saying
that
someone
would
come
to
help
open
the
door
when
you
make
this
call.

I
followed
the
instruction
and
dialed
the
phone
to
ask
the
staff
to
assist
to
open
the
door.
The
staff
answered
the
call
and
check
with
me
if
I
was
at
the
door
near
the
toilet.
I
replied
saying
that
I
am
not
near
the
toilet
and
that
I
at
certain
back
door.
I
even
mentioned
that
the
instruction
attached
to
the
door
says
that
I
should
call
this
number.
I
am
both
perplex,
confused
and
‘blur’,
since
this
is
the
first
time
I
came
to
this
oulet.
I
was
rather
grateful
that
the
staff
said
he
knew,
and
he
would
come
to
open
the
door.
Alas,
I
waited
for
about
10
minutes,
and
no
one
came.
In
my
mind,
I
thought
they
must
be
very
busy
that
they
might
have
forgotten.
Therefore,
I
called
again
and
the
staff
replied
that
she
went
to
the
door
of
the
toilet
and
found
no
one,
and
I
should
have
gone
to
the
wrong
building.
I
am
perplexing
and
baffle
since
I
have
already
told
the
staff
that
I
am
not
at
the
door
of
the
toilet.
In
addition,
the
staff
further
reinforce
that
I
went
to
the
wrong
building
without
further
confirming
my
location.
I
repeated
to
her
that
I
am
outside
the
door
where
the
instruction
with
the
check
in
QR
code
is.
I
had
to
further
explained
and
reassure
her
that
I
am
at
the
check
in
QR
code
with
the
fitness
first
logo
there.
In
order
not
to
waste
more
time,
I
asked
for
her
mobile
phone
and
sent
her
the
picture
of
the
door
using
whatsapp.
Out
of
the
sudden,
the
door
pop
open.
After
opening
the
door,
she
told
me
that
I
had
gone
to
the
wrong
door,
as
such
she
could
not
find
it
and
that
I
took
the
wrong
elevator.
By
this
point,
I
am
feeling
annoyed
as
I
have
already
told
her
that
I
am
at
the
location
where
the
notice
is.
Furthermore,
the
notice
state
that
I
should
call
the
number
and
a
staff
will
help
me
to
open
the
door.
Moreover,
as
the
staff
of
Fitness
First,
the
staff
should
be
familiar
with
the
location
and
the
placement
of
the
notice.
The
last
thing
is
to
push
the
responsibility
by
blaming
me
the
customer
that
I
went
to
the
wrong
place.
The
attitude
and
reply
are
snobbish
to
say.
In
addition,
I
do
not
think
this
is
an
isolated
incident
since
the
notice
is
already
up
there.
I
do
understand
that
due
to
COVID
situation,
there
are
restriction
to
the
entrance
or
entry
point.
Then
why
do
the
staff
blame
me
and
yet
with
such
bad
attitude?
By
this
time,
another
staff
came.
It
is
my
bad
to
jump
to
conclusion
that
she
is
Chinese
and
I
told
her
the
situation
in
Chinese.
She
answered
me
back
in
English
saying,”
You
speak
Chinese,
I
don't
understand.”
Therefore,
I
explained
to
her
again
in
English
and
reiterate
that
I
am
first
time
here
and
not
familiar
with
the
place
and
be
more
understanding
towards
customers.
Then
she
replied:
“I
don't
want
to
talk
to
you,
you
can
complain
me
if
you
want
to.
It's
okay.”
Here
goes,
the
staff
involves
is
Rema
and
Asyiraa.
The
location
of
the
outlet
is
Fitness
First
Fusionpolis.
It
is
supposed
to
be
a
beautiful
weekend.
It
used
to
be
a
very
happy
Saturday
morning,
but
now
I
feel
very
bad.
Though
I'm
just
an
ordinary
member,
I
came
to
gym
not
to
get
angry
but
to
get
a
good
workout.
I
can
understand
the
current
situation
could
be
stressful
to
the
service
staff.
But
no
matter
whether
you
are
in
a
good
mood
or
not,
don't
bring
your
unhappiness
to
work,
and
it
defeat
the
direction
of
FitnessFirst
of
positive
gym
experience.
I
hope
everyone
can
take
their
work
seriously.
