Scary piece of sales pitch, I literally left the studio by running away from the sales person. U can definitely know when a customer is not comfortable pursuing more package with you and you shall just stop, this is the basic etiquette being a sales person yet I have met the worst sales pitch in this studio. Even though teachers are good but all the sales pitch turns me off. It's a yoga studio but not a insurance company okay! I believe that with such a saturated number of yoga studios, I can definitely find another good studio without any disgusting sales pitch.

I 100percent agree with Review about the sale persons so called consultant. I am having a very annoying experience getting refund back for half a year. Even with the proper termination of the membership, the sale person did not proceed the deal and took the monthly fee then I requested the refund. This time the person in finance is not working properly kept saying they are processing until now I still did not get the refund. Big big disappointment!! Even though generally speaking the instructors are may be above average, with this kind of management I don’t think they will succeed in future. They are like only money making company not yoga studio.

Even though I do really like teachers, I will never go back due to incompetent staff and poor customer service. I was being charged for 2 lockers for almost a year. No refund.

Since the Circuit Breaker, it has been impossible to get slots for yoga. There are too many people wanting to sign up for classes and yet they continue to sign new people up! I have asked about being able to use their other yoga studios (not just Ngee Ann City) across Singapore but no change is being allowed. I am quitting and finding another place where I can actually practice my yoga.

I’ve been joining to my 2nd year in Pure Yoga, and indeed improve my posture especially attending Arun’s class (Hatha, Yin Yang & my most fav Yoga therapy), front desk alsofriendly and helpful, tho no more Noods food in the corner I dont mind to walk to Pure fitness to get my fav salad and coffee

I recently signed up for Pure Yoga unlimited class package. They have a cap if 5 classes per 3 day booking window initially. Recently, they change the booking policy to a cap of 5 classes over 5 day period. This effectively limits members to 1 class per day. Not unlimited class though they marketed as such. Also, with the new policy they effectively reduce the max class from 9 classes per 5 day window to 5 classes per 5 day window. If classes are full, Pure should add on more classes rather than limiting their clients from to book 1 class per day. That's utterly unfair to your clients.

Scam gym that lies to customers via fraudulent misrepresentation and then relies on jumbled T&Cs. Scammed my wife out of $5k by promising her a particular outlet and yoga studio would stay open, even letting her pay for future Pilates class and offering a neighbour discount, all while it's management knew it would close. Now refuses any compensation. Employee confirmed in writing that he cheated her. Management ignored our emails for 4 months. We are now suing.

I don’t recommend this gym. Rude staff, lazy and incompetent trainers, and have seen rats walking around more than once. Luckily my membership almost ends, will go to different gym.

One of the reasons I loved pure had to do with how good their teachers are and how well maintained their facilities are. Unfortunately not only have a lot of teachers left recently, but also the remaining ones seem to be constantly moved around studios, sometimes suddenly. Moreover, the popular classes are very quickly sold out and Pure's policies regarding bookings have only gotten more restrictive. This makes it nearly impossible to create a well structured routine one likes. The studio facilities which once were so modern and clean have clearly fallen behind. Not only are their very clear easy-to-solve issues with cleanliness in bathrooms, but that also seems to be partly due to poor infrastructure maintenance/renovation. I understand maybe this is an issue stemming from Pure and not just the yoga studios seen that I see similar patterns in Pure gyms. This feedback is true for all units i have visited, but stands out most for the Orchard ones. Pure studios and gyms are still quite good, but in my opinion the edge Pure once had is being lost.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the extremely slow processing time and poor experience I have encountered with Pure Yoga. Despite communicating with Firdaus that my refund should be processed in February, it is now well into February and I have yet to receive my refund. I terminated my contract with Pure Yoga on November 30th after the closure of Raffles outlet, yet I was charged in December. This is unacceptable, and I am surprised that it has taken over two months to process such a small refund. It appears that their finance department may not have the necessary resources or expertise to handle the accounts efficiently, and I strongly recommend that pure yoga take action to improve this situation. Alternatively, I am left to question whether Pure Yoga is engaging in unethical practices. I sincerely hope this is not the case and I urge pure yoga to address this issue as a matter of urgency. I have been patient for the past two months, but it is now time for action.

Great calm and spacious place to do yoga and other Wellness activities. I enjoy their Reformer Pilates classes the most. Towels and toiletries provided. Green tea and English Breakfast tea too. There is also a small cafe for you to get a light snack or healthy soups and smoothies.

3 months after Pure closed down in Suntec, I'm still fighting to get mine and my partner's refund. My membership was on a monthly rolling basis so just got scammed out of 22 days of the month. My partner signed up for the whole year and they're refusing to refund the money. Even though facilities and yoga teachers were ok, this really show the true colours of this company. Wouldn't recommend signing up to anyone

Saw their advertisement and wanted to give their class a try. Received a call from their staff and asked a whole bunch of questions (almost interrogating me). Definitely unprofessional, wiped out any interest in attending their class.

been a member since 2017. pure has been increasing their fees multiple times a year since then but the facilities are getting worse. the lockers are rickety and one time a locker door almost fell on my face because it was literally off its hinges. they also removed plastic bags for your wet clothes. there are classes that go past 8pm but after 8pm the building management switches off the a/c and I've wrote in to express my concern about this because after 8pm the yoga studio literally steams up and becomes extremely humid. its also not very hygienic. instructors have to keep the door open for ventilation. imagine paying top dollar but having to experience this on a weekly basis. pure is too cheap to pay more to the building management to keep the a/c on on the 18th floor until 9pm which is when the last class ends. I only stayed this long because of instructors but the turnover rate is pretty high anyway and most of the good ones have left or converted to part time. my first consultant is also trash and have left me in the lurch multiple times and I had to go out of my way to find myself a new consultant that will actually help me. i've renewed my contract so many times but the next time round it is unlikely i will continue. my company has also dropped their corporate collab with pure.

I found this studio online during my vacation and I decided to visit. I took 2 yoga classes and loved it. Very clean and lovely studio. The instructors were knowledgeable. Tyas was is so nice and his customer service top notch 👍🏾

Biggest outlet amongst the yoga studios they have. Friendly front counter and sale representatives. They will also try to find a package that suits your needs.

The sales consultants Sharu and Leo are super friendly and helpful, teachers are good, but I am not able to book any class I wanted even though I set alarm on time to book...😓

the front desk staffs are great! honestly i have no clue how they handle it. there’s always crowds and so many students streaming in to check in for their classes, and the front desk staffs are able to handle the crowd efficiently. on top of that they even have to multitask with phone calls or students coming to the counter to ask questions.. and sometimes also being locker runners because we forgot our locker password / which number was our locker…. they are dedicated and professional and i have not had any bad encounters with them. big thumbs up to our front desk staff! oh and also the cleaning staffs. they diligently mop the classrooms and common compounds after each class.

Had an amazing experience here with the classes and teachers for the past 2 years. Facilities here are well-maintained with the housekeepers working hard after every class to clean the studios. Also, with the recent addition of the Reformer Pilates classes that were added to the class roster, we can now try out something different which I really enjoy. Would also like to say thank you to the front desk staff for being patient when handling our inquiries and managing the crowd when checking in for classes. Kudos!

5 stars for the early morning hot vinyasa classes, awesome instructors, fellow yogis are super pro and inspiring, great workout overall that burns off lots of calories. Recept also quite friendly. Almost minus stars for dirty classroom and dirty threadbare towels - although there are cleaners mopping the mats after every class, when I wipe the area around my mat, there are multiple strands of hair on the floor, and the mirror next to my mat has wipeable (sweat?) stains; the towels occasionally have blood stains, some towels are thinner and rougher than others. Still the best "global gym" yoga studio for me though, overall am a happy customer. Locker room has great lockers, decor looks nice and posh, water pressure is great, hot water on demand (though can get inconsistent depending on number of people showering), hair dryers are adequate, great size. Asia Square outlet has best views.

I joined Pure Yoga to heal my health and the yoga teachers esp Linda Ong , Jayan M, , Jade L, krunal P and Jasen are very patient and understanding with me. Even the classmates too they knew my groaning is real. After ten months my health have really improved and even my yoga poses. I always look forward to my yoga classes with the great facilities for showering and the free tea . I also visited the gym to use the steam room . They also have dry sauna room. It's a blessing for people who need the heat therapy . They also have hot and warm yoga classes. I also enjoyed the gym facilities as part of my package. They have great variety of machines and even a big boxing ring with boxing lessons for beginners by qualified PT trainers . Both the counter staffs for yoga and fitness centre is always friendly , courteous and helpful. I also love using Pure apps to book classes or cancel classes . It is very user friendly and convenient.. Pure get in very qualified and good teachers too. I am fortunate to start my healthy lifestyle in Pure. One special note , pure organized interesting yoga retreat in Bali , phillipines and nearby region that one can also signed up as a holiday.

Be careful PURE might suddenly stop working with different payment methods and charge you late fees for the inconvenience they caused - i.e. suddenly stop working with AMEX with no other options to use AMEX as payment.

Love the bright, lovely space and how accessible it is! Wide range of classes and timings to choose from with experienced teachers. Front desk is friendly and has the cleanest washrooms and facilities.

I love it, I love the upscale feeling of the yoga studio. Amazing free tea, able to charge my phone and so many yoga classes to choose from. overall very nice yoga and fitness studio

Loved Jasen’s Strength for Superwoman class. It was fun with just the right amount of cardio activity. His instructions were clear and he took pains to select the right music to make the sequence easy to follow. I hope we can have more of this type of class.

Absolutely love the Super Women class conducted by Jasen T this morning. Love how he coordinated the yoga poses with the music. The repetitive steps make it easier for us to remember. Can see that he put in tremendous effort to choreograph the steps. Kudos Jasen!! Looking forward to more similar classes. It was a great workout n I walked out feeling like an Empowered Woman ❤️❤️❤️

Bought the reformer trial package (3 classes for $50, 2 months validity) and was excited to try it out. Unfortunately when my friend and I tried to book our first lesson, we repeatedly encountered the error message “Oops you do not have an active service plan” when we clearly did? Been messaging them on ig, sent in emails and submitted requests to their website but no reply. Even though the price is good, just save yourself the hassle and get a package elsewhere (which I intend to do after I finish up these 3 credits if I ever can lol).

Great variety of yoga classes for different levels and different needs and teachers that help you grow and learn more about yoga lifestyle.

Love the amenities and frequency of classes offered, I can just book a class anytime I want that fits my schedule for the day. Not to mention the convenience as well given its close proximity to CBD where I can just go for a class after work!!

Been a member of Pure since 2009. I am appalled at the service and the cleanliness of this studio. The front desk staff don’t pick up the phone when the phone rings either. Most of the staff at the front desk don’t know what they’re doing and need adequate training in “customer service”.

I enjoyed Linda's class. Her instructions are always clear and her flow is excellent. She is friendly and cheerful. I love attending her classes. A great teacher! Hot classes are meant to be hot, and she monitors the situation in the class and adjust the temperature accordingly.

I've been heading to PURE for a long time. The staff at the front desk has been incredible and a delight to talk to, especially Fang Jun at the front desk. Everyone in the PURE team that I have met so far has been part of why I am still staying with PURE.

The crew here never fails to disappoint! Super warm greetings every time we arrive, always makes it feel like coming home! Special shout out to Fang Jun for helping out today. My only wish is for them to have more Hot 26 classes! Apart from that, always a pleasure coming back home!

Rachel Sung is a very committed, patient and wonderful Pilates teacher. I have enjoyed all my private sessions with her since July 2023. Thank you Rachel, you are AWESOME!
