On 3 May 2022 - I'm a single mother who is an active gym membership of Anytime Fitness. I'm so disappointed that Anytime Fitness at Serangoon Nex chase us out of the gym because they do not allow me to bring along my 8yrs old daughter who only sit quietly at the resting area. Apparently, Anytime fitness at Nex outlet do not welcome "Active parents", the management should remove this piece of drawing on the pillar that states " Celebrate Active Parents". Since the outlet management and staff do not practice what they pitch.

Good location, big gym but equipments are mostly very old and poorly maintained. It is always crowded at any point in the day and so it is very difficult to train well.

Poorly maintained equipment and facility. Machines are broken for weeks and months while dumbbells are old and chipped off, and dumbbells with rubber grips in the middle also have the rubber partially torn off and not replaced. For $115 a month, we would expect more effort from the management to maintain the facilities and equipment.

Got rejected from going into the gym as i was not on the list of “nex anytime fitness members”. Whereas on anytime fitness website, it did mention that anytime fitness members are free to visit any global gyms at ease 🤷🏻‍♀️ This contradicts the company’s rules and having a namelist of those allowed to use Nex’s gym is ridiculous!! Need to report to HQ abt it

As a current member I can tell that I'm very disappointed in Virgin Active. When joining I expected a top notch customer service, which I obviously didn't get here. Leaving Singapore for a trip I put my membership on freeze and due to family emergency I had to extend it, but was a day late due to the hectic circumstances with my family. I was expecting that for the price I'm paying for the membership and promised premium service it wouldn't be a problem to refund and reverse the freeze, especially for such a big worldwide company as Virgin. I was contacted by their senior receptionist Roslynda and was asked to provide the copy of my itinerary with the following refusal of my request. I have responded telling about my disappointment regarding their decision and that I expected better service asking to reconsider, but never heard back from anyone from Virgin since then. This is definitely not a "premium" customer service they promise when joining... There were also other times when management was not acting professionally such as providing wrong information about trial sessions or receptionists being unfriendly and inattentive, which I was letting go until this time. Not to mention that the gyms can be quite dirty, especially the one at Raffles Place. After such bad experience I feel like Virgin Active doesn't provide a premium service but rather feels too "premium" to care for their customers. Unfortunately I'm tied up for a year of membership, but there is no way I will renew it after it finishes. Such a shame.

Pros : - The equipments are well maintained. - The equipments are are good enough to cover your Push/ Pull/ Legs day. - Located in nex where just above the MRT station. Cons : - It’s always crowded especially the after-work hour.

I would give a 4-star review for the location, spaciousness, and facility, but the management (compared to all other friendly outlets) is so lousy that I won't bother to even come back. The staffs are rude. The boss is worse. 👎

Atrocious experience! Went there 3 times and EACH AND EVERYTIME there is no staff present and I usually ended up waited at least 15 minutes just for someone to show up. Forgot to ask for his name but the Chinese guy at the reception is pretty damn condescending and rude. Have the intention of signing up but whatever good impression that I have is completely gone! If they think Anytime is a big name and keep on providing this kind of awful service attitude then I am pretty sure this outlet's business will definitely dwindle. The only it has going for it is the location. Look at their reviews, whoever gave a bad review are all complaining about their staffs' horrendous attitude!

Worst customer experience, the franchise and the front office desk think very highly of themselves. Not bothered to return messages and share details. I went twice and waited for 20-30 mins, I then went in (someone else also waiting in let me in) and figured out everyone was sitting in a room, chit-chating with complete disregard to everyone standing outside waiting for the front office desk employee. They are not clear to explain anything and force you to join a package that suits the front office guy. The follow questions had a lead time of 1 day!(Imagine a sales guy taking 1 day to respond to potential new customer query, they are just not interested in your business) In the end, imagine if they have such an attitude even before you become a member what will happen when you actually become their member. Stay away from Anytime Fitness Nex!

Was rejected to enter because this wasn’t my home gym. According to the anytime fitness website, it’s stated clearly that after 30 days, we are allowed to enter any anytime fitness franchise.

Not as great as before. Equipment and facility are getting old with visible wear and tear everywhere. Also, trainers are leaving their personal sanitary items everywhere and not wiping down the equipment that they use, although the club has requested for members to ensure that they do their wipe downs. Very peculiar dynamic. I hope their professionalism increases.

Arrogant staffs thinking they owns the gym and I'm not surprised when the boss himself displays similar traits which I guess it is one of their company motto? How about they change the name of the gym to arrogant fitness? I mean so what if one of you staff have many followers? So being a so called online celebrity allows you to have a condescending attitude to people? Face palm...

Definetly not Student Friendly, Dont get why theres no 3 month or 6 month package, we really have to pay for a year, cant even terminate the package until after a year so it forces you to pay for a whole year, Do they think students have a $1000 lying around?

Huge and spacious gym — high ceiling clearance makes for a less claustrophobic environment despite the huge variety of machines and free weights. Toilets and bag areas are generally well cleaned even during non-staffed hours. Good security as well (key fob access system), with CCTV monitoring the bag areas. There are also plenty of protein shakes and bars available for purchase via vending machines. Very convenient location, located at the rooftop of NEX which is connected to Serangoon MRT via several entry points, so you won’t ever have the excuse of skipping a workout because it’s raining (unfortunately?).

They truly live up to the reviews of being arrogant. Was told to move away from the area where they usually have classes. There were only 4 people taking the class and we were at the very end of the corner. After we moved away, they didn't even use the area where we were at. We totally understand if the trainer needed the space, but they dont.

Upon returning to Singapore, I was looking for a flexible gym plan and signed up for a 6-month plan. Anytime Fitness NEX seemed like a good fit because of the different locations I was able to get access to. Sign-up process was fairly straightforward. Upon inquiring about membership plans with the staff, the manager dropped a conversation that seemed important with his staff to approach me about a new signup, and struck me as (unfortunately) stuck-up, and more focused on new sign-ups than caring for members throughout the sign-up process. As a side note, I signed up anyway as I figured I wouldn't have much contact with the manager and the staff during my gym visits. I will just say that this location is not for everyone, and might be especially intimidating for beginners. It is crowded, even during off-peak hours. For those who lift weights, you might have to wait a significant amount of time before you find a spot unless going to the gym at what might seem ungodly hours like 3am lol. Staff seem nice in general, but the gym does give an overall snobbish, standoffish vibe. Other AF locations I've been to have been welcoming and casual, and members seem to be more considerate. A note on newcomers, you are only able to switch the location of your 'home gym' after a month upon subscribing. Until then, your home gym will be the location where you signed up. Since moving my home gym elsewhere, I haven't found much issues with working with the NEX location. Unfortunately, I will have to mention that I have been unable to reach them after leaving a voice message, or sending them emails about the recent gym closures due to COVID and what the procedures look like. Obtaining information regarding reimbursements, membership transfers, etc has proven difficult. As a contrast, I get responses from my home gym at the other AF location in a much more timely manner. With that said, the staff are friendly, and have helped me with some lost items left at the gym, but otherwise, management and the overall atmosphere are pretty disappointing.

As a former member of Virgin Active, I highly caution anyone from joining this unscrupulous gym. When I joined there was only the Raffles Place outlet but I was told that a Tanjong Pagar branch would be opening in about 3-6 months but ended up being about 9 months. The pool was supposed to be opened together with the gym but got a further 2-3 months delay. The front of house staff would continually lie about the openings and would always say that they would be open in the “next month” for many months on end. Joining their classes was also a hellish experience. Popular classes like hot yoga and vinyasa yoga for example, require you to register the same night or in the early hours of the next day to secure a spot. Then when you actually do, there is no organization and the members just lay their mats wherever they wish and if you don’t come early you wouldn’t even have a proper spot. Their billing system was also extremely buggy, with my charges often being incorrect or failing to be charged (in which case they call you multiple times a day) while I had no problems using my card elsewhere. Yet, that same diligence was never extended to when they increase your fees. They had never bothered to reach out to me to inform me that they would be increasing my dues after my contract was fulfilled (three times before I finally had enough and decided to leave). They claimed to have sent me an email each time (which probably ended up in my spam folder, where they rightfully belong anyway) when I had raised the issue to them, but not once did I see any of that diligence to actually contact me to ensure that I actually knew of the increases. Given, they might have all those fancy and fun facilities and features, but with how busy it always gets, you hardly would have the opportunity to enjoy it anyways. Off peak isn’t really an option either considering how short their operating hours each week are at most of their outlets. When they have so many members and so few clubs, you would think that they should keep their outlets open more right? Nope. All these issues combined with the little things like poor housekeeping, frequently damaged facilities, pathetic beverage offerings, unfriendly staff members, extremely uncomfortable workout shorts, worn out towels, etc, just sealed the deal for me to leave. To add insult to the injury, the welcome gifts I got were hideous pink low quality pleather duffle bag and shoe bag while soon after they started giving out sleek and handsome Under Armor ones instead. My whole experience with Virgin Active was one that left me feeling conned, harassed, and endlessly frustrated. Unless you want to feel that as well, I highly recommend you to search for other options.

Worst ever Anytime Fitness in singapore went there earlier today customer service is so baaaadddd been a member of Anytime fitness for 5yrs plus and so far this is the worst outlet ever. Staff there was soo rude and not practical at all wanted me to leave the gym just because i dindt have towel. Soo stupid of them and even said they will cal security if i don't leave hahahah what a experience here. They told me ok for this time nvm next time must bring i said ok noted but as soon as i started they kept on coming to me and irritating me an kept on coming and wanted me to talk to the manager through the phone. They gave five mins but 1min plus they already giving another problem as you said at first for today only will be excused should have kept to yiur woed and not chase me from the gym.

Staff and service is really bad and arrogant, so is the culture of the regular goers at the gym. Their only value is that it is opened 24 hours.

I had dispute in my contract termination at the end of 18 month and i wants to speak to the senior Management but they refuse to connect me with them , i did feedback through the website sysytem yet no answer from them, the system serve no purpose.

Staff are downright RUDE, unhelpful, unprofessional. Not sure where the arrogance is coming from is it from the unpleasant physical appearance or from the vocational ITE certs I totally have no idea. Anyway, what kind of customer service can u expect from an average salary staff (I'm not trying to say underpaid hahaha -roll eyes). Besides there must be a reason why their Facebook page has no ratings available. Cannot be compared to fitness first not even the smallest gyms in SG. You don't believe me? The crews didnt explain clear on the phone till day you wanna join you have to pay such and such and you have to pay about $200 for new comer which I find it ridiculous. The crew give a fake smile and they seems to be unfriendly

Quite disappointed with their rigid rules ... Refused entry without keyfob even if I'm a bona fide member. I had my IC and that would not do...as only key fob is accepted. So based on their logic I can pass the fob to any person

Used to love going to Virgin due to its convenience. Circuit breaker was the event that highlighted the poor management of Virgin Active Singapore (VA). If you’re deciding between VA and it’s competitors such as fitness first and pure I would highly recommend NOT going to VA. After Circuit breaker VA cancelled several classes and failed to notify members. After telling the management at Raffles Place that I would like to cancel my membership as VA has made a material departure of terms e.g. permanent termination of their Ariel yoga classes (which was VA’s selling point and why I signed up), she replied “we are not a yoga studio”. Their customer service has left me speechless. Due to COVID-19 safe distancing restrictions, there’s a maximum number of people allowed in VA’s facilities. Once you get past the difficult hurdle of even getting a slot to go into the gym. You will realise it is packed and equipment has to be shared. For the price VA is demanding, it would be better to take your money elsewhere.

I tried to request an invoice for my monthly membership fee, but was told by the management that the invoice costs a bloody fee of $10 per request. Good game, well played! 👍

Absolutely the worse AF! Cannot manually scan in if we forget to bring key fob. Literallly the only AF franchise doing this nonsense. Equipment is poorly maintained too. Pls get your membership else where. Serangoon NEX mall is already difficult a place to get a parking lot for your car, and when u finally found a lot and parked and walked all the way to the gym to find you left your key fob at home, they refuse to let u in. Seriously, it is already so hard to squeeze out time to gym, and they have to make things even harder.

Gym is on the top floor on the mall! MRT is just all the way down, there's also carpark right beside the mall. Space of the gym is huge. Dumbbell are rusty from the sunlight, some smaller dumbbell are wrecked. But majority of the machines and barbell are in good condition. Lighting and music are decent.

Walked past Never went in. Looks almost like any other Anytime Fitness outlet in Singapore No originality. Very competitive business in Singapore with fitness outlets everywhere. Not sure if they can survive though. Highly recommend to do online marketing to get leads. Rental must be expensive.

Hard to get class booking even one week in advance after circuit breaker

I have been a member since 2016 and today (18th jan) i decided to terminate my membership and was told i need to pay up till 29th because of their direct debit protocol. So when my account on freeze they can pro rate the fees that i have to pay during freeze period but when i want to terminate the membership they cannot pro rate because of the 'protocol'. If you question them they will say this is on your contract when you joining. Dont think i have ever heard of this when i joining the gym but so much for the 'you can cancel the membership anytime after you join one year'. Thanks for the lesson VA u sure know how to talk.

Requested for my monthly invoice from AF NEX, and I am told to pay $10 for it because "As official receipts are manually created by us, there will be an admin fee of $10 per invoice." This is ridiculous and no customers should be paying for their own invoice.

I have been a member at Anytime Fitness Nex for a while now, and while I appreciate its convenient location, I must say that the overall condition of the gym could use some improvement. One of the main issues I have noticed is the maintenance of the equipment. Many of the dumbbells and machines show signs of rust, which is not only unsightly but also raises concerns about their durability and safety. Additionally, the deadlift platforms have noticeable dents, which can affect the proper execution of exercises. Another area that needs attention is the air conditioning system. The gym tends to be excessively humid, making each session more uncomfortable than it should be. I find myself breaking out in sweat excessively, which hampers my workout experience. Adequate air ventilation would greatly alleviate this issue. Furthermore, the ventilation in the men's restroom leaves much to be desired. There is a persistent unpleasant smell that seems to linger, making it an unpleasant experience for users. Addressing this issue would greatly improve the overall hygiene and comfort of the facilities. Considering my experiences at other Anytime Fitness locations, I believe Anytime Fitness Nex could benefit from upgrading their equipment to meet the standards found at other branches. Members deserve well-maintained and modern equipment to enhance their workouts. I hope that management takes these concerns into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to create a more enjoyable environment for all members.

The service here for membership is preposterous. The staff whatsapped me the rates, and when I went down physically they told me the rates and both were the same: it was 12 or 18 monthly and the rates were paid monthly, but if you pay in lump sum you will get 1 month free. However in the end, when I was about to confirm they told me only lump sum option available (in a take it or leave it manner) and no reply after I asked why the offer was different from the original conversations I had. How can you offer different prices at different times at your whimsy and as a customer I just find the service to be terrible. Will not sign up with this gym and found a much better gym elsewhere. My guess is that they have enough capacity for members and don’t value new members hence the treatment.

As AF gym member for years, I didn't even ask for a single refund during the pandemic period but just continue paying for monthly fee as I do understand the situation was not easy for everyone. The payment didn't went through for some reason eventhough I didn't change my card. When I realised the email and submitted the form to change the credit card for my overdue payment. They still replied to my email saying that they will not accept because I reply after the deadline. Truly "Great service" I have from Hakim & Dwi and perhaps I should have ask for the few months refund during the pandemic period. You don't have to expect things will change by giving feedback here as most of the review here were not attended.

been to many AF (the tampines central one is great - there’s ALWAYS someone who waves you in and the staff there make an effort to keep the place safe and welcoming). the staff at Nex leave much to be desired - every interaction is unpleasant and they do little to create any type of community/culture. clearly they’re here to do the bare minimum and it shows. the upkeep of the place is horrendous (look at the tons of other reviews pointing out faulty parts, rusty weights, etc etc), and the layout of machines/benches is quite thoughtless wrt maximising an easily overcrowded space.

Worst Anytime in Singapore, floor mats dented in the free weights area, no one bother to put up a caution sign on it, poorly maintained machine, weights out of of place, they have 5 staffs at the front door checking for towel, yet no one bother to walk around the gym to do basic maintenance and checking. Rude staff, interrupted me mid set. Place has a gloomy atmosphere (unwelcoming). Could be due to the lighting or the quality of gym equipments. Gym has a wide range of equipment although pretty worn. Dumbbells are absolutely horrendous, absolutely worn and are not placed in order on the racks. Power racks are not aligned properly to the mirror and the floor pads had damages. Definitely would not recommend, would rather go activesg.

Horrible experience. VA didn’t honour their contract and continued to charge me even when I stop going, then increased the termination fee inaccurately, and ignored my complaints lodged against them. Besides that, I remembered the fruity water is not always filled up. The tap will not work for weeks. Old equipment at some of the outlets, namely Tanjong Pagar. Overall, classes were great. Attended some good yoga/Pilates classes. I am just extremely disappointed with them not honouring their contract and continuously charge me even when I insisted to terminate my contract.

Been going to this gym for 3yrs now and what i like about this gym, that is spacious and near my house. One thing i don't like about it is that all the machine and equipment are are too old and some of them are always under maintenance for so many months now and cannot be used. When i saw some of new AF gyms outlet they have some new machine that this branch don't have. You will only enjoy this gym if you are staying near.

The weights are kept randomly and can be hard to find. Some of the machines have rust on them. The staff is rather unpleasent. Been to a few anytime fitness clubs, NEX mall was by far the least pleasing.

Over-earnest and inflexible staff when it comes to regulation. Go to this gym if you like feeling like you’re back in school being bossed around by prefects. Poor response attitude when a customer tries to register a complaint

I enjoy the atmosphere here more than other outlets since I sign up here and it’s my home gym. It’s spacious and the facilities are great.

Have been a regular since AF opened a branch at NEX mall. Nothing to complain about yet there is also nothing to ra ra about too

1. Warm, friendly and helpful staff (Sally & Ali) 2. QR Code installed on every exercise equipment. One just has to download app to view how to use the equipment properly. 3. Spacious & clean 4. Anytime Fitness' member is recognised worldwide. Just remember to bring your keyfob issued by the gym. Now...how cool is that! 5. Package is reasonable and fee is deducted monthly. 6. There's even a "Call for HELP" corner in case of any Emergency. One of the best gyms for me, todate.

I hate to say this but I used to love VA because of the gym. But equipment in the recent months is getting worn out and damaged. The contract also has pretty unfavorable terms for locals. There are hidden contractual terms that favor expats that allow for termination when relocating/loss of employment which are then verbally communicated with locals to cite flexibility of contractual terms. This is just short of fraud.

Was here for a trial. Was surprised that no staff tried to sell me membership. You go downstairs to the changing room. The lower floor is also where the yoga studio is located. You can collect a bath towel. The smaller towel to wipe your sweat is located around the gym, just got to hunt for it. I like how there are quite a number of facilities like a steam room, ice room, salt room, and a foot spa area. However, the steam room was pretty hot and the ice room wasn't very cold. I like how there's a variety of equipment around. There's also quite a lot of space on the upper floor for your workouts.

Luxury & Gigantic gym. I was shocked at the size of the gym as it occupies a number of floors/levels; with changing rooms & showers followed by cardio machines followed by weights etc. This is truly an amazing gym - don’t believe the negative reviews with people saying the equipment needs to be replaced - this is an amazing gym also has a fantastic view of CBD area which helps :)

Great facilities, very clean (though I did see mushrooms growing in the showers), amazing spa, friendly staff and good range of classes. One issue for me.is the lack of workout benches - there are only 2. 4 stars if they manage to bring some more in.

Pricier than most gym, even with the AIA Vitality 30% off 12-months plan, but the gyms are mostly new. Raffles is the flagship branch, so maybe the equipment and shower facilities are slightly aged, but you have got to try out their special spin class, The Trip! Find out more about it from their website, but it's basically this virtual reality ride through scenarios! I went all the way to Japan today, and survived the ride! Cheers!

Been a member on and off the past 4 years. Club has gone downhill a lot in that time. Dated equipment and in need of replacement or fixing. Suggestions and notifying staff of improvements go unanswered. The classes are really good and I think is the gyms strong point. The main gym area itself needs a refurb ASAP along with the filthy shower rooms.

Wanted to come on here to say that the staff is so rude and bad, then i found out that i wasn’t the only one experiencing this lol literally all the reviews are about how bad and rude the staff here are, been to many AF outlets in SG but this is the only outlet i had issues with the staffs’ attitude and jst had to write a review about it smh 🤦🏻‍♂️

rarely leave reviews but i feel this team deserves one!! incredibly grateful to the Anytime Fitness Nex team. signed up with them through Richard and started my fresh gym journey in Aug 2022. have been having continuous PT sessions with Jack and it really made my gymming a million times more enjoyable. for someone who has never had proper gym experience, not only did Jack helped boost my confidence in gymming, but made me realise that it's really okay to have down times sometimes and i shouldn't hate myself for it 😭 on top of the entire AF Nex team who has been super friendly and nice, special shout out to Hakim and Zul!! 🫶🏻 this gym's team has rly made me feel so comfortable and unafraid to gym alone 😩 forever thankful 🥹 and extra credit: they actually put in the effort to fix the peeling leather/material of gym equips and the actual mechanisms if they break. just unfortunate that sometimes it might take a bit longer due to the shipping, but that's ok laaaa; can use other equipments whaaat 🤟🏼

Very curious to know why I need to pay additional $95 membership when I already signed and pay the membership at orchard outlet. Is the same brand and the same country Kindly explain why? And for what I paying? For 3 minutes making the paper work? Be more flexible and hire a better salesteam/ service team YOU LOOSING CLIENTS!

Staff is friendly but gym is way too expensive. They have to abide by nonsense rules they themselves install. Say they’re expat friendly but this not the case at all. The whole system of applying for a longer membership is just so they can make more money. A member who is just applying for 1 month is not more expensive at all. Very unhappy with the franchise which in my opinion is not so customer friendly as they advertise.

Fitness center at the top floor

Bad service, receptionist extremely rude, was there to check for packages available and rates, during the whole process she just focus on texting with her mobile and answer questions with "mmm.", "arh.", "ya.". am in service line as well, wonder how these kind of staff can survive and how their management evaluate their staffs' performance.

One of the staff ( guy wearing spec ) believe he is a trainer is unfriendly . Also,I make a feedback to the female staff abt a member not sharing the machine with other member two week ago.til now nothing done .no callback from her to me . Staff are downright RUDE, unhelpful, unprofessional. Not sure where the arrogance is coming from is it from the unpleasant physical appearance or from the vocational ITE certs I totally have no idea. Anyway, what kind of customer service can u expect from an average salary staff (I'm not trying to say underpaid hahaha -roll eyes). Besides there must be a reason why their Facebook page has no ratings available. Cannot be compared to fitness first not even the smallest gyms in SG. You don't believe me? Check out other member reviews about POOR Customer service. If I'm the owner of would have change my staff coz it would hurt my business as there's plenty of gyms in SG

One of the best Anytime Fitness outlets in SG. It's huge and has an abundance of equipments etc.

The only advantage that nail me is the location. The gym is packed most of the time. Equipment are quite limited. There are some classes which you need to pay extra.

One of the best anytime fitness gym in Singapore mainly due to its size and the range of equipment. They have a total of 4 power racks (2 have deadlift platform) and 2 deadlift platform. Downside is that the toilets are quite dirty and most of the time you have to queue up (Peak hour) Very crowded during their peak hour (weekdays 6pm+)

Accessible location with good variety of weight machines. Pretty big space but can get quite crowded during the peak periods in the evenings and on weekends.

Completely addicted to Les Mills The Trip spin class. Can literally do it daily. Amazing instructors, visuals and music. It always feel like I am on holiday to Egypt, Japan, USA, Europe despite the travel restrictions.

Posh place. Sir Richard Branson’s SG flagship on Virgin fitness brands. Must have been exclusive to TOP professionals and monarchs so to speak. Was with a good Friend and was able to see the place. It’s so conducive to train to. Be fit. Love the place. Train more. 🇸🇬

Equipment could use an upgrade as they feel sticky especially the plates. Also, where's the seated cable row machine? Odd exclusion for all Virgin Active gyms. But it's in a good area and the staff are friendly.

A very complete gymnasium with many options for classes. Now with the covid is difficult to get room for a class, but in normal times the options are very wide and the site is very careful and everything like new. The workers are always with a smile and that is appreciated and shows.

Best gym in town! No regrets getting their membership

One of the best gyms in singapore hands down. Great ambience, fantastic service and some fun classes for various fitness levels / interests. Right from full workout gear to fresh fruits in the cafe, the membership fee is fully worth it for anyone who is seriously visiting the gym. State of the art equipment and interiors, nothing to complain about at all!

Lots of machines. Free weight area bit too small. Friendly staff. But it's the additional rooms like the salt room, foot spa room and others is why I give it 5 stars. One of best virgin active gyms.

The staff attended to me was great but I really don't understand how one of the owner will reject a joining for 18 months sign up membership. I guess maybe they have too many members already.

Had some key fob issues which were completely my bad, so appreciate Hakim and Richard going out of their way to assist me with my entry into the club! Been coming to this branch occasionally over the years and I must say equipment are pretty decently maintained considering how long the gym has been around. Plenty of racks too! Thanks again guys for the seamless experience :)

Extremely Poor Management & unfriendly staff. Almost zero CS. Such a disappointment when I came to this outlet. if there were an option. I'll like to give zero star.

Unfriendly staff, no greeting and smile . The gym equipment and machines are old and worn out . A thick layer of dusts covering the machine.

Disappointed in the upkeep of this place .. promoting to get more members when efforts to take care of current members are way below par to day the least. Uneven flooring - safety hazard. Deadlift platform - many holes and most screws are loose Dumbbells - plastic and rubber parts already fallen off.

Staff/PTs are unhelpful and unfriendly. Asked one of the PTs for help with adjusting one of the machines and he simply told me that “I don’t manage this area of the gym hence I don’t know and anyways most people don’t need adjusting of this machine”. AF please make sure your PTs are at the very least competent to help members with the machines?? This is quite ridiculous imo. On another note, staff at the front desk is not friendly at all (as many other reviewers have noted) and do not even bother to say hi/acknowledge members who are entering (unlike other AFs). I strongly believe that people make up the gym community and for this AF, you’re way better off asking the regulars for help than the supposedly trained staff.

My friend want to join me to workout in AF NEX as guess so he can decide whether to choose AF. We texted the staff and asked for a time to come and he agreed. We came but the staff did not turn up!!! Wasted time. Didn’t even bother to reply or return call back!!!! Hope he read this. 👊
