    Core Fitness has helped with my post-operation Physiotherapy and continued rehab through Pilates. After an operation to fix my broken collar bone, I went to Core Fitness for physiotherapy. I found their team to be professional and cognizant of my needs as an athlete. After completing my physio sessions, I switched to Pilates to continue my rehab and build strength and flexibility in my shoulders and core. I highly recommend Core Fitness to anyone who requires physiotherapy, rehab and Pilates for better well-being or continued rehab.

    Attended a few sessions of private pilates for scoliosis with Instructor Hayson. He is very patient, knowledgeable and keen to answer any questions I had. Although I only went for 3 sessions, I've learnt a lot of useful techniques for breathing, body awareness and stretching to restore balance in my posture. Instructor Hayson also provided me tips on how to improve my posture and maintain stability of my spine during work and exercise. I feel much more equipped to manage my scoliosis now. Additionally, the studio is clean and provides a calming vibe. Thank you Corefitness!

    Core Fitness is the place to go for physiotherapy as well as rehabilitative pilates and gyrotonics classes. The therapists and instructors are very knowledgeable and know how to tailor each session specifically to the clients’ specific weak areas. I find myself walking out of the studio feeling great each time and my issues have been greatly improved since I’ve started going to Core Fitness.

    I was struggling with the hip and lower back pain for months and have made a good decision to stop at Core Fitness here. Following few sessions with physiotherapist Julian, I almost do not feel the pain anymore and peacefully going back to normal routine. Thanks so much.

    Loved my private Pilates sessions with Amelia, senior Pilates instructor. Her instructions were easy to follow and she was quick to correct my posture during work out. The facility had lots of different types of Pilates machines as well. Highly recommended.

    Upon the advice of my orthopaedic specialist to do core training, I went on Google search to find a trainer. Core Fitness resonates very much with what I am looking for. Amelia is my therapist and she is a competent trainer with a calm n reassuring disposition. She is caring and thoughtful. Under her guidance, I become more mindful of my posture especially keeping a neutral spine and the muscles to relax n work on as I practice the postures at home. Though I just started with her, I know I am in good hands. Thank you, Amelia.

    Thanking PT Lai Jie for his treatment of my back strain. I didn't realized it back then but when I walked out into the streets I realized I could turn my head freely and could hold up my posture with a lot less effort. Additionally, my back pain was almost gone after 3 days! I diligently practised the exercises he instructed, but without doubt it was the treatment in the session which began the rapid healing process. To think I suffered for weeks when I could have come earlier... I am really grateful! - Joyce

    Updated 13Dec: Thank you for your reply. I noticed that the service has improved during my last visit. Appreciate the prompt action taken following my feedback. --------------------------------------- I'd like to give my physiotherapist 5 stars but 1 star is deducted due to my experience during the first visit. For someone who didn't have prior experience with physiotherapy, the first visit could be quite daunting but the receptionist wasn't very helpful nor friendly. No one said hello or asked why I was there for at least 5 minutes and the guys at the reception were happily chatting with each other. I waited until they stopped before explaining that I had an appointment and was told to wait. They also didn't mention that I should remove my shoes until I asked. The wait at the bench felt like an eternity as different people (staff? customers?) walked by and looked at me curiously, making me wonder if I did something wrong. Having said that, my therapist was very professional and gave helpful advice.

    My journey with Core Fitness has been real growth on a physical level, the knowledge that the private teachers have has been crucial to my learning and understanding of how my body works! I love to come and workout, lengthen and strengthen my body. I would highly recommend Core Fitness to anyone. Thankyou fabulous team 🙏🏻😊

    I highly recommend this place. Thanks to Hui Lin, I not only recovered from my injury but also regained strength postpartum. Within just a month, I felt a significant difference. Hui Lin is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She believes intreating our body with kindness and actively listening to its needs. Grateful for the care over the past 6 months – will surely miss our 1-on-1 sessions! 🌟

    My daughter and I started our weekly sessions with Core Fitness 6 months ago. Our trainer, Hayson has been the most patient and supportive instructor in our pilates journey. He started with ensuring he has a good of understand our concerns and then tailored the best approach to address our respective issues. Hayson makes an effort to always explain the importance of being consistent and conscious of our posture and he helps us correct the bad habits without making us feel uncomfortable. We are now both seeing improvements in our physical condition. My daughter’s posture and back pain due to scoliosis have improved significantly and for myself, I am now very much aware of my posture and am also building up my core strength with Hayson’s coaching. Totally will recommend Core Fitness to anyone who needs the help.

    Alvina is a wonderful instructor! She guided me through my postpartum recovery journey step by step. Very clear instructions, great communication skills, highly professional. My practice with her help me restore my deep core and completely healed my PS pain. Definitely would recommend her to others!

    I’m 17 years old. My scoliosis has improved after multiple sessions at Core Fitness. And because of my scoliosis I had lower back pains frequently in the past but after a few physiotherapy and pilates sessions there has been promising results shown. It has also brought about an increase in body awareness and I now know how to do home exercises to prevent back pains from recurring.

    Gyrotonics was not something i had heard of until i was introduced to Core Fitness by a good friend and specifically to Lecia. She made the lessons easy to understand, despite some of the movements being still hard to do, but i am astounded by the benefits and the changes i feel to my overall wellbeing and the better for having taken on gyrotonics! For those suffering from back issues, this is and should be on your agenda!
