Its facility is good in gereral. However, some of FF trainers are not gentle and make uncomfortable environment for us. They just think about their personal training students and occupy several machines at the same time even if all machines are not being used. In case FF wants to have only members who sign-up for personal training, FF shall stop letting us register a membership without personal training. Then, immediatley cancel the membership. Thanks.

The facilities are clean and the service is good. However I was disappointed by the yoga instructor Paul. His way of speaking was so arrogant and I felt uncomfortable.

Just an observation, It’s a little but uncomfortable for those guys who are just starting their fitness journey as most of the PT are just grouping themselves and laugh or walking arounds and kinda checking everyone and look each other and smile.. don’t get me wrong, I am fit and have nice built than those PT but I just find it uncomfortable especially to those new in the fitness industry coz I also started like them before.. just a rabdom observation.. kinda the same with the branch at FF westgate.. If you guys want to workout without thinking of being judge then visit Metropolis or Market street..

I've been a member almost 2 years, but when I had to cancel due to COVID-19 measures (work from home), not only did they ignore my request, but they charged me a full month of near 200 SGD, and then wrote back to me saying good bye the next month. I asked for a refund because I actually requested before their policy notice period, but they will dodge around refunds, only suggesting extensions, and then they will utterly ignore your emails if they think you are a lost cause. They have an anti-consumer approach to membership cancellation, so I advise members on the fence to notice your cancellation at least 2 months before. Calling on the phone will not help you as they defer you to another e-mail [email protected].

Good gym with a good view, good equipment and facilities. There are 4 racks, 2 platforms, 2 mini makeshift rubber platforms, about 8 to 10 assorted bars, half of which are Eleiko XF bars. I came by at One Raffles Quay branch to ask about membership plans. I had a chance to speak with Carl and this was not an enjoyable experience. Besides routine questions, he also asked me if I live alone here in Singapore (?!), what condo exactly I live in (???!!!), and what gym I've been visiting before (he insisted to give a name)... This made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable as a solo female customer. I won't be buying a membership obviously. Also your website customer services doesn't work properly.

I have been a member for one and half years. When I cancel membership after complimentary freeze, they charged me full month fee without any explanation. If you used complimentary freeze, I recommend you to check out cancellation fee carefully. Otherwise they don’t explain actual information.

This is the view from the gym, i don’t know about you, but a million door view of MBS with a reasonably priced gym membership is all worth it to me. Call me crazy but I think FF @ORQ has one of the best outside views!

This outlet is too small and overcrowded on weekday lunch time. Classes are hard to book. Equipment are old. Quality of instructors teachings are bad. It's like they are not properly trained.

Man toilets have really been stinking lately. It stinks to a point that you will gag when entering...this is really unacceptable for the price they charge. Definitely not continuing with my contract when it ends

Decent size, a good mix of the old school and new equipment. On par with other fitness first gyms in Singapore. Showers are a bit small, I'm 1.88m and the shower heads are about 1.7m and fixed pointing directly down, so you might need to duck to get under the shower! Toilets also a bit below par on cleanliness. But changing rooms are good. Staff friendly. Best trainer there is Hanafi!

My wife and I had been members for more than 10 years. When we cancelled membership in November 2020 due to CV19, my wife continues to be still billed for membership fees to this day. It is 29 March 2021. Tried to contact Kanisa and Narinderjit Singh via email and phone, but no response. Very unsatisfactory service indeeed! Depending on remedial actions taken or not, I will update this review ..... Still waiting for refund to be credited back to my card. Finally received the 3 months refund in April. Last comment: It ought to be a simple quick action instead of being such a hassle to terminate membership and GIRO payment. Will not recommend allowing GIRO credit card payments to avoid future hassles.

Unprofessional trainer who looking to earn comms getting promoted, after train quite a few times she said not happy with the service go find other trainer due to her busy schedule for many client not have regular training. Wasted my money.

Very impressed with the facilities and the hygiene and high levels of service. Recently today, this lady Prabaa provided support when i lost my headphones. She assisted to get support from the cleaner on duty to find my missing headphones. they located it after much effort as it was inside the laundry. really appreciate the support from the staff and cleaner on duty. Will highly recommend this gym to anyone! Especially those working and looking to gym in CBD.

It has got free weights, machines, Olympic lifting racks, cardio stations ( crosstrainers, step machines, trademills, etc..), sauna/steam. studion for spinning classes, yoga, and other cardio classes The gym is fully packed in the evening, best to avoid between 6-8 pm. Best for people working in ORQ

This club has most of the advanced gym ifting machines u need. Lesmil classes are also available. Very convenient for the office workers in town.

After exercising feel more energise . This place always crowded during knock off time because is located in financial district, so avoid the crowd come in the morning is a good choice.
