    I have been to a few personal training sessions with other gyms a few years ago, but have never experienced such friendly, experienced and motivating personal trainer such as Reuben from Gold's Gym Tanjong Pagar. He discusses with me very patiently on each of the questions I have, each work-out I do either at the gym with him, or by myself at home. As I had done some researches on Gold's Gym prior to today's trial session, I know specifically that I needed some personal training to further enhance my work-outs and reach my goals faster. There was no hard-selling whatsoever from Reuben, and it is more like chatting with a friend. He challenges me with the weights that I carry, but yet also knows my limits and when I cannot take it further. I enjoyed my trial personal training session thoroughly with him and look forward to the daily challenges set by him to me. I could definitely feel my whole body aching now, but still feel energetic to do more work-outs. I'm so looking forward to a whole new me in 3 months' time! And I would also like to compliment his colleague - Don, who has been so patient with me over several texts with many questions from me and re-scheduling my trial personal training session with no fuss at all. Seriously, it is a small but well-equipped and not-intimidating gym for a female like me. Best gym ever, out of the many I had been to so far! 😊

    I have been training with PT Reuben at Gold's Gym Tanjong Pagar for 3 months now. Reuben in particular is great at making the workouts interesting and motivating you to exceed your limits. I have yielded great results thus far, aesthetically and fitness-wise.     Fantastic set of trainers will to help you reach any goal you set. Smaller space for a more private training session but has more than enough equipment. Can't say enough good things about Kiat and Claris as trainers too. They both really helped me tailor the workouts that really fit what I need personally for my injuries.

    No fuss personal training studio. All Trainers are well equipped with the latest knowledge in the fitness industry, ie latest workout, diet program etc that will help clients enjoy their workout and achieve their fitness goals

    It was my first time trying out a personal training session, Gareth made it comfortable with his warm and patient guidance to correct my posture. He went through my fitness goals and provided helpful advice on developing a fitness plan.

    Have had a great 6 months training with Bill. Would recommend Gold's if you're looking for a friendly, no-fuss place to work out. Everyone is really nice, focused on results and keeps a track of your progress. I usually feel quite self conscious training in gyms and avoid weights etc but Gold's has been great in building my confidence and teaching me lots of new exercises.

    I started on this journey with a goal to lose 4 kg and to train my back because I was sitting in office for very long hours in a day. I also want to pick up a healthier lifestyle to reduce the risk of my health problem getting worse. Gareth trained me to lift weights and endure intensive training which is very tough but he always there to advise me and correct my form. Thank you !

    Trainer Bill adopts a very realistic approach which pushes his trainees to the limit. This gym exudes good vibes with no hard selling and is genuine in wanting to help the clients achieve fitness goals. Highly recommended!

    I have been going here for almost three months now. It's a hard-working unit , not crowded. You only get in if you have a personal trainer. Love that there are no monthly fees or other charges. I have been training with Bill Lim. He is amazing : super attentive, understands your strengths and personalizes your training to help you achieve your goal. Highly recommend! 😄

    first heard about Gold's gym from class pass. tried one session to see how and ended up signing up for a couple package for 10 sessions. the coach who was assigned to us was coach Tommy who specializes in functional training. it was a tough 10 sessions but in the end we got what we were expecting and looking for. we finished the 10 sessions taking away lots of new knowledge like breathing techniques, mental endurance and most important of all, proper form. we recommend gold's gym to all levels either you're beginner or not a first timer (just like us). give it a try too!

    My back was in a very bad shape before I signed up for the session but with Bill’s amazing work out plan I feel super strong now. Initially I couldn’t lift any weights but now I can lift 10 kgs which is unbelievable. That’s Bill for you!

    PT Bill makes workouts palatable n manageable for newbies like me. The progression is well paced n I can see results fm improved muscle tone n strength after a few sessions. This is both encouraging n makes the gym less intimidating. I highly recommend Bill to anyone who’s not sure abt getting fit.

    Signing up with AgileLeanFitness PT was one of the best things I have ever done! Claris my trainer has helped me achieve my goals so far and I love our sessions. She always makes it enjoyable to train and she is very motivating and encouraging!

    Have been with my trainer, Claris, for about 1 months ish and I have been enjoying my experience. My goal at the start’s to just lose weight but I have learnt gaining muscles and adjusting my eating habit to a healthier one is important now.     My PT claris is really friendly and patient as i'm a total beginner to strength training, she really takes effort to correct my form and pushes me to maintain a healthly lifestyle by incorporating diet changes and cardio excercise! Look forward to my weekly sessions here and highly recommend if you are a newbie looking to learn how to train up your strength!

    The training with Claris has been awesome! Not only did she patiently guided me - showing me the proper forms and techniques, but she will also push me through each training session and ever since starting this journey that has been significant changes. This is a good starting for beginners and I would definitely recommend anyone to come to the gym and sign up! The place is small and cozy and the people here are friendly 👍👍👍

    Claris is open to your own plan or suggestions to your fitness routine. She will also suggest many ways to help improve your strength, losing weight or growing muscles. Professional service and friendly. Been here for half a year, so far so good. The price is very reasonable and they don’t force packages or overcharge which is a great option for me. Location at tanjong pagar is a huge plus!

    Friendly trainers at the Tanjong Pagar branch!! Claris in particular has helped me since day 1 to improve my strength, especially in my arms and thighs. She is able to gauge and adjust the intensity of the workout without overstraining complete beginners like myself. She keeps trainings interesting by introducing different sets each session. Thanks to the trainers at Gold's Gym Tanjong Pagar. :)

    I was introduced to Kiat as my personal trainer. I was apprehensive initially as I had never experienced training with a personal trainer before. Kiat is always patient and jovial in training. His training is structured and he challenges and motivates me to give my best in each session. I look forward to every session with Kiat.

    Due to my hectic work life, I developed unhealthy eating and drinking habits, and pretty soon I realised what it was doing to my body. Despite the lack of exercise in the past 10 years, I knew I needed a change, and hence, I reached out to Gold's Gym Tanjong Pagar, where I met Gareth, a thoughtful, hardworking, and caring personal trainer. He planned out my meals every week, solved my muscular pain issues and got me back in shape, in just 2 months. My friends and colleagues commented that I have been looking slimmer and healthier, and I have never been happier. I recommend Gareth, because he will understand your needs and help you achieve your fitness goals .

    I chanced upon seeing Gold’s Gym Trial promotion via Facebook. I took an impulse act to apply for a trial session with Gold’s Gym. I was then assigned to Claris whom was very friendly and keen to help me with my fitness goals. I applied for 21 sessions and after about 2 months later, I saw an obvious change in my physique. I feel more confident and happier about how I look now. Claris is down to earth, genuine and a very encouraging trainer. She shares her knowledge readily with regards to nutrition and exercises. She even helps to purchase protein bar/shakes using her promotional codes for her clients even though she isn’t obligated to do so(very helpful & savvy trainer). Her sessions are planned well. She always inputs a new exercise or new challenge for every session and that’s when I can notice a change in my stamina and growth. It’s always an exciting session with her! I used to struggle with my squads, arms training and having an appropriate body position upon performing my exercises. Today, Claris has pushed me well and I can do all these forms well without injuring myself. Adding on, she no longer needs to remind me to ‘arch my back’. The gym is small but suffice. For the people who relatively don’t like being in larger gyms, this gym is highly recommended for you. There is a lower chance of being demoralised when you struggle to do certain exercises. The trainers in this gym don’t judge but they push you to improve! :) Gold’s gym trainers are very welcoming such as Reuben and Kiat as well. Even though, I’m not trained directly under them. They do share some of their knowledge about nutrition/gym related. I’m glad to be one of the trainee in this gym where I got to see lots of changes within a short period of time and I don’t regret on my impulsive act.

    I’ve always felt irrationally self conscious in the gym and have low confidence in weight training. Was super glad to have met Reuben Khiu who has been such a patient, encouraging and informative trainer. Reuben never fails to provide detailed explanations on the purpose and impact of each exercise (ie which muscle groups are involved, why angle and form matter, etc). He pushes me sufficiently to gain a good understanding of foundational exercises whilst building my confidence and enthusiasm for training. I absolutely appreciate his attention to detail and feedback after/during each set. Reuben has also been very kind to curate training that would benefit my yoga practice. I am currently excited to incorporate weight training into my weekly workouts. Zero regrets signing up (:

    Kiat is the best personal trainer I have ever met. Training is enjoyable and he is always there to answer my endless questions on eating and exercising at home too. We also readily adjust food plans to my work and study plans, so it’s almost easy to stay on track. Extremely supportive with fast and pleasing results with just a few lessons. 100% would recommend

    My husband and I signed up together for a couple workout, and after the trial session (where we ached terribly for days) we decided to continue working out with our trainer. Our trainer, Claris, was very encouraging and would push us appropriately. She also reacted quickly if we were finding difficulty in any of the exercises and adjusted it to help us pace ourselves. We are not the most disciplined students, but we are both more toned and have better posture. We have also come to enjoy the regular sessions and will be continuing with her.

    I've always found it difficult to put on muscle mass, so I decided to start my journey at Gold's Gym with Gareth. We hit it off from the start, and he has been super helpful in giving me nutritional advice, and planning challenging trainings for me. One time I also had a really stiff neck due to work, and could barely move it without pain. Gareth was there to help me fix it, and I was back in the gym in no time. I have gained more muscle mass in the past couple of months thanks to his guidance. Kudos to Gareth, training is always full of energy and laughter with him! 😊
