    Since joining UP Singapore in March ‘22 I have progressed way beyond the target that I had set for myself. Having come from a different gym I felt I had reached a plateau in terms of fitness and needed to find that motivation to push myself further in terms of fitness. After an initial meet-up session to learn more about what I want to get out of joining and why I wanted to join UP in the first place, I was linked up with a trainer whom they thought would be a good fit for me. Indeed it was the right pairing when I got introduced to my trainer Monique within 2 weeks. Monique knew what needed to be done and did not waste any time getting down to doing it. Not only did Monique carefully guide me through training, correcting and improving the way I trained, she made it a point to understand my purpose of embarking on this fitness journey. She never fails to remind me why I started this and in her own way would motivate me to push myself to achieve more. Also fitness is not just about training hard but eating right as well and as they say "abs are made in the kitchen". So with that UP places an strong emphasis on nutrition when training. Monique regularly looks through what I eat as well (with the pics of my meals which I upload on the UP app and yes! they have a very useful app) and always offers realistic suggestions to improve on my diet. While I am still a work in progress I have gained so much from the time I started training with Monique, not just physically but mentally as well. I look forward to this experience in UP with Monique there to make sure not just promises are made but results are seen.

    To start with a TLDR: Training with Ultimate Performance Singapore will probably be the best investment you will ever make for your health and fitness. I came to UP from another gym and another personal trainer. The experience will probably be like most people in Singapore, where the trainer only cares about the workouts you do with them in the gym, and otherwise doesn’t bother tracking anything else that matters, like what you eat, your daily activity, or even your recovery in the form of how much you sleep. Most commercial gyms in Singapore are set up this way, just to keep you coming back for session after session, and they’re not interested in educating or equipping you with the skills you need to make it on your own. Ultimate Performance has a completely different approach, as well as a different business model. It works like an apprenticeship where you acquire the skills involved necessary to keep this healthy lifestyle sustainable for the long term, on your own, even after you have finished training with them Here’s a look at what the training experience is like as a client. After getting matched with your trainer (which does involve a wait time of several weeks, as they are always in high demand), they will do a full assessment of your previous training history (or lack thereof), dietary habits, as well as previous injuries, to customize and plan out an approach to both nutrition and exercise that would work well for you. I was assigned to Boon Siang, who was a perfect fit in terms of both temperament and character, and who has been amazing throughout this journey Subsequently, with the help of their app, I would log my daily weight, step count, hydration status, sleep duration and nutrition for my trainer to review. You are also able to access all the results from your previous workouts as well as the regular 2 weekly bodyfat% measurements and progress photos were available for review, to show all the progress made thus far, and to keep you motivated. It is truly mindboggling to see how I started at 45kg for a trap bar deadlift, and have since progressed to 150kg for 6 reps, at a bodyweight of 65kg Beyond just the day-to-day habits above, I also got a crash course in eating healthy and resistance training principles, as well as how to apply it practically to everyday situations, and local foods. I fundamentally changed the way I approach eating as a result, and now balance both the hedonistic pleasure of eating, together with the actual nutritional content of the food itself. After 24 weeks with UP, I had dropped 10kg in total weight, gained a significant amount of strength and competence in my lifts, and managed to reach 12% bodyfat, which is pictured. So what makes the difference? The equipment may look about the same when you walk through the door, but the key difference maker is in the people. There’s no broscience here, they bring the best evidence-based practices from fitness literature, and track every single piece of data that matters, to leave nothing to chance. Their trainers undergo weekly workshops so that everyone is on the same page, and their CEO and founder, Nick Mitchell, makes it a point to fly to every UP branch, to ensure that the same high standards are adhered to internationally. Rest assured that you are guaranteed one of the best personal training experiences that currently exist. The main concern for most people contemplating UP would be the price of their services, which is understandable. However as a medical professional, there is no medication, procedure or surgery that will give you comparable results, and for the rest of your life. I would ask you to reframe the cost not in terms of per hour of training, per day of support from your trainer, or even on a per week basis, but rather divided by the rest of your life. Because that’s what you really paying for, a lifetime’s worth of healthy eating habits and competence in the weights room even after you leave the doors of UP.

    This place has a slogan on the wall "Where the excuses stop, and the results begin". Certainly has been the case for me. I've only been working out there for 4 months (with my personal trainer Lawrence!), and have achieved so much: 1. Lost 13kg of weight and officially no longer overweight 2. Dropped body fat % from 24% to below 11% 3. Became stronger, lowered my blood pressure to healthy levels, increased my energy levels I could go on and on on about additional improvements on a much deeper level, and I realize some of this might sound to good to be true. Well, it definitely wasn't easy. It took a lot of dedication and discipline. It also wasn't cheap. But I regret not having invested into my health and fitness much earlier. If you like a methodical approach to your fitness and want to maximize results, U.P. Singapore is the place. They will take into account your personal background, customize training to your health history, diet preferences, allergies and more. Thanks U.P. and coach Lawrence for a life changing experience.

    Best in class personal training, gym and overall experience. I joined U.P. to kick start getting back in shape, increasing my strength, fitness, and energy levels materially in a short space of time; whilst losing ~4 KG and >20% in body fat. Hesam ("Sam") is a credit to U.P.. He has been supportive throughout my journey, keeping me focused and ensuring I train hard whilst maintaining a strict diet and ensuring I achieve my goals. Sam truly cares about his clients and provides a bespoke plan to the individual to best support a successful transformation. Thank you, Sam!

    I recently had the pleasure of working with an amazing personal trainer, Sam who truly focuses on delivering results and promoting a healthy diet. From the very first session, I knew I was in good hands. The trainer was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about fitness and nutrition, and was able to create a customized workout plan and meal plan that perfectly suited my needs and goals. What I appreciated most about this trainer was their dedication to helping me achieve my goals. They pushed me to work harder and stay committed, while also providing the support and encouragement I needed to stay motivated. And the results speak for themselves - I have seen a significant improvement in my overall fitness level and have lost weight in a healthy and sustainable way. Overall, I would highly recommend UP, especially Sam to anyone looking to achieve their fitness and nutrition goals.     Sam is my trainer at UP Sg and all I can say is he is the best I’ve seen in the business. From day 1 he was clear: you keep your end of the deal ( diet and nutrition) and I’ll get you to your goals.     I joined UP after seeing the results of my partner who was already training here and I just knew this is exactly what I need. I started training with Ivan who has been a great coach. Keeping me motivated, accountable, guiding on nutrition and diet, training with him has been such a great experience. Clear goals setting, tracking progress and seeing the results I never thought was possible for me. It has been hard but all worth it! Thank you Ivan! Definitely recommend UP for anyone and everyone who is willing to put in the work, trust in the process, get fit and transform their life!

    Simply the best personal training gym in the fitness industry. Their scientific approach to the whole transformation process is what makes the difference. The highly qualified pool of instructors stand out who fine tune the process according to your requirements. Special shout out to my instructor Sam, who was there to guide me through the entire transformation process and helped me achieve results which I otherwise thought were impossible to achieve. Sam you are an amazing human being beyond being an instructor and can’t thank you enough for your commitment and guidance. One last word- it’s absolutely an investment worth time & money.

    It’s been almost 12 months since I started my UP Journey with Kjeld. Before this annoying pandemic I found myself on a plane to some place almost every week, very long days from venue to venue, and always in alignment to someone else’s Timezone! In short I could not create the time for what i actually wanted! Now, you see the images of what people can achieve in 3 months, and you will have to decide exactly how committed you are to food, if you do exactly as you are told, it will happen, you observe it when you are actually doing it. For myself, i am eating much better, with more knowledge, however I really don’t mind that extra glass of wine or beer and three. I’m eating well, training hard, moving a great deal every day and I’m still living a little. That said I am amazed at the changes I have experienced! I have never been physically stronger and healthy, and yes of course you do become pleased looking at your efforts. Together with Kjeld we continue to explore what my goal is, we experiment with how I react to macros and training. In summary, the journey is absolutely better than I ever expected and it is ongoing.

    I had my training with Rick, a resident trainer with UP. Unlike other trainers where they continue to push against your own limits, he spends time to plan your fitness regime surrounding your lifestyle. Though the outcome may be slower as compared to a strict training regime, he ensures your training is more enjoyable and sustainable rather than punishing and having short term gains. He is very positive and encouraging. I believe he would be a great partner in achieving positive and sustainable lifestyle change coupled with your training regime.

    UP has been a life changer for me. Working with m my trainer, Mervin, I got stronger leaner and built more muscle in the last 5 months than I ever did at any point in my life before. The structured trained and diet plan helped me lose over 16kg, and get my body fat down to 11% from 27% at start. If you are looking to get someone who is as invested in your growth and development as you are, this is definitely the only gym to go to in Singapore!

    Taking up the UP private personal training is one of the best things I have ever done for myself after 56 years in life. I decided to give UP a try as I was tired of trying various ways to no avail to keep in shape - dieting, cardio running and buying package after package (which I never finish) of personal training in gyms, yoga and Pilate centers. The trainer assigned to me at UP was Monique. Monique did a full assessment of my lifestyle including exercise and eating habits, health and injuries history etc, discussed with me my goals and tailored the meal plan and training that worked well for me. She will monitor my daily diet, activity and exercise and share with me ways to optimize, manage and at the same time enjoy the process. She is careful and meticulous, guiding, correcting and improving the way I train and putting safety first. She is a great listener and motivator who will remind me that I can be better than what I think I am and challenge me to achieve more. I wouldn’t have made it this far if it hadn’t been for Monique who pulled me back from throwing in the towel during the initial weeks of training and continue to stand by me till now. After 22 weeks of training with Monique, I have dropped 7.7kg (from 47.2kg to 39.5kg), reduced body fat by 14.4% (from 30.4% to 16%) and gained lean body mass, muscle and strength lifting up to 40kg. While this is the best I’ve ever been, my next phase will be to further gain strength for my petite frame. The fitness journey at UP though tough is fulfilling. It challenged me physically and mentally and the fact that I had my trainer Monique journeying with me, helped me stay focus towards achieving my goal. UP is truly the place where ‘excuses stop, and the result begins’.

    I joined UP in February this year and it was the best investment I have ever made. My trainer (Patricia Saura) was very supportive in preparing me around what it would entail to execute on my fitness priorities. A well structured program was set out from Day-1 with guidance on diet, sleep, hydration and training provided at every phase of the transformation. The payback has far exceeded anything that I had thought I would achieve - dropped 20kg body weight with 21% reduction in body fat and 10 inch reduction within a span of 20 weeks or so. I feel a lot stronger physically and am v happy with the results. All these gains were the result of my trainer's knowledge, experience, nutritional guidance and training support. They help you focus and achieve your goals with a systematic approach. Training at UP has not only transformed me physically but also changed the way I think about fitness and exercise. I had an incredible experience at UP and highly recommend it.

    Manual body measurements, photo log, nutrition log, training progress, water intake, and steps count. All tracked in a single in-house app. UP is very comprehensive in ensuring every aspect that play a part in making a difference to your transformation are being covered. The guidance that you receive is not only during the training session itself. You will also get advise and support even on your non training days. As long as you put in your best effort to follow through the training and diet plan, you are guaranteed to exit UP with better fitness, health & physique. Thanks to my trainer Ming Hui for making my journey with UP a safe and effective one. Someone who constantly eyeball my posture and encourage me to push my limit. He is also very willing to share his knowledge both on & off training hours, making my investment in UP worthwhile. You get what you paid for. Pay wise… or pay twice…

    Results. U. P. delivers results. No question. I am 100% satisfied with the entire experience of using Ultimate Performance for my physical transformation. Prior to U. P. I thought I was in relatively good shape for my age (late 50’s) but after just a few short weeks, realised that the possibility to look better, feel better and simply BE better was attainable. I feel 20 years younger, weigh 12kg+ less, have 50% lower body fat and 1000times more confident. U. P. IS a significant investment, there is no doubt about it: in monetary times and dedication. It really doesn’t take much time … for me three, 1 hour sessions per week. The trainers are amazing: mine is INCREDIBLY supportive, motivating and just plain awesome. She is always there for me. The unique structure of U. P. means you get tailored, dedicated coaching and someone there for you 24/7 to guide on meals, mindset and more. My trainer is simply worth her weight in GOLD. THANK YOU 🙏🏼 JUST do it. I’m continuing. If you want results, this is the place.

    Just wrapped up a 3 month program with UP and I’m super impressed with the experience and the results. Highly structured program which is just what I needed as I wasn’t particularly enthusiastic about lifting weights initially, and the UP method kept me on track. I learnt loads about my body, the type of diet that burns fat rapidly and also how to train hard but safe. I managed to hit a body fat ratio of 13% from 30% and massively strengthened my knees and my core which was a goal to help my running and improve my posture. A big shout out to my trainer Sam. Awesome bloke and gave me great guidance. It’s rewarding to work with an expert in their field and he was super responsive and helpful with any questions I had. From training techniques and food to reviewing videos of equipment at my condo gym or a business hotel and advising me on what to use. Great program, great trainers and great experience. Thanks UP!     I started a journey at UP with my coach, Alain, in March 2023. Alain is an excellent coach. He is very focused on helping me get to my goal. There were many ups and downs, but he always encouraged me not to give up. He is detailed in getting the form right in each workout, and always pushes me to the maximum effort in each set. He not only coached me with the workout but also made sure I understood why we were doing each workout and knew the progress we were heading towards. It's like having a big brother who keeps me accountable even on non-training days. The lesson he shared can also be applied to real life outside the gym, such as having the right mindset and effort to achieve goals. UP is a data-driven gym. They focus on everything that plays a part in your body transformation, from the workout, diet, daily activities, and sleep. All of the data are transparent and accessible to you at any time. The daily calorie intake and training tracker make UP different from other gyms. You know exactly where you are currently at towards your goals. It was not all easy, but they made me feel like I was not alone in this journey. The things you get out of the training here are better physical and also a healthier (new) lifestyle.

    I come with one objective, which to have a 6 packs abs but I gain a lot more than I bargain from the program. I would totally recommend my trainer Ryan P, his dedication of work and he is always aligned with the client on the goal and how to achieve the goal and the time frame. I really salute what UP had been doing. I understand now that it is not about having a nice body but it is also about the knowledge of your health, the food you consume and how you consume it to have a healthy life. UP has made a different in lot of people life. Keep up the good work.

    "Only Results,Not Promises" The Big Sign on the Wall at UP Fitness Singapore exclaims. Couldn't agree more on that one when I think of my journey at UP Singapore over last 5 months. The moment you enter the facility,you realise you have entered a premium gym. Am not talking about front desk ,lobby etc. A minimum place is allowed for that. What you notice is a place full of excellently maintained premium equipments. Right from my 1st consultation with Yong & throughout the sessions conducted by Raf,what I experienced was Thorough Professionalism & 100% Personal Attention. UP helped change my perception of weightlifting & strength training completely for good. Special shout out to personal trainer Raf who helped me achieve things that I never imagined were possible as far as weight loss,fat loss & muscle gain is concerned.The communication with Raf was always 2 way & it helped me to understand very well the importance of technique & form in lifting weights to burn fat & gain muscle. The effect of what you do for 3 hrs a week at UP indeed leaves a lasting impact on your physical & mental well being. What impressed me most is that the whole program is centred on transformation through changing your workout,food intake,metabolism & sleep habits for ie pure hardwork & nothing external or superficial factors.

    I've been working with Boon Siang at UP for 7 months. Through lockdown, injury and surgery Boon was consistent, professional, flexible, dedicated and knowledgable.     To anyone reading this, if you have any weight issues, don’t hesitate to join UP. They stand by their motto - maximum results in minimum time! I have lost almost 20kgs and have gained immense knowledge on training and nutrition. My personal trainer Monique went above and beyond to support throughout my weight loss journey and pushed me hard to reach my goals even when I wasn’t so sure myself.     I joined UP with very simple goals of 1. getting in the best shape I’ve ever been, and 2. Learning how to properly take care of my health and fitness. I had no prior experience and was starting from zero. Re goal 1: in 12 short weeks, my BF% went from 25.6 to 11%. I am stronger than at any point in my life and have abs the first time Re goal 2: the program had lived up to the reputation of strong fitness education. In addition to having a good sense of how to diet, I am also now comfortable stepping into any gym and be able to have a full workout. My trainer big Mike made the training fun and light with his patented humour. Very appreciative of his enthusiasm in answering all of my questions. If you want an enjoyable fitness journey that yields results then ask for big Mike!

    UP is really the premier personal training program not just in Singapore but in the world! As someone who has been overweight his whole life I've tried numerous diets and exercise programs and none of them have worked until I found UP What makes UP so special My trainer! Of course you expect a personal trainer to know how to do gym exercises and make sure you don't have an injury, but Sarah has brought me so much more! She has helped me to train my lifestyle habits in and out of the gym. Taught me that carbs aren't bad, and I don't need to starve myself to lose weight She puts a lot of her personal time and effort into my journey and i can tell she really cares and the results show. What are the results? Well see the photo below! I've lost over 30kg in a short period of 6months, I've pushed through an old knee injury and am now able to leg press over 180kg. I've never been able to do pull ups or pushups in my life, but now i can do 3 pull ups and 25 pushups consecutively! I'm able to do activities with my young boys such as rock climbing which i was never able to do before. My wife has also had an incredible journey with UP and seeing her transformation has been a real inspiration to me. The only feedback is that its a bit pricey, but it is worth every penny, considering the health problems i 100% will avoid later in life as a result of UP the cost is worth it. Highly recommend!

    Deciding to train and get healthier at Ultimate Performance was definitely an investment but I’m happy to say that I got exactly what I needed, wanted and more. I can definitely say that I am on my way to finally checking of ‘get healthy’ off of my goals and move on to the rest of my personal development list. I’ve lost 10 kg since so far — I feel stronger and have more energy every day, and it’s helped me perform better at tennis, too. I’d have to give a lot of props to my trainer, Ryan P, who is with me every step of the way from training to nutrition. With his guidance, I’ve developed sustainable lifestyle changes that I’m surprised that my body now looks for every day — 10k steps daily, switching to a biking commute to increase my daily activity, and being more mindful of my food choices. Looking forward to hitting my weight goal soon!

    How many 40years do you have in a lifetime? Rocked by my high cholesterol report 3 months ago, I knew I had to do more beyond my regular exercises. In my 40s now, I desire a better quality of life and be there for my family and kids. The decision to sign up with UP was easy. From the moment my wife and I stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and a data driven methodology of personalised coaching and nutrition and training routine outside the gym sessions through the entire program. My trainer Harry Tu has been very motivating and shows a maturity in work ethics beyond his age. He shares advice on nutrition and exercise every single day, and tips like the best brand of muscle rubs - Haha! During PT sessions, he is always focused on my form and safety, making me feel safe and pampered like a prince. Although it is a big gym, I never felt intimidated nor hurried in sharing gym facilities with other clients. Today, after 13 weeks, I’ve not only impressed the doc by reducing my cholesterol by 50%, I also lost 10kg, >10% body fats and inches off my waist, surpassing my fitness level not seen since my NSF days. My backaches and shoulder aches are also a thing of the past. I feel rejuvenated and look forward to exercising everyday. It can be quite an investment, but the program at UP has given me a playbook for health, fitness and nutrition. Truly, a physical transformation

    Joined UP Singapore in Sept 2022 with the intention of reducing my beer belly due to massive drinking over the years. My PT Wira had been a great coach, always there for me when I needed advices, making sure I adhere to the meal plans ( even on his off days ), keeping the training intense and constantly reminding me to keep my activities level high. The result was remarkable after 6 months, from 25% BF to 12%. I never felt so good before, I am more focus than before and most importantly, my physique change (even better than I am in my army days) I felt so much more confident now. I highly recommend UP to anyone who wants a transformations and kudos to my PT Wira Hayat for his commitment towards his clients. 👍

    My husband and I started at UP Singapore in March 2023 after deciding to get our health in order and to be in better shape. Since then, we achieved results in a shortened time which we didn't think was possible at the start. The time at UP was unlike any other PT or gym sessions I experienced before. Besides achieving our goals, we also gained knowledge and better habits in terms of nutrition, water intake, daily activity, and of course strength training, which will help us for years to come. Besides losing weight and bodyfat, I am also much stronger that I can manage 2 pull-ups! Looking back, the journey was not easy, but my trainer James kept me accountable and the gradual improvements kept me motivated. Would highly recommend UP to anyone ready to make a real difference to their health and physique.

    Been training with UP for the past 12 weeks. My personal trainer Sam has been supportive, patient and motivating throughout the process. Managed to lose close to 9kg and 10% body fat during this period of time, whilst gaining decent body strength and muscle growth. Their in-house app makes tracking meals, steps and training easier and you’ll be able to monitor your progress from the start - which gives you that extra motivation to perform week in week out after you start to see results kicking in.

    Not only has U.P. helped me achieved the body and look i want, but more importantly, the time spent with senior trainer Adam has taught me many of life's most invaluable lessons that goes far beyond the gym. U.P. 's impressive track record speaks for itself; it focuses not only on high quality gym techniques, but also on other core aspects including nutrition and accountability. I was able to drop 10% body fat to achieve a leaner, fitter look. And for the first time in my life i am now able to do pull-ups. Adam's approach has also inspired me to continue to adopt this healthy, sustainable lifestyle as a way of life, and the words etched on his body couldn't have said it any better: "Believe you can, and you will".

    My four months of training at UP have been a life changing experience. My trainer Ming Hui has not only helped me to exceed my health and fitness goals, he has taught me invaluable lessons that go far beyond the gym. Always there to encourage me, keep me motivated, disciplined and accountable, guiding me on nutrition and showing me how to achieve perfect form in my exercises, he has been a true inspiration. My mental and physical health have improved greatly and UP has helped me become, at age 48, the fittest and most confident version of myself. Thank you Ming Hui and UP!

    8 months here, I have lost 33kg. This is my first time doing weight training and engaging a personal trainer. I am very grateful to be assigned to my trainer, Shane Ong. Initially I have doubts when I first met him, thinking how this young man going to help me. I am in my 40s, obese with torn meniscus and old ankle injury. And Shane has proved me wrong! He programmed my training, pushing without over challenging, constantly checking if my knees are okay. He is not just an instructor in gym, he is also my nutritionist and life coach. Guiding me how to eat, motivate and encouraging me, especially when I am lost and down during the journey. Shane is gentle and very patient, making every session not stressful but enjoyable. All these make me look forward to go gym session every time. UP has an in-house apps, which can track every training sessions, daily food intake, body and fats measurements. These can be monitored by both client and trainer, giving us a clear understanding and direction of our progress. The UP gym gives out a very positive vibes as you entered. As a first timer, female gym goer, I do not feel intimidated. I feel welcome by their staff, trainers and other like-minded clients. I strongly recommend UP to anyone who wants a transformation. Be it weight loss, personal fitness goals in life or mental wellness, UP can definitely help you to achieve. 2024 My goal is to lower more body fats! 2023 has been a roller coaster.     Even though I lead a pretty healthy lifestyle balancing work and exercise (I’m in my late 40s now), I have never ever achieved the results that I have now, after only about 3-4 months with UP, of both a substantial 10-11kg off the scales but more importantly a much more leaner and toned body physique that I have never had at all throughout my life! I was initially worried that the journey to get to where I am today was going to demand a lot from my already busy schedule, but my trainer James Aw made it all possible - training was concise, focused and strangely…. efficient! He was as equally committed to see through that my fitness goals were achieved, something that I could visibly see week after week, and he was always there to push me harder especially right at the moments where I thought I could not carry on further. To quote him… “don’t worry, I’ve got you”. I’m an educator so my order of business is moulding my students to become better versions of themselves when they leave the class, so I hope my story here will inspire someone to take the first step with UP to work on creating a better version of themselves!

    Ultimate Performance Singapore delivers maximum results with a highly effective & professional program. After attempting to use my own self-discipline to improve my fitness (and failing), I decided to accept the recommendation of colleagues and signed up to UP. Six months later, I have lost more than 14kg and 17% body fat, I’ve gained muscle mass but more than that, I feel both physically and mentally fit. Ultimate Performance is everything you would expect, the gym is well-equipped, and clean & the staff are well trained and professional. There is an expectation that by signing up you commit to the transformation; this includes following the training and nutrition plan. It takes self-motivation but if you stick with it, the results are worth it. One thing that has impressed me most is the dedication of the trainers. I was fortunate to be partnered with Monique Lee following the recommendation of a friend. Over the past 6 months I have found her to be professional, well trained & energetic, all the things you would expect from a company like UP. What I didn’t expect was her dedication to her clients (in meeting their personal goals) and how she tailors her training to you as an individual. As a coach, she listens to you & adjusts accordingly, for example, on days where my back doesn’t feel 100% (I am 50) we change the routine to avoid overloading that area. Sometimes due to work, I am mentally tired, however knowing my competitive spirit Monique will throw in a drop set to failure or set a particular target, knowing full well I will chase it. This means I get 100% out of every session & this really sets her apart from any trainer I have previously worked with. I feel privileged to be working with the best! Ultimate Performance and Monique Lee have improved my physical and mental health for the better. I am very grateful for their service and support and would recommend them to anyone who wants to transform their body and life. They are the best in the business.

    Extremely professional gym with trainers that are 100% focused on you. I had a fantastic ~6 month run with Ash. I've got stronger, built some great abs and increased my lean body mass. This involves personal commitment to follow all the guidance provided by your trainer. But if you follow the program diligently, you WILL see results.

    I want to give a shout out to Lawrence for helping me with fitness and health transformation for the past couple of months. He taught me the art of flexible diet, to plan my calories ahead of time, and fit in the foods that I enjoy to eat, instead of having bland chicken breast and broccoli all day. Combine that with a structured training program focusing on the perfecting the forms on compound lifts and progressively adding weight to them, I can say that I am in the best shape of my life. I feel so good throughout the day, my energy levels are constant, and I recover so much faster from any physical activities. I highly recommend anyone who is serious about achieving their goals to join UP. It's not a shortcut. You must be committed to put in the work, to learn from the trainers, and you'll pick up a valuable life skill along the way.

    One of the best things I’ve done for myself. UP is result oriented, professional, caring and most importantly it WORKS!!! Lost 15kg in 3 months and feel amazing. The gym is no-nonsense but the atmosphere is wonderful. Every trainer and member there is supportive of each other and there is a real sense of community. My trainer, Monique, has been so motivational and has guided me every step of the way. In both strength training and nutrition. Best part is she really cares. I recommend UP to anyone that truly wishes to transform themselves.

    Ultimate Performance and my Personal Trainer Kumar helped me to turn from a chubby guy into the shape of my life at 45. During my 20 weeks training I managed to lose around 23 kg and reduced my body fat from 30+ % to 18%. To ensure this is not short lived my coach gave me a lot of advice around general nutrition and how to maintain the weight. During the training he made the whole experience as much fun as possible, kept motivating me when I was a bit down and in general made sure that I could achieve what I was aiming for. I definitely recommend Ultimate Performance to everyone who wants to turn his life around and become fit again, no matter what age. Thanks a lot !!

    The 3-month journey with UP has turned out to be an absolutely life changing activity and so far the best decision for my health goal in life. The weight losing and muscle building result is surprisingly significant, since the UP way is result driven, knowledge based. My coach Monique is highly professional, knowledgeable and patience. She is with me every step of the way, watching my every single training plan and every meal closely to ensure the result happens. Even during the covid lock-down period, she made her way to my place to provide training, to ensure my progress didn’t pause, and never gave me any single chance to go easy on myself.     Hands down the best gym and the most dedicated personal trainers in Singapore. The entire weight loss journey is amazingly transformational not only physically but also mentally. It is the best decision I have ever made for my health in my life. Just about 3 months time, I managed to loss 14kg! The result is just amazing. A BIG shout-out to my PT, RICK!!! It is one of the luckiest things can happen to me to meet such a professional, inspirational and knowledgeable trainer. Rick customizes types of exercises and diets that suit my body composition to achieve my weight loss goal effectively. He explains every instruction clearly and always motivates me to push harder in the gym, he also constantly remains me what to look after for the times outside the gym. And Rick is almost 24/7 reachable to provide genuine support every step of the way. Juz feel blessed to work along with someone like Rick throughout this weight loss journey. If you are looking for life-changing transformation in your body, look for UP and Rick.     I joined Ultimate Performance over the summer and it was an amazing but challenging experience. I learnt a lot and the results have been remarkable but this experience is not for the faint of the heart. Ultimate performance and my trainer did an amazing job not only in helping bring about results regardless of the obstacles in the way, but simultaneously they have educated me on the importance of nutrition. This knowledge I will now take with me for the rest of my life.

    Training at UP has helped me achieve what I once thought was far out of my reach! My trainer Rick is knowledgeable and fun to train with - he explains every exercise clearly and pushes me to progress every session. Even with the gym closures, I managed to make significant progress in strength and weight loss by training outdoors. The diet plan will be catered to your needs and it's very sustainable, I've also learnt a lot about nutrition and what works for my body! Highly recommend to anyone who is serious about improving your overall fitness :)

    If you ever decide to join UP, I highly recommend getting Keven as your personal trainer. He is not only very personable, knowledgeable, and patient, he truly cares about his clients. I was with UP for about 3 months and the journey wasn’t easy. But Keven helped me stick to my fitness goals and keep me motivated. He provided me with helpful nutrition tips and checked in with me daily to keep me accountable. Although my time at UP was short, I have learned so much from Keven and feel much more confident and happy with myself. I am very grateful for his help!

    Worked out at UP for 6+ weeks with Ashraf Foreman. Was very happy with the results - visual, strength wise, and body fat percentage. Great experience overall and so thorough. They provide you with a detailed meal plan, a tracking up and then Ash followed up almost daily on my eating to make sure I was staying disciplined. UP's dedication to meeting their clients goals is really impressive. Great stuff.

    It was successful training with Afriezal- with my strength and physique goals being achieved faster than I thought. Straightforward, dedicated, honest and intelligent best describes his approach. Plus he was easy to get along with and build rapport from the start. For those who have previous athletic/training experience, I came in thinking I knew a lot about training but quickly realised otherwise! I would suggest joining with a learning mindset and clear outcomes - UP will take care of the rest.

    Are you looking for a Gym for weight Mgt or muscle building - your search end here. UP is the best gym because they drive all the program with science and technology- All the trainer are so knowledgeable in nutrition science and over all body mobility and movement. My trainer Rick helped me a lot not just by applying the nutrition science but how to keep me motivated and be in the nutrition goal and his knowledge about muscles , body mobility, weight loss and weight training is top notch and he is fully dedicated with you in your journey, He helped me to always push my boundaries and only with his help I am on track to my weight loss goal.

    Exceptional outcomes! They are true to their motto of delivering results and not just making promises. I lost 23% of my body weight in just 5 months. Ahmad Zaki my trainer is fantastic. He tailored his approach to suit my personality and was sensitive to the challenges I was facing. I managed to achieve my interim goal because of the collaboration and partnership with Ahmad. He pushed hard enough so that I would go beyond my comfort zone but not so much that I would give up. I’m taking a two month break because I’m travelling but can’t wait to start training again. If you’re truly looking to get results this is the place to go to.

    It's been almost six months since I joined UP Singapore. I wanted to learn how to nourish my body properly and I have achieved that (and more!) under my lovely trainer Michelle! The biggest take away for me is eliminating the "bad" and "good" food mentality, no longer obsessing over what the scale says, no longer punishing myself by restricting food intake when I feel "chubby", and also the knowledge about how to build muscle (I have been exercising for 7 years.. thought I knew what I was doing.. how wrong I was..). I definitely recommend UP program, it might be pricey but if you see this as an investment to your own well being (and considering the beach body side effect), it is really worth it!

    UP is a very professional organisation, from the front counter staff to the trainers. I always felt welcomed throughout my training sessions from start to end. My trainer Ahmad Zaki was an excellent coach and friend, keeping me motivated throughout my time at UP and beyond. Besides consistently monitoring and encouraging me to keep to healthy eating and exercises habits, he shares extra fitness info with me. Importantly, I achieved an amazing weight drop of 15kg and became much stronger which was more than what I had expected. The strong habits of consistent exercise have now became part of my regular routine, going for 3 to 4 weight training and runs weekly. Much appreciation to Ahmad Zaki and UP for helping me to achieve a life-changing experience!

    My fitness journey with Saydul was life-changing! He developed different strategies that fit my personality and educated me on how I can get to the next level of health and wellness. As a former athlete and teacher, I was unable to help myself get back in shape after having twins in my 40’s!     I first signed up with UP four years ago and lost 26 kg. I returned last year with a new goal to look even better and managed to reduce my body fat to 14% with much-improved body composition under PT Saydul’s care. This is the place to go if you are serious about losing weight or taking your training to the next level. The vibe is excellent, and trainers always give advice and moral support even if you don’t train with them.

    UP delivers results, not promises. After my weigh loss training program with UP, I understood why they’re bold to say this. My trainer Saydul tailored the whole program to help me reduce my body fat from 22% to 9% in 3 months. I felt much much better after the program, it basically has changed the way I lived my life.     With the systemic approach used here, not only did I achieve the goals set at the start, I've also understood the various factors (diet, activity, training...) that combine to help achieve that goal. Coming out with this knowledge, it would be easy to maintain or set future goals. Additionally, the meticulous tracking of progress ensures that accountability is kept high.     "You don't have to look tough to be tough." - Ahsoka Tano in Star Wars: The Clone Wars "Facing all that you fear will free you from yourself." - Star Wars: The Clone Wars I've achieved my target of 10kg weight loss at the end of 23 weeks. This is my first time having a personal trainer, so naturally I only went for what I understood to be the best. Prior to this I had lost interest in exercising because the weight gain made it difficult to perform at physical activities and I had not realised it but I was dressing up in baggy clothes to conceal the gain. That said, it is incumbent upon anyone who joins UP to be themselves fully committed to achieving their goals. That means, turning up at the gym on a regular basis, to follow the meal plans, exercise plans etc no matter how tough it is. Only then can results be achieved together with UP. A PT can only do so much, but at least with UP you know you've got the best. A review should be specific, so here goes. I was skeptical at first, but on hindsight UP did a great job of analysing and then meeting my needs. I'm naturally quite introverted, can be quite selective, and am a busy professional with a tight schedule. I dislike people who promise to deliver but can't. I don't cook and prefer prepared meals or taking out salads. I had a particular look I was going for. I am not mechanically inclined, and forget the workout routines pretty much all the time. I had no clue what to do or expect when first joining UP but what I had was a realisation that I wanted to change my life. I was assigned Patricia, and it has worked out excellently. She is highly intuitive, patient and smart. 1. Throughout the program she was able to articulate what my diet plan should be, including daily foods I could or could not eat, aside from my prepacked foods. That made a huge difference because I could not change the habit of taking out food, she provided guidance on what I could eat and I stuck to it religiously. Moving forward my eating habits have changed for the best. 2. She was flexible and understanding whenever I had to reschedule due to work. Always communicative. Sessions started and ended punctually, important for those w back to back schedules. Sessions are conducted effectively. 3. She was encouraging whenever I had down periods. 4. She was able to catch on to my learning style and adapt quickly without me having to articulate it. For eg, since I am technically unaware, she realised I learnt visually and would demonstrate for me so I can remember. 5. She is technically very sound in what she does. 6. She was able to plan moves that suited my style but also achieve the same results as others. This meant I could enjoy working out because I wasn't feeling self conscious and I was confident the moves were effective. 7. She made me enjoy having a female trainer, because now I also earned a confidante. 8. Given the above, she made my journey pretty painless, and that's a tall order. I needed a program that would work with my work schedule and personal lifestyle. I was able to achieve weight loss and a toned look altogether with me seeing continuous results. 9. My performance in tenpin bowling improved because of how physically strong I became - the difference is stark. I am also able to lift heavier balls (which have better performance) to assist me at my game. Additionally I can cycle much longer distances than I previously used to; strong enough to even switch from a commuter bike to a road bike. I now enjoy my sports very much. 10. My tush is much smaller and perkier. My back and abs much more toned. Better than losing the fats, they no longer are skinny-fat either (which I used to be, prior to gaining weight). They look amazing! Overall, have no regrets going to UP and would highly recommend Patricia. My life has changed completely. I think sharper, I feel better, I love being able to wear my old clothes (and new!!) again. I know I am capable of better when the going gets tough, all I gotta do is think back to the time I lifted heavier than I expected. Thank you

    UP is hands down THE best personal training & gym facility in Singapore. Its a holistic approach to training, nutrition and overall fitness; with a regimented focus on daily and steady progress. I am now in the best shape I've been in years. And for someone who has been injury prone for the past 5 years, being able to be injury free through intense training cycles is just a boon. I feel fitter, lighter and more focused in everything I do. A special shout out to Natalie Kuan, a superhero trainer and friend, who's been on this journey with me. We've come a long way... and they're a long way to go!

    I have hit major milestone in my transformation journey with Patricia from Ultimate Performance (UP). She has been instrumental in helping achieve my goal of strengthening core and weight loss from 60 kg to 49.5 kg. Patricia carefully assessed my lifestyle and then built out a comprehensive nutrition and workout approach based on my preferences. As I preferred plant-based meals most of the times, Patricia incorporated my requirements effortlessly. Throughout my engagement, she regularly reviewed my progress and tweaked the plan to ensure I can achieve my goals sustainably.     At first, when we sign up this training program, we were shown with a lot past successful customers before and after photos and we were doubting if that is even possible with this vast differences. After four mths of strict diet and training with my proficient trainer ‘s guidance , Kjeld, I manage to drop 15 kg and also reduce my fat percentage greatly to around 12%. Although my training was disrupted by the covid situation, my trainer still constantly check on my condition if my diet and training is on track. He also shared some home training that I could do at home without going to the gym. In future , if there is anyone who is interested in body building or fitness training I would recommend UP to them.

Through his guidance, I have gained a lot of insight into leading a healthy lifestyle, good nutrition as well as valuable tips on working out.     Had a great experience with UP and specifically with my trainer Peter. Peter was encouraging as well as helped learn important aspects about training and nutrition. Being a vegetarian, he helped identify the right sources to incorporate into the diet to hit the required amounts.     Pros and cons like all things. I came in with two goals - one, to work on improving form and two, to improve my understanding of maintenance macros and come out with a long term plan in place. The former was achieved and I feel I move much better as a result. My preference to not focus on getting lean for the sake of it was wholly ignored and pressure was applied notwithstanding my reservations which were made clear on numerous occasions.

    Had a great experience joining UP. Lot of learnings along the way. My trainer Boon Siang is a true professional. Though I was a vegetarian he designed a program that supplemented the journey pretty well. Tracking the progress closely and adjusting the goals step by step till I got there. Some of my perception about food and how the whole process of getting fit works totally changed. Quite happy with the achievement. In the end the effort was totally worth it.     I had a great experience working with Ahmad Zaki. Sessions were lighthearted with the right amount of intensity. The guidance rendered was firm, informative and easily absorbed. I managed to lose a good 11kg and 17% body fat and gain some good lean muscle mass in my 12 weeks here. It was great to receive the concise instruction I desired to accelerate my goal to build my foundation and knowledge in strength training, health and wellness. A few good pointers here and there makes it easy to weave in fitness improvements into my lifestyle. Look no further; UP has your needs covered and you will be in good hands.     Spent three months at UP Singapore and don't regret any minute of it! I joined UP to learn from world-class trainers and to better understand what my body needs. Prior to UP i spent years training and the injuries started to creep in. I found that I was over-training and not getting the correct nutrition that I needed. Ash, my trainer, helped me fill in the gaps and more Now, there is no magic pill in getting in shape or achieving your goals. It is a process and will depend on the level of effort you are willing to put in. If you lie to your trainer, or hide things from your diet, the only person you're hurting is yourself. The trainer is there to give you the right tools and information, you need to be willing to use them. I'd highly recommend UP to anyone willing to learn and willing to understand that social media and fads aren't what will get you in shape.

    Ultimate Performance is truly a cut above the rest. I trained with them for a while to help me get my fitness back on track after the cycles of lockdowns and general inactivity brought about by the pandemic. I needed accountability/ motivation and this gym will surely provide you with that. Obviously, you need to put in the work but it was a great decision and you will see results if you put in the work and follow your trainers advice. Special shout-out to Tony who is an all around stand up guy, he offered constructive feedback when my form was ever off and pushed me when I needed it. If you want to start a fitness journey or just need to get yourself back on track then I 100% recommend this place!

    UP is effective. On relocating to Singapore I decided to make better choices about my health. I signed up to UP to get fitter, learn to lift weights properly and eat clean and hopefully get back to triathlons. UP is unlike any gym I'd been to before, I saw results within six weeks of dedicated commitment when my friends commented, it got better and better every week after that. The transformation was more than physical; the training routine and diet helped me focus and improved my sleep and I feel fantastic. I've learned a lot about my body through this; I hope it has made a lasting change because I feel amazing. My trainer Jonah is professional, thoughtful and invested "[it's] easy," his motto and now mine.

    I've managed to lose 12kg (more than what I had set out to achieve) through the structured and professional training sessions by Patricia. I have an old injury (disc bulge), which Patricia managed it well and allowed me to recover from the pain. I'm now lifting 50kg Romanian deadlift without feeling any strain on my back. Apart from that, I've also managed to increase my strength, doing 13kg shoulder press on each side when I could barely do 5 reps x 3kg initially. I'm also impressed with the UP mobile application, which allowed me to log down my food intake (with a very comprehensive food database to start with) and input the reps/weights I was doing each session to monitor the trends. I enjoyed every session, being pushed to achieve more than what I imagined I could do, and also the chats with Patricia to arm me with dieting/exercise knowledge that will stay with me beyond my time at UP. I'd definitely recommend UP and Patricia to anyone who is looking to lose their weight healthily, and with professional advice/help. It certainly helped me to change my lifestyle for the better! :)

    Joining UP is the best decision I have made for my health and fitness conditioning. Initially I was skeptical about how a fitness coach and program can unchange my lifestyle and habits which I have lived so comfortable with. At age 45, I had my fair share of pain and illness including a heart attack in 2021. I took the leap of faith and decided that it's now or never. Thanks to my family, they have been my pillar of strength throughout this journey 💪💪💪 I want to give special thanks to my personal trainer Adam who has never give up on me when I asked for his guidance. Started at 97kg with body fats of close to 40%, Adam helped to design my weight loss program and I managed to shred off 23kg (17% BF) within 6 months despite the fact that I encountered some setbacks along the way. Adam has been a great mentor for me throughout this transformation, taking care of my fitness, dietary and even medical advice 😂😂😂 More than my physical health, UP motivates me to improve on my mental health. Now I feel so happy having a leaner body when I wake up every morning. Just regret never started it earlier. I feel more confident in my presentation and feeling fit whenever I engage in activities with my family. Everyone around me are proud of my achievement and I have set a good example for my son.     I’ve trained at a few gyms so far, but UP has been the only one that has helped me achieve my goals! Natalie is a great trainer that has given me a structured programme and a sustainable, flexible meal plan that has increased my strength incredibly, allowed me to drop my body fat from 26.6% to 14.9%, all while still being able to enjoy the occasional indulgent meals out.     Hariz, my personal trainer at Ultimate Performance changed my life in health, physically and mentally. My focus was on weight loss and gaining greater mobility following injuries over years. Through structured, personalised and metric oriented goals set, coached and trained by Hariz, I more than halved my BF% from 26% to 11.9%, lost 8.5kg and gained strength I never had before in just over 12 weeks. The nutrition programme and wellness education (sleep, stress management…), coupled with strength training, cardio programme set me up very well with daily focus on good health I could not have imagined.     I have just started working with Sarah a few weeks ago and she has been a fantastic support, keeping me on-track and helping me to achieve results that I didn't think were possible in such a short space of time. Most importantly, she kept the workouts challenging and kept me accountable for my training and diet. Sarah always ensure that I know and use the correct muscle for each exercise and explain the right form of workout. Her training plans are focused & result oriented. With her guidance over the past 3 weeks, my mobility, strength and posture has improved further. My trainer, Sarah provided the guidance that I need not only during training sessions, but importantly during non training days. She constantly monitor my progress and continuously pushed me and kept making me deliver to best of my abilities. She also sets daily activity goal and I have to burn at least certain target of “active calories”, especially on non-training days. Previously, I was always lack of confidence in doing split squat and tried to avoid it with many excuses. But now, my trainer, Sarah has “transformed” me and I have no more fear in doing such exercise. I also enjoyed every session, being pushed to achieve more than what I imagined I could do. I am really grateful for Sarah’s training and guidance. I would highly recommend Sarah and the team at UP to anyone who is looking to make a significant change to their health and ultimately their life.

    I've trained at a couple of gyms before, however, UP is a total game changer. I have also tried all kinds of diet and training but it just wasn't enough. Ever since I've stepped into UP, my life has changed completely. From a starting point of 29% body fat, I am now at 12% body fat and still trying to aim for lower (9!). Furthermore, I also harnessed a disciplined lifestyle that is applicable to other areas of my life as well. The key difference that sets UP apart is that it has a structured regime tailored for unique individual needs. My trainer, Harry Tanujaya, never fails to monitor my meals day and night and gave me inputs on how I can improve on it. Even though I encountered some setbacks from time to time due to hectic work schedule, Harry is always very patient and encouraging to steer me back on track. Even on days where I have low energy and don't feel like gymming, he knows how to make adjustments to ensure that I still have a good workout. Looking back, I went through a complete transformation physically and mentally during my journey with in UP. It is, quite frankly, one of the best investment made on my life.

    Ultimate Performance does not fail to deliver on its promise. Of course, there is no magic pill, but if you are serious about making a change there is no better place to go. My trainer Minghui has been knowledgeable, professional, and supportive through my entire transformation process. With his help, I was able to go from 20% body fat to 9% in the short span of 8 weeks, all the while gaining muscle and maintaining my body weight. More importantly, the help and advice I have received has not only helped me through this transformation process but will benefit me for a long time to come. After years of periodical half-hearted training with little to no results, making the decision to train at UP has been one of the best decisions I have made in a long time.

    Started my journey with my trainer, Monique Lee since May 2023, I must say this has been a remarkable journey and transformation for me.     I had an incredible fitness journey with Yong Kang as my personal trainer! His unwavering dedication over 4 months kept me on track with my goals, diet, and steps. He transformed gym sessions into enjoyable workouts and his motivational drive was truly relentless. Brought down circa 15kgs and about 12% of body fat (37% to 24.8%) - officially coming out of the "obese zone." It certainly is an investment, but you get out what you put in. Like any large investments, you can't expect rewards to just drop in your lap. The process gives an incredible support system - it's up to you how you bring it to your advantage.     I have really enjoyed the last 2.5 months at UP Singapore. The gym is well set up, my trainers plan for me was been realistic but challenging and I have quickly achieved, and then set new goals, with my trainer Patricia. I am a runner who had been running and training solo and never considered one on one training until I decided I wanted to be stronger and for the effort I put in to actually show. It certainly hasn’t taken take long to see and feel the results. I love that Pat has pushed, supported and guided me in a fun, positive and friendly environment. I highly recommend challenging yourself and giving it a go regardless of fitness level or desired outcome. It has been a whole reset for me. I was already pretty healthy but this training has given me confidence with weights as well as more knowledge about nutrition for my body and training needs.     The past 3 months with UP has been the most positive experience and change to my physical body. The program is tough but definitely rewarding having lost 10% body fat and being the strongest I ever been. This journey wouldn’t be possible without ZT who has been a great and supportive trainer since day 1. ZT is easy going and communication has always been smooth. He shares valuable knowledge and experiences throughout my time in and out of the gym and is consistent with checking in to keep me on track. Even when I suffered a minor strain, ZT was able to modify training in the gym so I could still continue to progress while minimizing pain. Starting the UP journey has definitely been one of the best decisions I’ve made. This experience will definitely stay as I continue my fitness journey moving forward.     The 3 months with US is definitely a life changing experience. My trainer Ivan has been very supportive in my journey. He pushed me hard enough to help me grow and shared with me his experience in bodybuilding. He also gave me a lot of advice on nutrition plan.     UP absolutely works. If you're ready to make a big change to your physique and health, you should definitely consider the transformation program. Results are practically guaranteed, and the knowledge you leave with on how to maintain your health and strength even after the program is completely empowering. From the start of the program, my trainer Alain worked with me to develop a nutrition and workout plan around my lifestyle and kept me accountable throughout the journey. At the end of my 36 sessions, I dropped 13% body fat and 5 inches off my midsection, and never felt stronger or more confident about my body. Best money I've spent in my life. And be prepared to spend more because you'll need a whole new wardrobe after they're done with you.
