Most people seem to treat the gym as a coffee shop. I’ve seen people just occupying benches just to be on their phone for 20 minutes. While I type this, the 3 other guys in the free weight area haven’t put down their phone in the last 10 minutes, they’ll do a light set just to get on their phone again. Sadly gym staff just lets this happen, it’s an inconvenient to the people who are trying to actually work out. Perhaps go to one of the coffee shops downstairs, it’s in the same location and you can still claim to all your friends you went to the gym. Since you don’t actually use the gym to workout, it won’t make a difference. Edit: changed rating to 1 star since this happens every single time I try to use the gym.

This gym has everything you need to get fit, build those muscles and work on your shape. Friendly yet persistent trainers who never fail to make sure you get your workout done right. Place is well kept. Situated in the busy Changi business district, this is definitely the gym to get that lethargic body pumped up in the midst of your busy schedule. What's good also is that the gym provides outfits, so you don't have to worry about bringing your gym wear!

Poor communication amongst the staff and management, changing customer's 18 month contracts to 24 months without informing, mix responses and answers communicated. Although this outlet provides attire and facilities are so-so, i do not recommend this gym.

Highly expensive. Please experience the gym before decide to sign-up the contract and don’t fall in their membership trap.

Fitness centre is smaller, crowded during lunch hour. Changing room and lockers are pretty smelly with foul smell of shoe. Only good thing here is it have regular fitness classes

Small centre & studio but it's good and clean. Sufficient equipment. Only problem is difficult to locate the tissue even at the lounge area.

Not great. It's convenient that's why I use it but it's dirty. Today they lost my access card with my data on it and couldn't be arsed to cancel it. They didn't also respond to my email to them

For those fitness freaks out who dont mind spending time and money in getting to shape,This place is for you,They have several classes that can be registered by the members,to name a few,Yoga,Bodyattack,Zumba,etc.,Few branches have swimming classes too,in house lockers,attires,well maintained washrooms,you can just get your shoes and walk in and out anytime..and yes its bit costly and enables you for annual subscription automatically and for termination and break u need to inform a month ahead..Apart from the wallet weakening portion this place is good for your body and you can have special trainers based on you fitness need and that doesnt come for free too.;)

One of the best gym in Singapore. Changi. Branch is a bit small but they provide complementary gym atire which really a plus.

Great trainers and gym equipment. No hard selling of products and packages. Best part is the daily group classes with amazing programs. Can book these classes via their fitness app.

The trainers are really good, starting from the personal trainers to group instructors. You have a wide range of machines from cardio to poly boxes to boxing bags and what not. The best fitted when estimated with the space it has. Bring back Reagan, we miss him a lot.

Good branch of Fitness First. Good equipment, and very friendly staff. As with most FF branches they need more squat racks, but otherwise a good set of equipment and weights.
