Gravity has my recommendation if you want a super clean, private gym with an outstanding team of coaches, to help you achieve your fitness goals! A great team with excellent service attitude. Annie, who is always cheerful, super helpful and considerate, even when I enter the gym at the crack of dawn. Sue Henris is an awesome coach, who helped me lose an insane amount of weight, and always ensured i had the correct form at various training sessions; kettlebell, yoga, boxing and weights. Tough exercises, but always results focused and injury free. Not forgetting Shelly and the cleaning gang who do incredible work, as the gym, equipment and changing rooms are always spotlessly clean. An all round top-notch gym!

The staffs are 6 stars, they are friendly, helpful and makes you feel welcome and at home. The gym is well kept, the shower is great. There's alot of small details that are well done. But gym floor is small, feels crowded when there's more than a handful of people working out. Equipment is not well maintained and the locker is extremely hard to lock. Swimming pool is not heated, unlike some FF outlets. So for that price of the membership, i am giving a 4 stars rating.

In all my years of going to gyms I have never seen staff that are as professional, welcoming and friendly. From the staff at the desk to the coaches, cleaning personnel, every single person here makes customers feel appreciated and taken care of. The gym facilities are great, but again what really makes this place exceptional is the people that work here and make it a premium gym. Massive shot out to Annie, she was our sales assistant and took care of us every single day we were at the gym, to Kelvin and Arif, to Sue for being one of the best most technical coaches i have come across in a gym. To Shelly, who keeps the facilities in great shape and always has a smile for members. Gravity should be a use case on how to hire people.

Signed up for a 4 month package, & asked to remove auto renewal option at the time of sign up (I’d specifically asked no auto renewal as I was signed up for other classes post 4 months). But I was still charged for additional 3 months as well as membership pausing charges - both of which I hadn’t requested. Upon enquiry I was informed that my sales associate tag had left the company & thus, due to lack of records / details my over charges cannot be refunded. Pretty poor experience with the company where I had to pay the price for lack of proper communication between sales associates & admin / finance team. The facilities / classes itself are pretty decent - location is convenient (though I’ve cancelled my referrals post this experience).

Very high end gym at the heart of Singapore. Huge facilities, including pool (3 lanes), cycling, steam room, large locker room, working area, free coffee, tea. Signed up at the end of 2021 and didn't regret. Big thanks to Aura, Kelvin and Annie for their great welcome.

Janelle was sincere in helping me get acquainted with the facilities. The cleaner is friendly too. The pool area is the highlight and is a good place to work/read. I am not really familiar with the items and equipment in the gym. They have items for functional training, free weights/kettlebells, bosu balls and a boxing area. I like that I can check my body fat percentage in segments (arm, trunk, legs) whenever I want to w the analysis machine. More importantly, there aren't hefty joining fees. What you have to pay for initially is for a personal training session/sports supplements/TCM treatment (minimally 99 bucks). Lounge area has coffee/tea and serves as another workspace. It has a premium feel but I would prefer somewhere with more natural light. For me, this is the gym to go for if you want to work, relax by the pool, and of course, get some exercise done.

you know it's bad when the sales person who is suppose to call you within the hour calls you a few days later. He then refuses to call back again because you are currently busy.

Poor and harassing Sales Manager. First not willing to accept use JUST A TRIAL voucher. Later offered 1 week trial. ONLY 2 days over, threatened to stop trial unless you sign up with them. Horrible experience. Cant fulfill promises. Broken facilities

Quite good shower facilities, steam room and has a hot tub beside the pool.. gym looks clean but small with a lot of dated machines.. is it worth the 300 plus membership fee? Maybe if you work in the CBD…. If 200.. maybe ok…

I love this gym. The staff are very friendly, my trainer is great, the facilities are outstanding and very nice amenities, they even have gym clothes (shirt/shorts) available for us. The price for a gym is reasonable for what you get. My health has improved and I feel great.

Perfect place to gym!! The service here is truly outstanding! Jannel has been always so nice and welcoming. they have remembered me by name from day one. I love it! All the staff are excellent especially Jannel :D

My favourite place every Saturday to de-stress and relax. A nice place to be in for a whole day no doubt. Free flow drinks and fruits are available.

I've never been one for gyms - the trainers are patient and whilst it is a bit on the pricey side its a worthwhile investment for those looking for a premium experience

Staff there are so sweet and helpful. Facility and classes are great as well. Highly recommend.
