Jewel Coffee (Collyer Quay)

Cafe Coffee shop

😠 The barista is so not pro. I asked about the differents between the coffee bean. He asked me read myself. If I can understand by reading then I won’t need to ask right? The pro one will at least let me know what the taste or fragrance le something like that. Maybe is at office area, people just don’... People often mention coffee,

Iced chocolate for s$7.70 is just pour from instant pack from brand M**** 😆 what a joke - that’s why this coffee group outlet not crowded 😂 quality of drinks they provide 😐 A chocolate powder and fresh milk isn’t difficult, easier or lazy?

Came here to kill some time waiting for a lunch appointment. Service was quick and they have free wifi. Indoor seating is pretty limited and slightly uncomfortable. This place is ideal for quick coffee meetings. I had the peanut butter brioche which I felt was stale and could use more spread.

Really good coffee, nice selection of other stuff too. Needs a few more indoor seating options perhaps

Our fav go to place after lunch. Latte and flat whites come in those giant mugs. Cappuccino is usual regular cup. Not a place to go if you want lunch though. We wanted the spaghetti lunchtime set meal but the staff were unsure of what they had. It's microwave spaghetti anyway so we went somewhere else instead.

Probably one of the better coffee chains around - with the offering of a decent variety of beans that are cycled every now and then. They also serve up a wide range of coffees ranging from the typical espresso drinks to the more subtle filter coffees. Only downside is that you would be paying >$6 for your coffee but hey, it’s Singapore

We always come here as we buy Jewel coffee beans for our daily homebrewed coffee fix. We love Bold as Love, and Alpha Red blends. Ordering coffee at the shop is slightly different as they switch up their beans selection every now and then, which is perfect for variety but sometimes the beans served are not anything like those we buy. Generally they offer two types - one which is fuller and one which is smoother.

My favourite coffee from the day it opened. I love my coffee, and Jewel Coffee satisfies my cravings each and every visit. Best smells from the moment you walk through the door. And then, there's that special Peanut Butter Tart.... And thankfully, they opened another outlet at Raffles Place (Chevron House/Hitachi Tower) Staff are friendly, and service is good. It reminds me of the previous Black coffee joint.

One of the best coffee roasters in Singapore. Had a chat with probably their most experience staff named Hao in an informal setting and learnt a lot from him about the the coffee they made, and can feel his 100% passion into creating the most bespoke, if not the best, coffee experience for consumers. Hope they set up tasting class for the public!

Great roasts always at Jewel, but their flat white is on the milky side. Ask for less milk or extra shot to get a better flavour. Great tasting oat milk too by Otis.

It's good for small group which max 3 pax to share the table (best is 2 or 1) due to space constraint. You could hear your neighbor's conversation easily, not a place for secret talk. However, it gives you complete different feel when you put on headset to filter the noise there. According to the display in the cafe, all coffee comes with double shots...

Decent coffee with friendly staff. My favorite will be their Gibraltar. It's a rather small outlet so the echoed noisy can be rather loud during busy times. Come after 3pm as it is much quieter. Perhaps the music can be softer a little due to the echos...

Went down for a cup of coffee recently in the afternoon, the "very nice" Filipino barista never failed to remind us that she was closing at 5pm when making our order and would not be serving food or even reheating any food as she was closing soon. Witnessed her telling this to other potential customers in a bid to get them to visit the other OPEN coffee chains nearby. Must say, she succeeded brilliantly in this aspect.
