Instead of implementing appointment booking system due to social distancing they make you come, sign in your name and wait in the corridor sitting on the floor. Shameful service level for a decently equipped gym.

Bedok Gymmboxx branch always have the least professional staffs. I was dumbbell pressing 50kgs, finished my reps, placed them on my thigh, stood up, and gradually placed them onto the floor. Knowing I wasn't being a typical rowdy inconsiderate gym user, I was taken by surprise when a staffs walked up to me, requesting me to "not slam my weights". Naturally I said I wasn't, and that he could've heard wrong. But they somehow refused to believe it, like it's some Santa Claus Tooth Fairy story. Minutes later, another group of users were actually slamming dumbbells, and as you guessed it, not a single staff approached them. Pricing for the per entry has also reached new ridiculous heights.

Very bad management. Staff not friendly and helpful. Not even approachable. Probably one of the worst service ever. Wasted my trip there!

This is pure commercial place with hidden cost and no respect for clients who register for 1 month or so.

Still one of the best gym in the Bedok area. Too bad it seems like they may be shuttering due to the Bedok Point renovations coming up. Hope they move somewhere nearby.

Love it, affordable 24hr gym. Please carry a towel with you at all times if you visit here, unless you were living in a cave for the past decade.......

The place have some state of the arts equipments. Personally, I prefers to go at 3.30am, as I could go straight to work right after training, as there won't be much people around using the equipments, and I could train in peace with just my ear buds and music. But all in all... if you wanna target certain parts of your body and is unsure of what equipments to use? You can always get quality advises here from fellow gym goers.

It's a well equipped gym. Might even be better equipped although not as new as others. Spacious enough. However, a major drawback for me is that there is no shower facilities. 3 stars for me as showering is impt to me. I don't like to let ppl smell my stinky body on my way home. Thus, I always go to the tampines outlet. Hope they can add in shower facilities.

One of the best gyms around - spacious, 24/7, lots of equipment. I rarely need to queue for anything, especially with the booking system in place. Lease will end in June, and I’ll have a headache on where to go next. Hope that they’ll be able to find a space in Bedok.

Best gym I've ever signed up for. Super spacious, lots of benches and racks. More focus on professional lifting.

Great party as work go price for a week equipped weight gym. 24 hours is a bonus

I have no problem with this gym equipments are perfect and they have loads of free weights and lots of muscle gorillas too But one thing is, this gym does not have SHOWER facility Which is quiet disappointed and if this gym opens at east coast that would be great

Bedok point gymboxx is closing down at the end of May 2022. They didn't find a nearby place and the next alternatives is Tampines so if you want to sign up think twice.

24 hour gym, with a great variety of equipment and weights, at great pricing (go for membership if you're a regular gym user). Front desk is friendly and off peak hours are great with almost no to little queuing for workout spaces. Great gym overall 👍👍

Due to covid, walk in is not allowed anymore, otherwise is a great gym even I had glance from the outside

Gymboxx Bedok is an adequate gym. However, I have always had unpleasant experiences with the Gymboxx Staff located at the Bedok Branch. Staff are rude, impatient and unhelpful to customers who ask gym-related questions. The gym could be improved if staff are trained better.

No shower room here only locker room. Equipment range is notbad. Staff not very approachable but guess you can still get a decent workout here on weekdays and wee hrs of weekends.

One of the best and value for money gyms.. plenty of machines.. weights and friendly helpful staff.. there's no shower room otherwise I would have gave it a 5 star rating
