Coach was good and literally the only reason for the one star. Had a small procedure done two days ago and doctor said that I was good to go but may experience some side effects during the week. I was ok till I woke up 2 days later feeling just bad all over and tried to cancel. Understand that it is considered a late cancellation and I have to consider for other members. This is really a last minute kind of Situation plus I had proof of the procedure and stuff yet still charged late cancellation fees. What do you want me to do? Go for class and faint or puke halfway? LOL Was considering to join them because of the good coach and teaching (plus convenience) but the inflexibility of the management is a no go for me. Update: I have to be fair. They were kind enough to waive of the first cancellation I made but it was due to app problem and I forgot to contact them directly and it was my first time cancelling. Ok very well, 1 more star for them. Update: They blocked me on WhatsApp. Understand that customer may not always be right but this is definitely a first :-)

I signed up trial membership and it's a 2weeks trial. I have booked my classes as per normal and it was successful. Due to the new regulation that was being impose due to the virus, my class that I booked are all cancelled. I did not received any emails about this nor updates via the Mindbody app. I gave a call a while ago. The customer service just said that the website and social did show and it's my fault for NOT seeing it. As a trial member, I don't feel I was being respected with it's responds.

Small but clean studio. Gloves doesn’t stink. Bring your own wraps or buy from them! Only downside was the lack of water dispenser(?), but they do sell bottled water here. Knockout class seems to be half bench and half boxing. Good workout nevertheless.

Coach not bad but the I have to give negative rating because the management team change or cancel the existing class without any notification or discussions with students/parents until we arrived and was told the class been canceled. They don’t sign any contract when you pay fees so be careful of the place, your schedule is not protected and they never say sorry.

Good class, boxing gloves are provided, showers are provided but there are only 3 shower booths. Playlist is good depending on the instructor

Good : Clean. Cheap. Central. Bad. You get what you pay for. Instructors don't do any form of corrections, just do a small (& not necessarily correct) demo and then walks around shouting template encouraging remarks. Had one class with Chelsea that was particularly bad - has no idea how to throw a cross or hook. I did a cheap trial at 6 classes for $69 so it was not so bad. If you already know what you're doing, then just consider this as paying rental for space and equipment. If you wanna try out aqua boxing, I find Still much, much better.

Went there alone for first time and 2 staff from the reception are friendly. And Edwina is really cool. She explained me basic steps well for me to follow. I will definitely sign up for more classes in future- Stella

Honestly the best gym I've ever been to in Singapore. Never one to leave a review but this place deserves it! Facilities are top notch, trainers are amazing - friendly and professional, music is awesome and everyone is friendly and helpful. Had the best time and will be back over and over again! Amazing!

Best HIIT gym I have gone to so far, and the only one I go to now. The gyms are clean and wellmaintained always, toilets too. They provide free towels, lockers, hot showers, shampoo, hairdryers to allow me to clean up before heading out for other activities. The music and atmosphere is great. I like the dark rooms that reduce any self awareness and embarrassment when I am off form. The instructors are encouraging and very non judgmental. After a few sessions, you start to build a relationship with them, which makes going there all the more fun.

Instructors are good and welcoming but charging for water/bath towels when one has already paid so much for a class leaves a sour taste in the mouth, especially when other competitors provide these basic amenities for free

Reehana and Gaz are exceptional coaches. No machines or fancy lights. But more importantly, no glorified time keepers or random instructions shown on a screen. Real people, real coaching.

Simply my favourite gym for strength and conditioning - the community and coaches are very encouraging (shout out to Gaz and Ree!) and they will provide options of the workout according to your fitness level. Environment wise, I love the airy, spacious and padded flooring so that you don’t have to wear any shoes during the workout!

The coaches here are TOP. They scaffold your fitness journey with a unique combination of mobility, strength and conditioning classes. My absolute favourite part of being in this fitness family (apart from how lovely the community of all age and size is) is they know exactly what weights and moves to challenge each member AND they know when you’re ready to up the ante.

Signed up for a trial week a year ago and it was the best decision to stay on! Ree and Gaz are seriously amazing coaches and they meticulously curate each day’s workout so professionally. I love that the coaches take the effort to remember your progress so each workout (even in a class setting) feels personalized. The great energy they bring to class is also always contagious and it always makes my day :)

Have been going to this gym for the past 2 years for their Strength & Conditioning classes and I love this place so much! Reehana and Gaz are amazing coaches that push you to become stronger while making sure you have good form. Over the 2 years with Move to Live, I’ve grown from a mindset of working out to lose weight to working out to become stronger. The community here is amazing and everyone encourages each other to become stronger together. Sending love!!

This is a great gym! The staff, the coaches and the people there are all part of one big family. It’s a place where you push past your boundaries, in a space where people believe in you. I love how it also has a variety of options to choose from - from Muay Thai to BJJ to Yoga to HIIT. It’s a one stop all encompassing gym that will leave you with a sense of accomplishment and come back eagerly for more.

Took up a trial package at Move To Live last August and there's no looking back since. Friendly and attentive coaches in Ree and Gaz, who'll make sure you work out a good sweat with effective yet fun programmes. I also remember how they would personalize and scale the programme to my ability when I first started, and as I progressed, to go for that "weight that scares you a little". It's easily accessible and well equipped. Great coaches, friendly crowd and good vibes all around.

MTL COACHES HELPED ME CULTIVATE A GROWTH MINDSET Now I thrive on challenges and ever ready to learn new and challenging skills that has lasting benefits. Applying this mindset to my fitness training means I can get stronger, healthier, and more athletic. Of course this would not have been possible without the indefatigable support from our extraordinary coaches, Ree and Gaz, and a room full of MTL friends who remain as an inspiration to me.

I came across MTL by accident thru Class Pass In Oct 2020. Didnt know the coaches, nor what β€œStrength and Conditioning” workout exactly is. That one random class changed my fitness trajectory. In MTL, I learn something new every session - whether it is a new movement, correct posture, or discovering I can do more than I thought I am capable of. All thanks to the combination of things that to me, make MTL truly unique: (1) Coaches who don't just conduct classes but care for your progress, (2) Great community that feels like friends and family, (3) Facilities that allow you to train, give your best and focus on You - pure, raw and simple (no fancy bells and whistles here), and (4) Continued access to quality classes & safe environment despite restrictions. I know this is hard but kudos to management for making this happen!

They have the best instructors who naturally design the most effective workouts and understand the balance of pushing you to go to the next step and ensuring you are comfortable and taken care of, with great attention to detail in your form. The way they have adapted to the COVID situation has also been impressive and nothing short of remarkable. It’s a testament to their foundational philosophy of consistency and continuing to move to live a healthy life.

If youre looking for a solid strength & conditioning workout, this is definitely the place to go. The coaches ensure that your posture is right. This is so important as it prevents injuries and also you can get the most out of the session since youre working your muscles correctly. No fancy light effects, no cringy/toxic gym culture! The classes are fun and the coaches push you progressively depending on your fitness level. Oh and their app is user-friendly!

Trainers are amazing for both HIIT and muay Thai .They are always emphasizing on correct form and proper techniques. They noticed your progress and always pushing you to reach for your best potential. I have been a member for more than a year and even though I have moved further away from the gym , I still choose to travel an hour to come here because the place is that good! I have tried out few gyms near my house but none have lived up to what MTL have offered. Sometimes, it is not about the brand name or shiny equipments but about the good trainers. The members come in different shapes, sizes and age groups and are very friendly so no one feels intimidated or left out. Felt more like a great community.

Wonderful for staying fit, incremental results, and having lots of fun while doing so. It's got communal friendly vibes, amazingly passionate and thoughtful instructors, considerate management, and a really clean, open, safe environment. I'm coming up on my fifth year as a member, it keeps getting better and offering more value and higher quality programs, I couldn't recommend it more for a healthy lifestyle in a supportive environment.

My favourite hour of the day / week is probably spent here at Move To Live! The coaches have been amazing - they are super focused on form and delivery, and I have felt safe even throughout my pregnancy. There are modifications for folks with injuries / restrictions, thank you for looking out for me! Can't wait to skip, squat and hit those weights again after my maternity break!

Edited review: Been more than a year since I first visited Box Office. Experience has been great. Workout has been carefully crafted. Hygiene within the gym are excellent. Overall I still rate them highly! 6 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I seen feedback that trainee aren't getting enough attention from the instructor. Probably should consider getting a private instructor if you want full attention.πŸ˜‚πŸ€£ This is what you get from a class work out. *Your staffs are wearing mask and sanitizer are available, please consider providing hand towel. πŸ™ 😊😊😊 A boutique boxing gym that makes you feel exclusive. Staffs are friendly. Shower amenities are good, can be even better if they provide plastic bags for our soiled clothing. As for the equipments, gloves are cleaned after every session. You don't really smell those pungent smell. There are mats in the gym for the floor exercise. The entire set up was well planned. A very spacious setup where you won't bump into one another during boxing or HIIT / Tabata works out. The exercise work-out is displayed using a projector. You won't get confused. Coaches focus a lot on newbies. Classes start on time.

Really wholesome place for workouts. Tried a few boxing places through classpass and am glad to chance upon this! I bought packages from them after the classpass trial, trainers are nice and the facilities are good too. Before Covid19, they provided towels. They provide lockers with digital pin to store your baggages, so its very safe. There's 4 showering cubicles with hot water for the ladies. They also provide soap, hair wash, conditioner and hair dryer. However, there's only 1 toliet. Overall, it doesnt makes me feel out of place like some other studios, shall not name name here. PS;// they reply super fast on instagrams!!

A great place to Learn Martial Arts. I have learn Muay thai and BJJ (Brazilian jiu-jitsu) here for more than half year. Our coaches are approachable and helpful. And the gym's environment is super friendly. Strongly recommend here if you are interested in thai boxing, yoga, cardio training and BJJ. Price is quite fair compared to over commercialized gyms.

Another attempt with Class pass at this new gym- Box Office. Did their "Knockout" work out and it was a really good class in terms of the intensity and effectiveness of the work out. I will return for another work out. However some improvement points would be for the management to consider re arranging the main stage where the trainer is situated. Found it difficult to see and follow the trainer as the stage was in the corner. Also, ideally you should be familiar with boxing if you choose Box Office compared to BoOm as fewer instructions were given during the boxing routine.
