If
I
can
give
0
star,
I
would.
I
usually
avoid
writing
negative
reviews
as
I
understand
the
difficulties
of
business
operations
in
Singapore.
Given
that
FF
is
marketed
as
a
premium
gym,
I
am
appalled
at
the
horrible
customer
service,
and
how
transactions
are
charged
without
transparency,
general
discourteous
and
rudeness
from
the
staff
when
it
comes
to
$$.
There
were
multiple
red
flags
which
I
should
have
noticed
and
not
sign
up
with
them,
but
I
decided
to
give
them
the
benefit
of
doubt.
1.
I
signed
up
their
12
+
6
months
promo
in
Aug’21
since
covid
was
still
surging,
thinking
that
it
might
be
a
great
idea.
When
the
sales
point
person
told
me
about
it,
I
was
not
told
that
it
was
an
upfront
payment
until
the
moment
I
came
down
to
the
branch
to
make
payment.
Their
poor
communication
skills
was
written
off
as
I
thought
maybe
they
needed
the
revenue
upfront.
2.
Yet
when
I
asked
for
an
invoice
with
the
T&C
as
they
made
me
sign
some
stuff,
they
DID
NOT
give
me
a
physical
nor
digital
copy
which
made
me
felt
that
it
was
too
shady
for
a
supposedly
premium
gym,
which
on
hindsight
is
a
fallacy.
3.
Fast
forward
to
Dec’22/Jan’23,
I
ask
them
on
the
status
of
my
membership
end
date
as
I
was
not
comfortable
that
no
news.
I
emailed
on
31st
Dec’22
to
no
reply,
and
I
even
followed
up
to
no
reply
nor
a
simple
courtesy
to
say
that
it
was
PH.
4.
Then,
I
somehow
saw
that
they
charge
me
$30+,
even
though
I
am
still
within
my
12+6
months
promo
period..and
they
DID
NOT
have
the
decency
to
tell
me
that
I
was
charged,
and
that
happened
during
the
midst
of
me
asking
them
a
question
via
email
but
they
did
not
reply
AT
ALL.
5.
When
I
finally
received
an
email
reply
which
was
addressed
to
the
staff
who
handled
my
sales
and
invoice
on
Aug’21,
the
reply
was
given
by
ANOTHER
person
who
BOLDLY
state
that
my
membership
is
ending
as
it
was
a
12+4
plan.
So
when
did
the
terms
change
and
why
was
I
not
informed???
6.
To
exacerbate
the
matter,
they
told
me
that
I
was
charged
a
freeze
because
of
my
request.
When
I
initially
signed,
my
sales
guy
said
I
could
do
2
months
freeze
if
I
want,
but
he
DID
NOT
tell
me
there
are
any
charges..any
reasonable
guy
will
think
that
it
is
complimentary
as
I
am
already
paying
a
huge
amount
upfront
and
this
is
part
of
the
perks
of
signing
the
12+6
months
promo,
you
get
to
freeze
your
membership
for
2
months
anytime
you
want,
and
implicitly
for
free.
7.
I
was
told
that
the
deduction
for
the
freeze
was
OVERCHARGED
and
it
will
be
offset
in
another
billing
cycle!!???
How
does
one
make
such
a
mistake
and
why
can’t
the
transaction
be
reversed?
At
this
point,
I
am
considering
of
raising
this
as
a
case
of
fraud
as
I
did
not
receive
any
bill
PRIOR
to
any
charge.
For
some
reason,
I
think
this
is
NOT
RIGHT
AT
ALL,
and
should
I
cancel
my
credit
card
then
to
protect
myself
further?
8.
When
another
email
was
replied,
I
was
told
that
my
membership
can
be
cancelled
etc,
but
they
cannot
REVERSE
the
freeze
charge.
Given
that
I
am
cancelling
more
than
1
month
in
advance,
I
thought
a
reasonable
vendor
will
waive
the
charge
as
I
am
forfeiting
my
membership
two
months
in
advance
w/o
clawing
back
any
money.
9.
I
am
oversimplifying
the
encounter
here,
but
my
main
discomfort
here
is
the
type
of
staff
FF
has
in
responding
to
queries.
Why
resort
to
such
predatory
behaviour,
and
providing
replies
that
does
not
respond
to
queries.
IF
the
media/influencers
are
interested,
I
can
share
the
email
thread
as
it
was
a
source
of
frustration
from
such
unprofessional
behaviour.
10.
The
issue
now
is
not
the
charge
but
how
it
was
handled,
and
I
am
writing
this
to
discourage
anyone
who
wants
to
be
fit
to
even
consider
signing
up
at
this
branch..unless
you
are
prepared
to
pay
NEEDLESSLY,
with
charges
that
are
NOT
conveyed
transparently.
tldr;
AVOID
this
establishment
for
your
fitness
goals,
IF
you
want
to
retain
financial
peace
of
mind,
as
the
team
will
hide
behind
random
guidelines
that
is
NOT
told
to
you
upfront
at
the
point
of
payment.
