👍 The minced meat noodle - I love it I ate 3 times in a week cooked by different people at different timing as it is 24 hour. Standard varies but all nice. Staffs quite friendly too Jao Thai - tried the pork leg rice and curry noodle. I would say it is not bad Unique taste. Ok to skip. Coffee - aver... $: Below S$5. This minced pork noodle is best for after drinking. Always many people there. A bit spicy but that is very comfortable to eat after drinking. If people ask me about best best place to eat noodle after 10pm, I believe I will recommend this place. If you are driving drinker, you must know about this place to maintain yourself.

Consistent quality for over 5 years! Price is cheap considering that it is mee sua, since mee sua usually cost more. Alot of ingredients too, for 5sgd, got 2 fishballs, 2 meatballs and tender pork slices. So flavourful and yummy.

Semi food court with few food stalls inside. You can get thai food, noodles, nasi lemak, to nasi padang. Pricing is affordable around 5 dollars. Place was open air non aircond. Sistem is self service

This is right opposite to hispster hotel. At evenings, lot many people can be seen here for the affordable meal.. Its a mini food court with 4 diffrent stalls inside it. Hawker style food. Guinness and tiger beer seemed popular here

2023 update: All the stalls have changed, with only the drinks stall left intact since my very first visit. Yes, it still draws in a big weekday lunch crowd, but I cannot help but feel that this coffee shop has lost its lustre. Go here if you either have no other choice or if you need a wallet-friendly option within the downtown area (which I still think holds true despite their iced kopi already priced at about $2). 2022 update: The noodle stall is no more. They closed shop for quite a while already, and I'm afraid I'm not sure when they will return. I'm hoping sometime in the future they will return to the scene. 2020 update: This stall has moved to the opposite side of the road, at 9 Circular Road. They've named themselves Yan Kee Noodle House. 2019 original post: One of the many places within the city area that provides roadside eating and sells cheap food. The noodle stall here that sells Bak Chor Mee is well worth the visit, it's cheap ($4 a bowl), and it's so good I recommend it. This place also attracts big weekday lunch crowds, mainly people from big office buildings surrounding it, so if you're planning to get something to eat at that timing, expect a fair amount of waiting time (maybe up to 30 - 45 mins).

The mee sua may not be the prettiest, but it is light, tasty and good!

Perfect spot in the area for a late night Mee pok fix. Stall was open at around 12 midnight and uncle still had a few customers. Ordered the traditional minced meat noodle (dry). Noodles was al dente, chili was just perfect and ingredients were generous.

Great location to have light snacks and drinks after a leisurely walk. I love their traditional toast with kaya and butter. There are other yummy and delicious food in this coffee shop and it's surroundings. You will be spoiled for choices.

Chance upon this stall and decided to try the pork leg rice. Highly recommend if you are craving for Thai pork leg rice. The Chicken Khao Soi must try too.

The signature mee sua is so good!!? Pork liver also cooked to perfection 😋 The uncles heard our order wrongly but was okay to change it for us when we told them. Can’t wait to go back again!

Late night dinner at 11 p.m. so only 2 restaurants were open. I chose a noodle shop which an uncle cooked for us. He knows very well how to cook a pork liver that still has soft texture. Reasonable price as is a small Hawker center. Place is clean.

A great little hawker place with a few choices for food at very good prices. There’s also 2 ladies serving chilled large Tiger beers for $7.50, with proper Tiger glasses. Seating on the street, it was a nice chilled atmosphere and we had the Prawn Noodle Soup at $6.00 each.

Got here before traffic built up on a weekday. Vibe is good with a mix of locals heading to the office and tourists like myself. Learning from the Romans—Singaporeans in this case—I “booked” a table with a packet of tissue paper; that vantage point gave me a view of the Elgin Bridge. Food selection is local, authentic and the folks here are helpful. Lovely experience

Thanks for being a decent 24 hour bak Chor mee store here.. really convenient for those who OT or wake up early. Bak Chor mee was fine but had a small lump of uncooked noodles weirdly enough. Otherwise it was decent and the soup had a fair amount of flavour.

Minced pork or fishball noodle stall Excellent pricing and excellent al dente noodles custom cooked to your preference I always have mine without oil but lots of cihilli. At $4 a bowl in such inflationary times, appreciate it and enjoy it. Being a hawker in the food business is hard work.

This place is like a hawker food court with 2-3 restaurants serving South Asia (including Singapore) food. Great.. Super cheap food available. Nothing vegetarian here. There isa shop that sells just beverages and beers for real cheap and chilled. One can grab a table and self serve themselves with food. Smoking ok, as it's open. 10 min walk from Raffles Place MRT Station. Right opposite to Circular house and Hipster Hostel.
