    I came to Momentum Lab for help after suffering from a disc herniation back problem for years. I had received some form of pain relief from various chiropractic and physiotherapy techniques, but very little help in the way of restoring strength and movement to my back and body. I have been working with the Lynn and her team at Momentum for the last year and their passion and compassion for my well being truly sets them apart from the competitors. The team is very dedicated to giving the best possible work out to clients, tailoring sessions based on clients requests, while also assessing the needs of their bodies and working to push them towards positive changes. These sessions have truly become one of my favorite hours in the week! After less than one year, I am nearly pain-free.

    I only joined Momentum Lab in mid February and I have been really enjoying the group classes run by Douglas, Hafiz and Winny. The exercises are challenging, they routines vary a lot and the trainers encourage you to constantly "push yourself" and try harder. I am starting to see first results, which I am quite happy with. Thank you.πŸ‘

    My chiropractor advised me to do Pilates because of my back issue. I instantly felt a difference after my first consult with Momentum Lab so I decided to sign up for a private package with them. I am now enjoying my sessions in their studio with their highly experienced instructors with my back feeling better after each session. Try it for yourself.

    I started training at momentum Lab over a year ago. I’ve been training with Douglas, who has become more like a friend to me. He is an excellent trainer, very knowledgeable, easy going, very accommodating, and he cares for my progress. I’ve seen amazing results! Definitively give them a try!

    A fantastic studio. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Instructors are fab - they are patient, motivating, passionate and want you to get the most out of your exercise session. All the group classes are great, with numbers kept to 10 max. This allows for individual attention. Other services like the Stretch and Align are also worth using for injuries. Personal Training is also available. I highly recommend this studio. 5 stars!

    We started to rehab with Sheryl since 4 years ago. Life changer. I have serious back pain that I can't get up sometimes, similar to my husband. She knows human anatomy well and tailors program to fit her clients needs. Jim is also very supportive in getting his team to help our family. Physical therapy, rehab, and sports massage. We are getting better only because of them! Very thankful - a group of professionals.

    Through friend’s recommendation I went for the trial session more than a year ago. I have severe scoliosis and not very keen with pilate because I don’t know how much pilate can help me, but after taking lessons with Sheryl my doubts are gone. Sheryl modified the exercises so it is manageable for me and thanks to her patience I’m making progress. I’m able to incorporate the exercises that Sheryl taught me into my daily routine. My muscles are stronger and have lesser back pain. It is God’s blessings that bring me to Momentum Lab and have Sheryl as my trainer.

    I have been training in Momentum Lab for over a year now. Jim and his team of trainers has been helping me with my frozen shoulder and knees through Pilates. Now I can cook and prepare meals without pain πŸ˜‰ Highly recommend πŸ‘

    Going for workouts here is always so comfortable and fun! Our instructor, Doug, is always welcoming and goes way out to help us achieve our fitness goals. Highly recommend!
