Clean and simple place to workout. Good vibe. Many classes. Convenient location. Beautiful view of trees and people watching while running. Nice staff and very dedicated trainers. Like Andy Lim! Helped me to lose 15 kg, no joke. I like this branch better than other branches. It has a nicer feel, not so corporate like others.

Step into this gym and you realise you're back in year 2008. Except that hygiene existed in gyms even back then but not here. Meanwhile, the fitness first branches have moved along with time. The brand is lifestyle chain. Except this outlet. Perhaps being non-platinum is synonymous with being old-fashioned. And having no frills. The interior of this gym is dull and dim. the lockers in the toilet are crying for a facelift. Do you think sweat smells bad? Well imagine stale sweat. This was the smell that followed me the moment I stepped into the gym, even in the shower area. My senses were assaulted by this odoriferous (really really bad) stench. The moisture in the air is definitely full of bacteria. This was definitely my deal breaker. If you're used to CBD outlets please don't come here. To be fair, the treadmill area gives you access to a great street view. People seem to enjoy their classes. There's a community here. The gym isn't all that bad if there are still loyal members but upping the cleanliness would do everyone a huge favour. Please and thank you!

This outlet does not provide clothes, rations the towels and is not half as nice as the ones in CBD or Paragon

One of the 2 non-platinum clubs left in Singapore. Equipments are not too new though recently they upgraded the studio Les Mils equipments. Hope they would upgrade to platinum soon and provide attire here.

They have all the equipments, but everything is pretty old and rusty and some of the machines often don't work. They really really need to clean their towels.

Exceptionally polite receptions! This gym is probably the last few ones that received a proper renovation. The interior is not as modern as other Fitness First outlets but it's well maintained, clean and checked. Equipment are all in good condition. Shower and changing room is clean. You can see cleaners patrolling the whole area very frequently to keep everything in check. It's small compare to other FF outlets. No attire is provided in this outlet so please be prepared.

Gym is a little dated, but generally well stocked. Nice staff and usually not very busy.

It’s a disgrace that the place is part of fitness first. Old equipment if there’s any at all. Changing room and showers are terrible as well. Close that place down already

I’ve enjoyed working out in this branch very much recently. The reception team is always friendly and the PT staff appears very professional. The compact space gives the gym a boutique atmosphere which I liked. The limited size, however, never created any difficulty in completing ones workout. The gym is never overly crowded and it has a comprehensive range of weight machines and free weighs, cardio equipment and a spacious studio, all are literally steps away from each other. The male changing room is clean and showers are decent. The thing I like most about this branch is the amount of natural light it gets! It’d be great if the space would be updated and modernized in the future but I think it’s great the way it is now, too. Kudos to the team!

Really poor.

It’s impossible to cancel your membership with Fitness First. I gave them my notice 6 months in advance and asked for a confirmation via email. My membership has ended in July and I continued to get charged. When trying to contact them for a refund, the duty manager is always unavailable.

Just like the other FF, just a bit smaller. Not a platinum one.
