A very charming little cafe hidden in the industrial area, serving various types of coffee bean besides the usual Colombian. The ambient is top notch with nice deco. As for coffee, honestly it is more for people who can distinguish, taste and enjoy different type or beans, else one can probably tell the coffee is stronger and sweeter 😅. Their pastries are not bad and on the sweet side though. Overall, it is a lovely place for a quiet catch up or reading.

Nice place to enjoy a perfect cup of coffee. They specialise in coffee and I highly recommend this place to all caffeine addicts. The ambience is nice & cosy. Good place to chill, they offer some little bites to go along with. Price is reasonable. Service staff are friendly & knowledgeable too. Will definitely be back from time to time to satisfy my caffeine cravings. 👍👍👍

This outlet is not on a main thoroughfare, but I recommend taking the time to visit, and when you have time to sit back and enjoy yourself. Outside the heavy sliding front door is a tropical garden of plants... Including a coffee tree growing with Arabica coffee berries ripening on the branches. This dedication to freshness and unique varietals comes through in the large yellow barrels of beans, the map with global areas you can get your coffee from. After discussing with the knowledgeable staff I selected the Gitwa CWS bean from Rwanda brewed in filter pour over method. I paired it with two baked snacks a fluffy koufin anan and a sweet sticky cinnamon bun. The coffee was natural wash and had tasty notes and some earthiness. A large and comfortable shop, there is a good variety of seats - from couches, to a high work table with stools, to regular tables in sizes from 2 to 6 person sizes to suit your visit.

Very decent specialty coffee joint in an industrial area. 20 grams roasts their own beans and they are delicious. There is a small food menu but they are very tasty, especially the lobster roll which is made with live lobster from Maine. The brioche bun is so soft and buttery. Take-home beans are available too.

There is a need for social distancing hence there are fewer seats. You need to better manage your seating system. Your sign in front of the shop says "please wait to be seated" but you allow people to walk in to chope seats. End up the people who queued to order food find that there are no seats left despite your signage. And your staff got defensive and angry when questioned about the system. Disappointing experience.

Nice relaxing ambience, light tempo music living in the nature feel. Coffee taste great.. ordered another cup with different flavour.. sip sip.. 👍Limited seats though. I'm so lucky to get the sofa seat with a treasure box right in front of me! 🤣 little burger very cute. Pull pork and smoked salmon.. simply delicious.. probably I'm hungry. Haha.

Hidden gem of a find tucked away in the corner of an industrial cluster. Clearly the focus here is coffee, with little less on the menu other than a few small bakes and a large portion of the shop dedicated to in house roasting. Coffee bean selection was varied, with detailed infographics helping to make your choice easier. Had a flat white and the fruity notes came through as described. Really dug the vibe here as well as the decor made for a very cosy ambience. The coffee husk cold brew was an interesting drink but probably a once off for us cos while the taste was reminiscent of a refreshing Chinese herbal drink, it was nothing to shout about. Will definitely be back for another cuppa or two soon and to try the bakes!

Very good coffee! And nice quaint hangout place. However, in case you get lost while looking for this cafe, note that it’s located at the BACK of the building, and facing the canal.

Cosy spot that has incredible decor and great coffee! We weren't sure what to order so we were helpfully given milk expressos with 2 different types of beans to try out. Loved the Colombian one with a fruity/winey aftertaste. Would come back for sure!

A very cool place. Offering very interesting beans and they changed over time, so you can visit them repeatedly to try new stuff. Food wise only have very few cabinet pastries to choose from, but no complaints, it’s enough to pair with their wonderful coffee.

Nice little cosy cafe and roastary hidden behind the row of LTC factories, gyms and co-working space that serves pretty good hot or cold coffee. This cafe is not easy to find if its your first time visiting this Arumugam area and will probably have seats because of that reason.

Love this little quaint gem tucked at the back of the industrial building facing the temple. This quiet cafe offers more than 6 types of beans, when asked for recommendations; the service has excellent understanding of their product, was able to explain & share the taste profile.

Coffee was great and the air-con was very cold because they were fermenting the beans. Quite some people in the store even it was a rainy day. I would say the coffee is great but probably not too impressive compare to other specialty coffee given the slightly higher price. Hot latte taste way much better than the ice one. The vibe was great and cozy.

I was here before Covid, and being back here after what seemed like a long time brings back not just a bit of nostalgia but more importantly I was quite blown away by the quality of the coffee this time. It was a rather last minute decision to swing by here for coffee after lunch around the area. The interior with the cool and peaceful vibe immediately soothes the mood. The staff was very helpful with the choice of coffee. I was also pleasantly surprised that there was a choice of beans for long black. The long black using natural processed beans from Bolivia is probably by far the best I have had for a while - complex, rich in body, and yet very fruitful, and with quite long aftertaste. Definitely worth coming for beans and coffee.

The coffee is amazing especially the hand crafted brews. The interior is lively and u can read a book while waiting for your coffee. The owner knows his coffee and treating the beans be it roasting or how the processing affects the notes, great conversation as well. Tried the Bolivian blend and it was perfectly made with pour over.

Found this cafe while waiting for my parents to finish their church session. The environment was really quiet and peaceful. Barista was very knowledgeable and answered all of my rookie questions (as it was my first time able to pick my own coffee beans whaaaat?) Their hand brewed coffee came out smaller and much more bitter than expected, but overall a comfortable place to be.

This place is lush with greenery and interesting plants inside and out. It’s tucked in a corner of an industrial area so follow the map closely! There’s lobster roll and coffee beer on the menu, and a list of different coffee beans and brewing methods you can select. Barista offers tasting notes for your selected coffee upon serving. The Kenyan Peaberry coffee had hints of strawberry and red tea and was an easy-drinking, light and delicious coffee. Relaxing environment, peaceful on a Saturday.

Went on a PH late morning, not crowded, lots of privacy and gd music. The young female staff was v friendly and hospitable, explained the menu to us patiently and with a smile. Then off she went to make us the most delicious cup of dark choc mocha! Filter coffee was delicious too, not too acidic and smooth to drink. The kind salmon sandwich is tasty, generous amount of house smoked salmon and dark lentils salad as sides. Must try their home made fries and house made ketchup! Thick cuts of potatoes has a gd bit to it. Will return again! The only down side is the menu presentation. Need a legend! Unless the staff can continue to take time to explain to customers.

It's a nice place to sit and catch up. They serve good coffee and I like what they offer. Food choices are simple but anyway did not explore much since I was not hungry. Coffee here is unique, and they do their own roast. Quite taken aback at the different layers in their coffee! Creamy yet you will taste the acidity from the berries. Great chill ambience, lovely playlist. had scones here previously and loved it completely. Quiet place in industrial area, walking distance to MRT.

Very good and well prepared (albeit small menu) food. Wasn't expecting much but the chicken was deliciously tender and flavourful. The cauliflower purree and kale was a good match. Also had the pork belly pao which was not oily or overly fatty. Coffee was great of course tho $10 a glass (with milk and ice) is a bit pricey.

Great service by @20gramsspecialtycoffee where the staff patiently explained to is the beans and the food that they were serving. - Tried their signature Lobster Roll ($27) and loved it. Love that the bread is fluffy and buttery. It has little air pockets in the bread which gives it a good chewy texture when eaten. - The roll is quite small but very satisfying. Chunks of sweet lobster meats piled on top. Not a fan of mayonnaise but they did a good job, it was quite light and not overpowering. - Scones are alright, not too tough. - Coffee ($5.70) in store is more acidic with Fruity tones. They said they were no longer bringing in those with more chocolate or nutty undertones. It's a pity for me cause those are my kind of coffee. But if you love Fruity tones in your coffee, this is the place to be.

Service was warm and hospitable. House blend latte was pretty good but limited food menu. They had some pastries (cronut, cookie cups etc.) but we didn’t try any. Instead, we ordered the lobster roll which is served fresh because they keep live lobsters in a tank at the cafe. After getting past my guilt staring at the crustaceans, I sank my teeth into the dish – huge chunks of flesh lightly doused in a creamy sauce with a bit of slaw perched on a lovely toasted brioche bun; it was wonderful. I suspect lobster rolls go better with a beer or wine but pairing with coffee is an unusual experience that is worth a shot. The place was quiet on a Sat afternoon so it’s nice for long conversations or working on a laptop. Anyway, giving this 5 stars just because I hope they expand their food menu!

A couple of months ago, i was hospitalised for 34 days due to an inflamed knee which required Surgery, and after being admitted in hospital for such a prolinged period of time, and was approaching my birthday, my young daughter wanted to get a piece of brownie to celebrate my birthday. Yet she was told that they ran out brownie, and the lady staff made a very nice and warming gesture by gifting my daughter with a piece of FOc muffin to be given to me to celebrate my birthday. We shared the delicious muffin that day, and today after attaining some form of mobility i made my way to thank the staff at the branch and have our breakfast T2 x 02 sets with nice tuna, mushroom and chicken puff. Many thanks to Kopi & Staff.

(Original) Best pour over in Singapore! 豆にこだわったカフェ。開店当初ほどのこだわり(オーナーがテイスティングノートを教えてくれました)はないですが、気軽に美味しいコーヒーを飲めるようになりました。

Great. Interior design of the cafe was really fine and good which made it very cozy and comfortable to stay for hours with free Wi-Fi provided too. Service was good and attentive. Tried milk brew and it has very nice and strong coffee flavor. Location is good too as its just walking distance from tai seng mrt

4 stars for the ambience but really ~1 star for the coffee. Waited 30mins, so the lovely ambience helped but that meant a drink in coffee had to become a takeaway cup. The coffee was ridiculously sour and not integrated with the milk. Maybe caught them on an off day but this was really disappointing. At $6, it was actually really hard to swallow!

Place is located not too far from Ubi mrt. About a 5 to 10 mins walk from exit B. The place is located right across the big canal and there is a coffee bean signage at the intersection as a signage. I really loved the atmosphere in this cafe. The plants and the quiet and serene ambience that calms one down. Water is foc and that is a plus point. Food and drinks here are on the more expensive side, but the quality is very much there. The brioche was very very good with the salmon and we just had to order one more even though it was expensive. Staff were very polite and friendly. Would come here again on another Saturday as the place is not too crowded and the environment is good.

Amazing coffees in this little hidden gem. High quality beans. Request for the Ethiopian Semoa Bay beans for your milk-based drink. Totally made my day! As any 5/5 cup of coffee would...

Nice ambience, very cosy yet provides sufficient privacy for patrons despite the limited seats available. Enjoyed their tuna mayo bagel a lot, well balanced flavours with a nice combination of red onion, mayo, tuna, n cheese. Couldn't bring myself to finish the flat white (gold label, Columbian), still too acidic for my personal liking though I was already told prior to paying that this is the less acidic option.

When you walk into the place it smells absolutely amazing! You can tell right away that everything they're serving is homemade, and it's obvious that they put a lot of time and effort into every meal. The quality really shines through.

Enticed by the good reviews and cafe aesthetics, was really looking forward to visiting. Thought the term “first come first serve” was a standard service guide in any industry. As the self-explanatory name suggests, customers are attended to in the order that they arrive, without other biases or preferences. Arriving to the roastery running full house, I came as a sole diner and agreed to the cashier that I can stand and wait. A few minutes later, a couple came in and also decided to wait. When 2 visitors vacated, the owner/stuff ushered the couple to seat first while I continued to wait. If he didn’t know the sequence which we came in, the cashier surely did. Feeling perplexed was my first reaction, followed by embarrassment and weirdly a sense of being belittled. The experience was distasteful to say the least. While I can see how this transpired from a business perspective, I cannot emphasise. I do hope you can review your policies and hope other diners will have a better experience.

Pretty cool place...Hidden find. I wish they had created an experience to explain their offerings because I was so curious about "green" and "gold" coffee options! White coffees (hot) from $6. --- (Ample parking but paid, gantry)

Great place to chill out if you want a quiet, nice ambience place. Located at an industrial place but near Macpherson MRT. Ample of parking spaces but paid entry, even for Sunday. At this was our first time here, I didn’t specify what type of coffee we wanted as later the lady served us two different types of coffees, which didn’t taste anything like our usual latte what we usually get at other cafes. Aside that, we enjoyed our time relaxing and soaking in the nice atmosphere.

If you are appreciative of Scandinavian/Nordic Style espresso, this would be the place. They have roasted perfectly to highlight their notes super bright and sweet. The atmosphere is unassuming and intimate. Love this place. We have been here a few times, on weekdays and weekends. Best would be weekdays, quiet and a cool selfie spot. If there are more stars to grade, we will definitely give them full marks. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

If you want to try all sorts of different coffee´s from around the world, or if you are simply a cappuccino lover, like me, this is maybe one of the best coffee places in Singapore!

Update: Alan from 20g patiently explained to me about their beans and the profile of the varieties they have on the phone. They have also kindly offered to replace my beans in order to provide me with fresher beans as I have intended originally. Kudos to the team and for the fast and friendly respond. Will definitely head down and try out on some of the recommendation that will better fit my coffee palate. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Friendly staff and service, was talked into getting currently available beans because they’re roasted and shipped weekly. Under the assumption that the beans were within a month from roast, grabbed a cup and left. To my dismay, I’ve gotten an old stock in which the information was presented to me was tad bit misleading. The flat white was kinda bland and watery, lacks the body I would assume from a regular cup.

Lovely cafe tucked in an industrial estate. Loved the decor and vibes. Coffee was excellent and they have a wide range of roasts. Barista was also very knowledgeable about the brewing process. Had the matcha cruffin, which was ok- not too sweet but not as crispy/light as I would have liked. Also wasn’t quite heated up enough so the matcha centre was gooey rather than molten. Still tasty though, and would go again if I was in the area.

Nice cool cafe tucked away at the back of an industrial building just next to exit of MacPherson MRT. Spacious and quiet inside, polite staff. Had a flat white $6. Pretty good coffee though no offering of choice of beans here. Also available is a small selection of bakes.

The coffee art and presentation are nice but... i feel that the customer service can be improve. When we enter the shop, we don't feel welcome at all, the counter staff just stare at us. Upon ordering, we ask for recommendation of coffee type, the staff seems uninterested in recommending us. She just entertained us by mentioning one with unclear info of the coffee. plus there wasn't anyone in the store.

I'm impressed. Ordered their “discovery” Indonesia beans and it’s incredibly fruity, smooth, and well-balanced, showcasing the diverse profile. I'll definitely return to sample their other varieties. Not to mention the staff here is exceptionally friendly and takes the time to provide recommendations and explanations.

First thing I noticed was very passionate barista/roaster (owner?). He patiently explained the difference in the coffee origins and what’s the best brewing method to enjoy it. Coffee was made to my liking, freshing and ‘juicy’ iced black. Nice cosy ambience as well.

Beautiful cafe with perfectly made coffee! Thoroughly enjoyed the freshly made iced latte! About 5-8 mins walk from Macpherson MRT, shrouded in plants. Heard from the barista that there are many who intentionally travel here for a good cup of coffee!
