    The perfect customised fitness programming that has added speed to my rowing, skiing, biking, cardiovascular activities while packing a punch to shaving fat% and upping muscle mass, by @silk_fit (Fred) and @ufitsingapore. With access to my fitness program on my mobile phone 24/7 and at Ufit Hub, I have significantly improved my mobility, fixed poor hip hinge movements and resolved creaky knees. I now train 4 times a week at UFIT and additional sessions on my own by following my fitness program on the app. The perfect solution for me while on work travel to consistently train according to my schedule and keep improving without lapses. Working on my nutrition with @pamelaibarrav has thought me to not fear food and the right portion control to fuel my exercise regime. My blood pressure has gone from being elevated to normal range. Truly the most dedicated team of fitness enthusiasts in town that I am glad to be training with.

    Nicholas Lange at Ufit helped me fix sciatic pain in my leg and back. He is a clear thinker who finds the cause of the pain before creating a realistic recovery plan. I am now running and cycling further and faster than ever. Nick is extremely experienced in physio as well as a wide range of fitness areas and is a great source of motivation. I am eternally grateful! The rest of the team are also friendly and welcoming.

    Senior physio Jade is incredible - she listens, changes treatment when something isn’t working, easy to communicate with, willing to fit you into her schedule and is very good at her job. She helped diagnose, treat (in conjunction with surgery) and recover from a slipped disk last year and I’ve never felt better. She’s my go to physio when anything feels wrong and she gets me back into shape to continue living my life. The facilities are close to the CBD and have tons of space for rehab and other training.

    I’ve been with Ufit for several years and Terri is my PT. It’s been an amazing journey resuming exercise (post kids), starting from exercising just once a week to being active everyday doing a mix of strength, mobility, cardio program. During the depths of Covid and lockdown, Terri and Ufit were key to me staying and even getting healthier, fitter. The physical fitness I have gained transfers to my mental wellness and my energy level at work. I’ve learnt so much from Terri and the trainers here, they really know their stuff. And it is a great community here too! Thank you

    The service at UFIT Club Street is exceptional. From personal training to physio to group classes, there is high quality expertise in all areas. Terri Forward is my PT and provides a tailored programme to my specific needs, in a fun and motivating way. The progress I have made in 2 years is phenomenal and that is down to the people and service UFIT provides. Highly recommend!

    Physio with Nicholas was great. He was always patient, knowledgable and adaptive to the various injuries I’ve had prior to working with him. Not only would he help work on this injuries, he always shares tips on prevention and strengthening outside of physio as well. This location is great as well, the staff and trainers are all very friendly.

    Jade is by far the best physiotherapist I have ever been to. I have had a ton of injuries and recently gave birth and I have therefore seen a large number of physiotherapists over the years but Jade is the best. I cannot recommend her enough!

    Excellent gym that understands and addresses clients' specific needs. I am trained by Stuart Bauld who is immensely knowledgeable, very patient and a stickler for form. He helped me build strength and endurance to restart running and work my way up the mileage ladder . I have tried other gyms but my experience with ufit and Stuart is the best, by far.

    I've been going to UFIT for years for both PT and physio, and I rate it highly for both. I stopped going for PT when the coach I was with left Singapore, but I have continued going to see Jade Sarsero for physiotherapy, both before and after I had a discectomy in April 2021. Jade is incredible, and her knowledge and experience with spinal injuries means I am now stronger and lifting more weight than I have ever achieved before. Beyond her professional skills, she is a wonderful person with an infectious love for the job and killer bants. Highly recommend, and I wouldn't go to anyone else!

    Had a knowledgeable and informative physio session with Physio Nicholas Tan. He was sincere and patient in finding out the cause of injury and explain the causes and factors of the injury. Furthermore, he tested a few exercises with me to find out the optimal exercises that can help to improve the state of my injury. Solid.

    Physiotherapist Nicholas Tan is incredible! I have been going to UFit for my sharp lower back pain for about three weeks now and have nothing but compliments for Nicholas. To name one - Nicholas was very patient during the first Physiotherapy assessment. He accurately diagnosed the root cause of the pain and designed a set of exercises each session to alleviate the pain. Within two weeks of session, I noticed a significant reduction in pain and feel better overall! :) I would recommend you to check out Nicholas Tan if you are looking to be free from pain.

    I’ve been training here with Dean for about couple of months now. Initially went in to rehabilitate from my bike accident that injured my shoulder. Not only did he help me recover but strengthen my upper body to a stage I’ve never been before!! Super happy about the results and genuinely having fun at the sessions :) thanks Dean for everything! + the shower facilities are best I’ve seen all around the world. Can easily take a shower and go about your day, which is a huge plus :)

    I've been working with nutritionist Ellie Cheale and PT Lisa Henderson. Ellie has helped me understand my body better. We've changed what I eat and I am now stronger with less body fat. Lisa is a great PT and I've become much stronger since starting to train with Lisa.

    I have been training at UFIT for just over 2 years and the whole team there make you feel very welcome & at ease. I started my PT journey with Gareth Roberts ' @garethrobertspt ' 18 months ago & have not looked back since , he is extremely knowledgeable, patient & supportive . Gareth has absolutely motivated / guided me throughout this journey to keep pushing me to the next level - always keeping everything fresh & varied. Not only has Gareth supported me through the physical aspect of my training, he has been instrumental with the changes in my lifestyle choices & food - I have never eaten so much & yet still maintained my goal weight now. The one key component to remember , is this journey is not an overnight fix, it takes time & a consistent approach to make , see & maintain the changes , of which Gareth is there every step of the way with you - Thanks Boss !!

    Decided to go to physio after having constant bad headaches and numbing pain on my right shoulder all the way to my hand. Been working with Dean for two months now to work on my issues and strengthen my shoulders. Can confidently say that I've gotten stronger and I haven't had any headache or numbing pain for a while now! Dean is very friendly, empathetic, and knowledgeable to find solutions to your pain point. He works with you so that your recovery is sustainable. UFIT is conveniently located in Club St with great facilities. Would definitely recommend UFIT and Dean as physiotherapist (especially if your insurance covers it!)

    Had the pleasure to work with Vik for my shoulder rehab for the past 4 months. Vik has been patient in guiding me the process of recovering from my injury as well as adjusting my physio exercises according to my shoulder condition, and then subsequently later on to the goal that I want to achieve from the physiotherapy. Thanks to the sessions my shoulder is recovering quickly 👍🏼

    My friend referred me to Nick Lange after I started working out and having issues around parts of my body, specifically my shoulder and back. I've been seeing him on a constant basis ever since and loving every session! I especially appreciate how Nick goes above and beyond to identify root causes and ways to solve them. 10/10 recommend!

    I spent a month training with Stuart Bauld who got me started on strength and rehab workouts in the gym with some excellent workouts, Andrina who trained me on the Pilates reformer, Ellie Cheale who gave me a nutrition protocol and Jade, UFIT’s fantastic Physio who gave me some excellent advice and tips on how to manage my training with multiple injuries. The team has given me the tools I needed to get started and am now able to continue with my workouts and body health goals. Thanks to them I’m progressing steadily towards a fit and strong body again.

    I’ve seen Nicholas Lange as a physio for a number of issues ranging from Achilles Tendon to a slipped disc and have found him to be knowledgeable, professional and he views the body holistically. He is calm, caring and always follows up. I highly recommend Nicholas and UFIT.

    I've been working with Logan for over a year now to rehabilitate my shoulder post-surgery & improve my upper body strength and I only have wonderful things to say. He has supported me through my journey from limited shoulder movement to being able to lift heavy weights. He's really professional & knowledgeable and I leave all my sessions with him feeling great. All my sessions have been planned very well and I've seen noticeable improvements in my body & strength from my time working with Logan. He's also a lovely guy and I genuinely enjoy all my interactions with him on a personal level. Would highly recommend Logan at UFIT to anyone!!

    I had a very great physio therapy and series of sessions with Vik on UFIT. It was recommended by my spine doctor post operation on my herniated disc. Vik was very accommodating, gave me a good training, and educated me on the reasons I am doing certain exercises and my condition in general. Most of all, i got better and i felt my strength back and feeling confident to have a more normal active life.

    I have been doing Physio at UFit for the past 6 months and I gotta say that experience with my physiotherapist, Vik, has been really awesome. He was able to help me to fix my chronic lower back and shoulder pain issues and improve my health. I was able to get back to the gym and lift again without feeling pain in less than a week. Not only is he really good at what he does, but he’s also very friendly and accommodating. The facilities at UFit were also very clean and conducive to train, and the staffs are always welcoming you with a big smile!

    Had the blessing of having Nicholas Tan as my physio for my hamstring rehab journey. Nicholas was a dedicated, passionate and knowledgable physio. Nicholas used exercises that were evidence based and drew up an effective treatment plan to ensure I returned to sports at an optimal time without risking reinjury. Those of you who have had a hamstring injury before are probably aware of the deep depths of despair that injury brings an athelete to. I'm lucky to have had Nicholas pull me up from it!

    I have been consulting with Vik from UFIT Club Street for a couple of months now. There has been remarkable improvement to my condition and I have now been able to go back to an active lifestyle. Vik is very methodical in his approach and uses a combination of massage, stretching and strength training to trigger recovery. He truly cares about clients - this is quite evident from the prep work and thinking he had already done prior to each session. One thing that stands out is that Vik does not carpet bomb clients with exercises and treatments. He spends a lot of time diagnosing exactly which muscle group is injured and then focuses effort on treating those. Highly recommended and grateful for the support.

    After injuring my neck weeks prior, Logan wasted no time identifying and remediating the issue. Over the course of 4 weeks, his focus on long term strength has enabled me to broaden the scope of my exercise regime. Very impressed with his knowledge and desire to achieve results. Working closely with my trainer, Will Foden, Logan makes that process easy. Highly recommend.

    Currently going to the Club street outlet for Physio. Facilities are lovely and my physio (Nic Tan) has been awesome! He’s very patient explaining why we need to do each exercise and what the right way to do it is. Easy to talk to also so I don’t feel like it’s a chore to go for physio. My only complaint is that U-fit never credited me for my referral, despite Nic helping to follow up. So not much incentive to refer.

    Senior Physiotherapist Nicholas Lange is awesome, dedicated, knowledgeable, personable and a highly qualified expert in his field. He came highly recommended from my pole dance instructor and studio. I injured my left obliques and right arm and I am thankful Nick was extremely accommodating to accede to my request to see me the very next day after my injury at my preferred time slot. He listens to my injuries and customised a successful therapy plan to ease my injuries. When I first saw him I was extremely broken and discouraged, I couldn’t do basic movement like twist my body or even carry my baby that’s the serious extent of my injury. Nick was very skilful he successfully helped to release all my trigger points and catered some exercises that’s I can conduct at home. After the first session, I cld slowly move my waist again and the pain has reduced. There’s absolutely no hard sell from Nick at all which is what I also appreciate, he was most sincere in assisting me to recover my range of movements so that I can exercise again. He shared post exercise recovery plans with me to mitigate future injuries as well. I just consulted Nick for a second session and I am happy to report I’m definitely on road to speedy recovery my pain has significantly reduced to close to zero now, and I can comfortably do simple abs exercises that Nick has tailored for me. Highly recommend Nick to all for therapy he’s my go-to therapist now ! He’s definitely a gem and a true asset to ufit club street!!! Thank you so much Nick!

    I am currently doing my physiotherapy with Dean. I went to him for chronic backaches. I wasn't able to stand up for too long without feeling the urge to bend and arch my back. Also, I can't sit for too long afterwhich I have problem straightening my back. Dean has been very patient and able to pin point the correct spots which we began to work on. Thanks to him, my conditions have been improved greatly!

    Went for a physio therapy session with Nic Tan and it was a lovely experience. I have been suffering with stiffness in my ankle and limited mobility for 4 months ever since I have twisted my ankle. Nic Tan was my assigned physiotherapist and he was very patient and thorough in examining and explaining my condition. Due to his knowledge and professionalism, I found out that there were more issues in affecting the stiffness and mobility. As such, he was able to share a detailed recovery plan which includes strengthening other weakened areas for better and sustainable results. He still went to the extra mile to send me the link to get the right resistance band to do my recovery exercises. It has been 2 months since then and I have regained my ankle mobility. At the same time, my overall strength and flexibility has improved. Highly recommend !

    UFIT's personal training is excellent, and mainly due to the excellent PTs they have on staff. I've been trained by Gareth for a couple of years now and he's amazing—I say his superpower is actually listening because he helps me achieve my goals and adjusts the program based on what's going on in my life. It's accountability and support wrapped up in one person, and I highly recommend him (and the other trainers!).

    Lisa Henderson has changed my life! She has taught me how to think of my time in the gym as an investment in my wellbeing and health, both mental and physical. She has been patient and started with the foundations of form. We are slowly working our way up to heavier weights and more complex moves but the best progress has been the shift in my mindset from being weight obsessed to now craving my time in the gym. Lisa has helped me form a habit and breakdown what was once a very intimidating activity to me into a very enjoyable part of my life that is also making me stronger with each session!     Had a physio session at UFIT with Nic Tan for a nagging shoulder issue plaguing me since 4-5 years. Within 2 sessions, he helped me cure that issue. I am now able to use my shoulder normally for throwing/ gym, workouts, which was not the case earlier. Nic Tan, the physio, is quite experienced and was able to understand the problem in my shoulder and helped me tackle it through specific exercises. Cannot recommend enough.

    Highly Recommend Nicholas Tan (Physiotherapist) I've had the great pleasure of being under Nicholas' care for close to 6 months already. I've been having neck , shoulder, and back pain with working and being on my screen for too long. I also haven't been able to work on my fitness goals because of these issues where I feel my joints and muscles are stuck. Nicholas helped me so much by introducing exercises that help me build and recover my core strength, as well as treating my muscle tension (via deep tissue, dry needling). Not only is he very knowledgeable at what he does as he is telling me recent breakthroughs in research, but he is also very kind and approachable. FYI: Dry needling was the besttttttt HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I am now able to lift more than I've been able to thanks to Nicholas! P.S. The facilities are also very new and top notch!

    I’ve sought support from Nicholas Tan for various injuries. He patiently explains what is wrong, the possible root causes of it, and how I can rehab to get back to my trainings at 100% ASAP.     I saw Kieran to be treated for regular back pain and he was extremely helpful and beneficial to reduce and eliminate the pain. An approach to prevent any future pain and relapses was evident and I feel a lot better already from doing the required exercises and strengthening the weaker parts of my back and legs.     Been going to UFIT physio Sam Brennan on and off for the past 3 years now, for a number of sports related injuries. Sam always makes time for clients providing, easy to follow, detailed rehab plans that help speed up recovery. Facilities are also great and the clinic is very well kept.

    I required physiotherapy due to lower back pain and was referred to Logan Smith at UFIT gym. In the first session with Logan, he very quickly diagnosed the problem and explained, in simple terms, what was causing the pain. Over the course of the next few sessions, I very quickly noticed a rapid reduction in pain, as well as an improvement in movement, and it was evident Logan’s treatment plan was working. After 10 sessions I can honestly say the pain has almost entirely disappeared and I am now carefully following his post-care plan during isolation and continuing to see improvements. I am confident I will be 100% fit in no time at all and only have Logan’s expertise to thank for this. On a personal note, Logan is a decent bloke with an affable and trustworthy manner.     I want to give a shout out and a big thanks to Kieran at Ufit. I’ve had problems with my knees for a while and I am really keen on getting back to my regular workout routines consisting of HIIT and road cycling. I’m very happy with being able to continue with my rehab during the Circuit Breaker thanks to Kieran and the online training Ufit is offering. Kieran customizes the sessions to my specific needs and the equipment I have at hand in my home, which is pretty limited. In between the sessions I get a program through the Truecoach app with instructed scheduled exercises to do on my own. Regardless what your aim is; dealing with an injury, getting back to your workout routine or getting fitter, I strongly recommend the online sessions to keep going.

    I followed the Kettlebell King DANIEL DE SANCTIS to UFIT and his kettlehell standard has remained consistently high, pushing us both in technique development and growth, as well as pace and strength.     I have been training with Daniel De Sanctis for a couple of years now - first at Triple Fit (his kettlebell classes) and now at UFIT as a personal training client as well as his amazing kettlebell classes that he has brought over to UFIT (though group classes are currently suspended due to the Covid restrictions). During these Covid times, the fact that one can visit the gym only for scheduled PT ensures it is never crowded. Trainers wear masks 100% of the time and personally wipe down each piece of equipment that a client uses immediately following use. As a client, this makes me comfortable with visiting a gym in spite of the pandemic risks. Daniel is a fun and engaging guy who certainly knows his technical stuff very well. I have thoroughly enjoyed training with him - both for PT sessions as well as the group classes. He is very aware of each client's limitations and strengths and customises the programs accordingly. He is very careful to ensure correct form and while he pushes his clients, it's never to a point where one picks up injuries - something I personally appreciate tremendously. Finally, UFIT Club Street (where I train) is a fabulous setup. They have remodelled a couple of shop houses and in that sense the gym layout is very unique and different from the big chain gyms. Gym is compact but with all the equipment and space that one needs. Excellent changing room/locker facilities (top tier).

    I had been suffering since November with a back issue that was causing sciatic pain. I had been visiting a chiropractor but nothing seemed to be helping. I finally went to Logan for physio in June and he completely fixed me in a couple of months, which I was beginning to feel was never going to happen! Honestly, he’s amazing and I will definitely be recommending him to others!

    I dislocated my shoulder in a skiing accident a couple of years ago and the same had been bothering me ever since. Upon starting with Logan, I noticed an immediate and drastic improvement in both mobility and strength. Logan is extremely diligent in the way he structures our sessions...creates both a fun and professional environment which enables you to reach your goal quicker and more efficiently! Would fully recommend to anyone!

Those sessions were definitely helpful and also helping me understand the root causes of the injuries as well as ways to avoid them. Kieran was very professional and patient throughout the process to help me to get back in shape. Highly recommend!

    After a bad injury to my knees, I was told by my doctor I wouldn't be able to run again. After a few years of healing I sought out Maire - a UFIT physiotherapist - on the recommendation of a friend. Marie is a running specialist and she was confident I could run again. She changed both my walking and running gait and gave me clear homework exercises to gradually rebuild the supporting muscles around my knee. She gradually taught me to run again. It worked and I completed two triathlons! I have been working with Maire for three years now as I go from strength to strength. I'm really grateful for her expertise and optimism through the whole process.

    After a cycling accident and diagnosed internal damage to my wrists, and I was referred to UFIT Singapore where i was booked with senior Physio, Kieran Sasiadek. He took the time in the initial consultation to ensure he was clear on my issues and also to outline the recommended therapy. In all, I had 6 sessions with Kieran and all pain and challenges with my wrists ceased. His attention to ensuring I had all the correct exercises for home weekly and generally being very personable all while being extremely professional. I would highly recommend Keiran and UFIT clinic for all his help with my physio needs but also for being a really good bloke that made what could have been uncomfortable therapy with exercises and treatments very manageable and comfortable and in the end successful in treating my injury needs.

    I started training at UFIT in July 2019 with Gareth Roberts @_mind_body_happiness. In mid November 2019 after a few stop start efforts on my part we agreed to set some weight loss goals framed around getting me into more daily activity and closer monitoring of my diet. My weight was 109 kg in November and we had a target to get to 105 kg by April 2020. As it turned out we went well through the targets and I was down to around 96 kg in April and less than 94 kg now, losing over 15 kg. I am 54 years old and now back to the weight I was when I was 18. The key to the success has been Gareth's support and encouragement in the gym and to what I was doing away from the gym. His advice in areas such as diet and nutrition were critical and have helped me establish simple life habits that are sustainable in the long term. In particular it has put me on a virtuous cycle where I now feel I have more energy than I have had for a decade and that makes exercise much more of a joy and something to look forward to rather than a chore. The only downside has been having to buy a new wardrobe and consult with my shocked tailor of over 20 years to get my suits altered. It is a small price to pay for having a delighted wife who can now properly get her arms around me. Thanks Gareth, the journey has been great and there is more to come.

    I have been training here for a few years now and have always been impressed with the professional yet “real” team that works here. Great example is Logan Smith (Physio) who has helped me rehab after a distal tendon repair. He has done a great job and not just worked in isolation but also connected with my trainer (Will Foden) and my surgeon. Highly recommend Logan and huge respect for what he does.

    I'd never liked going to a gym to do any exercise but Ufit and Daniel's kettlebell class made me do a lot indeed🙂I have been in other class and all I have tried was nice as the instructors have their own strong areas (& it was easy to book the class). Due to Covid 19, class is not open yet, I went for PT which is another option to explore further and as Ufit focuses on PT programmes, it offers the best quality for the people who train serious! Plus, the interior is fancy and I feel safe as I can see the gym is very clean❤

    I signed up for a PT sessions with @Daniel De Sanctis earlier this year. It was great training under him. He was able to push me every session and I saw myself being able to do more every week. The club itself is compact but has all the stuff you need. It is also not that crowded so you can workout in peace! Highly recommended to those looking for PT near CBD!

    I've had a pain in my left shoulder for a while and it was getting worse. My MRI showed shoulder impingement and SLAP tear and was referred to Kieran, Senior Physio Therapist in Ufit Club St. He worked with me once every week for about 4~5 months initially. I was gaining more movement one session after another and pain started to subside drastically. It was our final treatment session today after about 11 months of the therapy and I am really glad to share that my shoulder movement range has been restored fully and the pain is now completely gone. Thanks to Kieran who is not only very knowledgeable and professional but he is also personable, caring and friendly. I've fairly enjoyed our conversations during the treatment sessions. All the staff in the clinic is very friendly as well. If you have any sports injury or shoulder pain like I did, I highly recommend you to get in touch with Kieran.

    Kieran helped me heal from a humerus fracture by gradually rebuilding my muscle through rehabilitative exercises to where I could use my arm again for every day tasks and resume my gym workouts. He was knowledgeable and knew when to push you so that progress was made at every session. He’s the best!

    The new clinic is great! Everyone is very friendly and Kieran is the best physio you will find. I have seen him couple times with different injuries and each time he was very helpful and fast in helping me recover. He used a mix of massages, exercises and acupuncture (that I was absolutely terrified of, but turned out to be very good and help a lot with the pain). I also like how every session when he teaches new exercises he would make a video recording of them, explaining the right technique and sending them over so that you can exercise at home. Highly recommend the clinic and ask for Kieran.

    The new Ufit hub at Club Street is absolutely beautiful with really nice and spacious changing rooms. I have always been active but the activities caused me long term strains and imbalances. I have been working with Dipti to overcome these injuries and have seen improvements in my imbalances. Rehab work isn't always boring either, Dipti adds fun challenges to the movements tailored specifically for me every class.
