We checked out this place on a recommendation of a friend. My daughter enjoyed the classes and liked the teacher, but there are several negative points which are making me consider going to another gym. 1. The place is really old and poorly maintained. I'm not sure it is cleaned regularly ! I saw a dirty mess on the gym floor week after week which never got cleaned up. 2. The bathroom is disgusting and there is no hand soap. Public health hazard, considering all these kids go to the bathroom, and then go to the gym to use common equipment. 3. Worst of all, the admin staff is completely incompetent and disorganized. It is really PAINFUL to deal with them. It is near impossible to get thru on the phone, and even when you speak to them face to face, they are quite clueless. We had a lot of difficulties and back and forth re payment for the first class, then for the second term, we got a message abruptly 2 days prior that it had been cancelled !!

Positive: - good location in a spacious building - good viewing area for parents - Teachers are mostly caring. Negative: - the place is generally worn out and could be kept better. - the admin is not customer focused or at least fails to portray it. Calling to ask for info is not pleasant.

Non-profit organization. True gymnastics training ground (not the play-play, jump-jump playground kind) spanning the gamut from 18 months to adults. The facility is quite run-down as it is located within an old community facility. 3 levels in total. Mixed quality of coaches, some great, some non-commital. Can seem a little bit chaotic at times in terms of administration.

My daughter has been with Prime Gymnastics for the past 8 years, started off with the Gym Tots and now in their competitive squad. The coaches are great. They know their gymnasts well, knowing when to push and when to hold back as necessary. The club recently engaged the services of a sports psychologist to take care of the mental health aspect of the gymnasts. Love this place. Wouldn’t want to train anywhere else!

I attend the adult class here. And my son is in one of the kids class. Prime is a very professional gym club with responsible coaches and fun activities.

One of the better adult classes with good blend of structured training, conditioning, and free play. Great coaches!

We enrolled our 9 year old last year. She has improved a lot and she is enjoying her classes. The coaches are very professional and proficient in their skills and teaching. This January, we also enrolled our 2.5 year old daughter to gymtots class, and she has now joined the kinder class. The girls always look forward to attend their classes. Thank you, coaches and staff! P.s. We hope the toilets get regularly cleaned on weekends. It can get messy, specially on the ground floor. Thanks.

Very very inflexible policies and rude administration. No make up classes/switch classes allowed which means parents are forced to send sick kids to gym which puts other kids at risk.

I was a gymnast when I was young and looked for a club to send my kids. I found this club and checked it out. All coaches were former gymnasts - some even representing Singapore. The gym is big: they have 3 levels and offering competitive as well as recreational classes. There is no aircon but the gym is open and well ventilated by big fans. Initially I found the class fees steep but realised that they are slightly below market standards. As a non-profit club, there is a possibility to join the management committee which I did and still enjoy the work. My kids like the place and the coaches since they started over 4 years ago.

I make arrangements thru email n call in the 1st week of May for my daughter to start classes in July. When we went there last week, the staff could not find my daughter's name in the list. Nevertheless, she was placed in the trial class. The staff said someone will call me the next day to make arrangements. A lady named Magdalene call me n said she will check for vacancies but that's was the last l heard from her.

I’m glad I found PRIME! It is one of the best decisions I’ve made for my daughters who are doing competitive gym. Being a non profit organisation, it aims to provide outstanding gymnastics training to people of all ages and abilities. There are not many clubs that develop gymnasts from beginners to elite competitive levels, and PRIME is one of very few clubs in Singapore does that. I love the well ventilated and spacious 3 levelled gymnasium with their newly installed big ass fans, it provides a very conducive environment for any gymnast/child to train in. Coupled with newly furbished equipment, the quality of the training is kept at a high level and never compromised. The safety of the gymnasts is of topmost priority and for that the equipment are regularly serviced, reviewed and replaced when necessary. With the hardware all in place, PRIME puts in more effort in providing the best “heartware”. The coaches are experienced and are extremely dedicated, patient, encouraging and nurturing. They are my daughters’ second parents, as the girls spend most of their time training with them. And it is also with PRIME’s ever so encouraging and conducive environment that my girls call PRIME their second home. The friendships and relationships forged are priceless (for me and for my daughters) and we are blessed and thankful to have found PRIME. Once a PRIMER, always a PRIMER. ♥️

😠 Beware of a Filipino instructor called Shawn. Sleep during working hours and when he was asked to go back n rest. He challenged the gym users who reported him. Always switch off all aircons n fans at 830pm so that he can leave work on time
