Starbucks Reserve is a very classy edition of Starbucks. They offer high quality coffee beans and more variety of coffees. I like the vibes and set up of Starbucks Reserve. It has individual seats that's catered for those who wish to enjoy their own space while they drink. The vibe is very professional with high ceilings. #ILoveStarbucksReserve

One of the biggest starbucks cafe in Singapore and also 24 hours. Since all the starbucks coffee is about the same. So I go nothing much to say about the coffee. Nice place to just relax and chill. But then. Be prepared to end up with no seats to sit even when the place is so big. All those students , come here and hog the seats to study . Only God and they themselves knows why got library they don't want to go.... Maybe the God of Starbucks will bless them with good results. Or the coffee at Starbucks have drugs that make them concentrate better. Why no 5 star. Is because I always feel their bread is on the salty side. Especially the tuna sandwich... Be it with cheese.. or plain. I always find it too salty.

unfortunately staff were not particularly friendly; though there was an elderly male staff who was quite kind. Would not recommend the “very spicy tuna pastry” which was neither very spicy nor tasty. Do take note of the 1h dine in limit which is not dependent on whether you order new food or not. We ordered new food and drink items after the hour and were still requested to leave and had to takeaway our food items.

A beautiful Starbucks Reserve accessible from Novena MRT. The atmosphere was calm and just right for a rustic experience. Plenty of seats, some with ample sunlight, great for a short work or study session.

This is one of the most beautiful Starbucks glass house in Singapore. However, there is a couple of things the management must look into. First of all, AC of the glass house is always very cold and non conducive to enjoy our coffee and breakfast. The AC temperature must be studied to allow cooling sensation but not freezing the patron. The staff here are generally polite but one mistake they did was to allow an order of a drink that has been sold out. In the end, we were disappointed to change our order and wait all over again. During examination period and every now and then, it is easy to find a lot of students hogging the seats here and it is impossible to have a seat and enjoy anything. We approached a couple of times to the person in charge but were often explained that there is not a “no student” policy as such they were unable to free up any seat for us. This good premise if can be better managed in terms of its seating policy, ambient temperature and availability of products, will show a lot of improvement for everyone’s appreciation. k.

Drinks and food at Starbucks are an average being the fast food definition of cafes. Hence my rating here is mainly for the nice ambience and one of the more comfortable seatings/vibes. Nice background music and selection of drinks/food.

Stayed nearby and came for breakfast at 11:33am, we were at the counter deciding what to have, the counter old aunty was inpatient and when we decided to order breakfast set, she shouted out loudly & repeatedly “ No more breakfast already, breakfast until 11:30. Shouldn’t you changed the Menu beforehand ? Maybe you could gently remind us when we were browsing the breakfast menu ? Worse Starbucks experience ever.

Many other Starbucks outlet aren't chasing people out after 1 hour, what gives? Went together with a friend deciding that it was a nice place to get some work done, was not told that there was a 1-hour limit, didn't see it written anywhere, one hour later, suddenly got a bombshell from a lady staff that we were past our time usage out of nowhere, implying we were being watched and timed. She didn't pressured us away nor chased us out since we were barely halfway through our drink at that point on time, and I could see that she was rather apologetic and thankful about it on our way out ten minutes later, clearly it wasn't her fault but she was just doing as ordered, but good lord, the place wasn't even near full. We were also told that if even if I'd gotten another drink or food, it doesn't extend another hour? What the hell? I've been to numerous outlets but this is the only outlet where the management is quite terrible.

Service is great! Internal design of place is good. I redeemed my 60stars on a house affogato and it taste great! Worth a visit!

Recently renovated, it has more seating space. Food and drinks are pretty standard of starbucks. However, the staff are a gem. They're friendly, patient, and helpful in making their customers feel welcome.

I'm only reviewing the coffee here. I'm sure the food is not too bad as I've had it before. Anyway, I paid extra for Starbucks Reserve cappuccino thinking it will be of better quality. But look at the about of thick foam on my cappuccino. It was too thick and the drink was really hot. It's not even a decent cup of coffee. I guess I'll just pay for normal Starbuck drinks for now.

One of the prettiest Starbucks in SG with plenty of seats and usually not full even during peak hours. The staff here are really friendly as compared to other branches, which are usually rude. Recommend!

The staff at this Starbucks joint are impolite and self-entitled. They seems to forget basic service rules of using “thank you” and “please” when taking or serving orders. When I ask one of the staff where to return my cup, she just gestured to the counter nonchalantly “you can leave it there…”

This outlet is a nice place to chill and hang out but unfortunately the coffee here is one of the worst from Starbucks, especially for a Reserve. They definitely need to retrain their staffs to provide better customer service and make better coffee. The whole customer experience is just bad. The only staff who’s capable and nice is the Malay lady manager. Kudos to her.

Received the best and warmest service from the friendly Rohana. Only after going back ONCE, she knew my exact order, preferences and name. This Starbucks is a nice spot to work from and is pretty big. Absolutely love the natural light that just streams in. It’s quite popular though, so finding a seat may be tough depending on the time you go.

Aww their staff Mr Sazy is so sweet. I was offered a free cake to vibe up my Thursday study session. I just wanna thank his sweet gesture for spreading joy to end my day. God bless him and his wonderful team.

Really spacious Starbucks Reserve here at United Square. They have both the normal Starbucks, and the special Reserve beans and brews. Many people work out of here, and students do study from here as well. Ambience is comfortable, and it makes for a good coffee shop experience for many. Do get the nitro cold brew if you're unsure what you want!

Terrible service. Nobody clean table. I helped to tried to collect the tray left by previous guest from a outdoor table since it’s the last table I can find. But the bar tender stopped me, asked me to either leave it at the table or bring it to Burger King as the food was from them. He didn’t care if their guest has the table to use nor appreciate the guest’s effort to collect the trash for them. awful experience.

One of the few remaining SB Reserves in Singapore as of Oct 22. Fond memories of this outlet, the coffee on the Reserve menu is always good, difficult to find seats during peak hours so best to come off peak hours!

Love this Starbucks reserve, they have a huge dinning areas both indoor and outdoor. Finally I can get my nitro cold brew here (but it was not so cold when I had it on that day)

It’s a Starbucks signature outlet . Wanted something intense and asked the serving staff for recommendations but Felt the team could be better versed in their products . Eg: asked questions on whether person like coffee sweet or Low sugar options . Ordered the nitro cold brew and hazelnut Bianco latte .

One hour dining limit. Kicked me out even though the entire bench I'm sitting at is empty. I understand the rationale for a dining limit (to curb seat hogging by students) but if there's space available it just seems unreasonable. One staff in particular, an Indian man, is very rude. I go to this branch regularly and I always respectfully leave whenever they tell me to. But he waved his hands in my face and said with his voice raised "You've been here for the whole day". I'd been there for 3 hours, which is of course 2 hours over the dining limit but the bench I'd been sitting at was near empty. Neither did I make a fuss or refuse to leave when I was told to do so, so the hostility was not called for. I've worked in F&B before and this is definitely not the standard for customer service anywhere.

Used to be so packed. Love the ambience here on a Sunday night.

Having my drink here today. Always feel so welcome here because the staffs are so friendly and some of them even remember my name and my frequent ordered drink. Thumbs up 👍🏻 this is the service that we need everywhere else

My friendly neighbourhood Starbucks! With great servers and baristas roasting my morning cup of coffee. Wide selection of pastries and food too. There is a reserve counter too for the specialty range. Lots of ample seating space and free wifi to work on your laptop if needed. Looks clean and safe too! Outdoor seating available too but a bit noisy due to the busy Thomson road junction.

Lovely ambience and service! Not a big fan of Starbucks drinks but the service really makes a big difference. My partner and I had wanted to redeem the 1 for 1 pumpkin spice latte promotion, but were disappointed to learn that the promotion applied only to Starbucks rewards members. Without hesitation, one of the service staff Ram graciously offered to use his card to redeem this promotional offer for us :) Thanks Ram! Your service made all the difference

Very bad service received at Novena retail. Asked the lady in the counter if they have Merlion merchandise in the stock by showing her the picture! Said no more stock without even thinking and then accidentally I found there are few left near the door! When I checked out, the lady said nothing with even with very bad face! Suggest to the store owner to train the employee better. Otherwise, will just lose customers continuously.
