I
set
off
about
a
year
ago
with
the
goal
to
build
muscle,
get
bigger
and
leaner
with
more
strength.
Having
no
idea
where
to
begin,
and
after
hours
of
research,
I
came
upon
Irving
and
his
team
at
The
PIT.
I
attended
one
of
his
introductory
strength
training
classes
and
it’s
been
a
remarkable
journey
ever
since.
I
didn’t
know
how
to
hold
the
bar
let
alone
squat
and
with
Ving
and
his
team’s
personal
attention,
I’ve
worked
my
way
up
to
a
better
immune
system,
more
muscle,
better
posture
and
a
committed
routine,
where
I
can’t
wait
to
see
these
guys
on
a
daily
basis.
From
community
strength
and
HIIT
classes
to
personal
training,

can
help
you
achieve
many
of
your
goals,
and
most
importantly,
achieve
them
in
the
correct
form
and
manner.
A
must
visit

,
