Tldr:
Great
if
you're
looking
for
a
no-nonsense
place
to
smash
a
proper
workout
and
the
location
is
convenient
for
you,
but
the
gym
cleanliness
and
hygiene
is
lacking.
Came
down
at
7am
on
a
weekday
and
was
impressed
by
the
gym
layout.
The
management
made
good
use
of
the
limited
space,
with
areas
designated
for
cardio
machines,
weight
machines,
free
weights,
functional
exercises,
and
even
a
stretching/yoga
studio!
There
were
also
a
wide
range
of
equipment
with
some
speciality
machines.
Notable
equipment:
2
full
racks
1
half
rack
1
deadlift
platform
2
smith
machines
Plate
loaded
leg
press
Hack
squat
machine
Isolateral
chest
press
Lat
pullover
machine
These
special
orange
pulley
attachments
for
free
movement
pulldowns
However,
what
disappointed
me
was
the
poor
maintenance
and
hygiene
of
the
gym.
Some
equipment/weights
can
be
quite
old
as
mentioned
in
other
reviews,
and
the
gym
looked
dusty
and
run
down.
I
spotted
6
old
unclaimed
towels
that
were
just
lying
around,
and
the
personal
belongings
shelves
had
unclaimed
items
that
were
gathering
dust.
Another
reviewer
mentioned
weird
smells,
but
I
didn't
notice
any.
I
also
noted
that
many
machines
had
weight
plates
left
on
without
reracking.
Benches
were
also
not
wiped
down
even
though
a
towel
and
disinfectant
spray
were
provided...
The
impression
was
that
the
staff
did
not
maintain
or
enforce
cleanliness.
Gymgoers
seem
to
be
coming
just
to
hit
their
workouts
without
being
considerate
for
other
users.
Overall
this
gym
is
still
decent,
as
the
equipment
range
is
great
and
they
do
provide
cleaning
equipment.
Just
bring
along
a
towel
and
you'll
be
fine.
However
if
you're
looking
for
a
gym
to
call
home,
there
are
other
gyms
with
better
culture
in
my
opinion.
