Dear
Anytime
fitness,
I
apologise
that
I
have
to
give
a
bad
review
on
google
of
your
gym
due
to
poor
handling
of
communication
and
when
asked
for
suggestion/feedback
form
,
the
three
girls
at
the
counter
told
me
there
is
no
such
forms
to
be
written
to
voice
out
my
opinion
to
improve
your
gym
service
.
I
understand
at
times
given
the
Covid
19
situation
there
may
be
a
limited
capacity
but
I
was
not
told
that
I
was
only
given
90
minutes
in
the
gym
from
the
point
I
step
in
when
there
are
other
members
waiting
outside.
I
was
running
on
treadmill
and
suddenly
approached
by
the
two
female
staff
to
leave
the
gym
as
my
time
is
over
.
I
was
shocked
to
learn
that
I
have
to
leave
immediately
as
my
90
minutes
time
is
over
when
I
was
still
halfway
through
running.
The
staff
did
not
inform
me
about
the
time
limit
when
contract
was
signed
and
I
find
it
rude
when
you
interrupt
someone
who
is
running
on
treadmill
and
asked
to
leave.
As
any
fitness
instructor
should
know
that
there
should
be
a
cool
down
routine
at
least
slow
pace
of
5
minutes
after
intensive
running.
If
the
gym
is
running
at
its
full
capacity
,
please
at
least
have
the
decency
to
tell
the
members
at
least
15
-20
min
early
so
that
we
can
plan
appropriately
for
shower
or
ready
to
get
off
from
working
out
mode.
Please
communicate
properly
the
time
limit
and
advertise
it
so
that
the
gym
members
are
aware.
In
summary
2
issues
1)For
a
big
organisation
like
anytime
fitness,
It
is
such
a
shame
that
when
the
counter
female
staff
known
as
anytime
fitness
ambassador
told
me
that
there
is
no
feed
back
or
suggestive
forms
to
improve
customer
service
or
experience.
2)
lack
of
effective
communication,
at
least
publish
or
announce
to
the
members
about
the
time
allocated
/limit
of
not
more
than
90
minutes
so
we
can
have
an
effective
plan
work
out.
so
for
the
gym
goers
out
there
,
you
gotta
plan
your
work
out
properly
for
the
time
limit
given.
