Unhygenic situations at every table, both inside and outside sitting with leftovers from previous patrons. When you checked with the staff if they are going to clear the nasty tables they will merely reply you pls queue up first and we will assign you a table. The queue got long very quickly but the ridiculous of table assignments promised by the male coffee maker with glasses was not kept. Customer & their family quickly sat at those tables. This outlet is within the private hospital/clinics therefore high human traffic is expected for patrons visiting hospital/clinics, is probably the only affordable cafe around the vicinity for resting feets to have nice cuppa and foods. This outlet is extremely poorly managed and kopi doesnt taste good at all. The food looks like the chinese version of fast food, everything looks dry, pre-made and left there for sometime before serving. The walk way at ordering counter and collection counter is narrow with stocks piling at the sides hindering movements. The staff are all unmotivated with bad service attitude. Customers aTotally need a major over haul !

Horrendous staff attitude, very unfriendly, sulky faced female Chinese staff. First time seeing her face. Female looked annoyed and not welcoming. Opening hours states 7.30am but it’s 7.38 and they are not taking any orders yet. So ridiculous. The female staff did not even serve us with a smile. If not for the coffee, I wouldn’t be coming back here at all.

Good place to have dine in for breakfast time while we are at Farrer Park Hospital. Our favorite dishes is Nasi Lemak package with Kopi O.

Kaya butter toast set for $6. Service is not top notch. But at least order is taken care of. One has to watch out for drinks collection when they are ready first. Pepper and soya sauce in sachet. Need to adjust volume of soya sauce added if one doesn’t want too salty or dark.

Best nasi lemak I have eaten. Beautiful fragrant grains, crispy chicken. I love their mee rebus also. Followed by their mee siam. Food is very consistent that I appreciate that. Service is not the best but friendliest are Shawn & Wei Li - thanks guys for the rapport. The rest can definitely be friendlier or at least smile. Food is slightly pricier than your usual Wangz or Toastbox but I dont mind that for the nice, clean, cafe. I do enjoy coming here to get my coffee fix as well.

the small coffee shop with good kopi and good Fried bee hoon with egg and wingset. the bee hoon not too salty and not oily, good combination with egg and also crunchy wing chicken. the kaya butter toast crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside and kaya taste really different with other, so it's a good kaya butter toast bread. Soft boiled Egg just regular egg. Tofu Thai Chilli, bit watery when we bite it. I think they need to figure this out, why the tofu have water when we bite it, so I'm not really recommend this tofu menu. overall nice good kopi place for grab good kaya and good bee hoon. It's a good place to get breakfast if your around the hospital.

Great kopi and even excellent service! Killiney Kopitiam is always a safe option, but what was remarkable today was the courtesy and dedication of its employees; friendly and efficient, they made that simple breakfast a memorable experience (also, my wife says that the Laksa there is delicious!).

Horrendous staff attitude, very unfriendly, sulky faced female Chinese accented staff. It was off peak hour at 2.30pm on a week day, after the lunch crowd and before the teatime crowd. Reserved signs were strewn over quite a few tables indoors when there was clearly no one waiting to be seated or at the queue to order food. Asked if we could sit at one of the reserved tables as a large group was present and they way they sat made it difficult for others to access the vacant smaller tables. Female looked annoyed and said loudly “how many of you! You take small table!”. Sure, I understand it if it was a busy hour or there is a queue of people trying to get a seat. This was not the case. This woman behaved like she owned the place and like customers owed her something. Shouldn’t management do some proper training? Food was lukewarm and the cutlery had remnant food stain. Bring your business elsewhere.

Came to this place for casual lunch. Portion of curry chicken is good but basically tasteless. Can look at the layer of oil on top. TSK TSK TSK

Service was relatively fast in my case. The lady staff was especially helpful and patient to another elder couple which I thought was deserving of this good review. they do have a sign stating they are understaffed so maybe peak hours might be crazier

Nice kaya toast. Their coffee and tea are both nice and strong. I don't like having to crack the eggs myself, but to each their own. Cash and nets only :0

Love the coffee at Killiney and was delighted to find an outlet at this hospital. But the service staff were downright impolite and rude. Perhaps they did not understand local language or culture, especially the lady cashier.

Came in for a quick meal. The Nasi lemak set was kinda pricey, but taste was fantastic and layout of the food was absolutely great.

Food is not bad but staff attitude is bad. Came at off-peak hours for a late lunch. Sat down at a table in the half-empty place only to be chased off by the staff with, "Why are you sitting at the bigger table? You are only two people."

Very tasty mee rebus! As a bonus, the service staff were very kind and attentive, a rarity for franchise coffee shops like these.

They mixed up my order and tried to pin the blame on me. Poor attitude and service but the toast and drink were good.

We had curry chicken with bread, kaya butter toast, yam cake and coffee. The thick curry goes very well with the crispy toast. Generous amount of chicken and potatoes. Coffee tasted great esp after a long morning. Love it that the yam cake was steaming hot - better than some dim sum places. Nice ambience, clean and neat outlet with friendly staff. One of the better Killiney outlets 👍. Conveniently located near Farrer Park MRT. And yes, we bought crackers too. Crunchy and yummy. Will try their chicken macaroni during our next visit.

Miserable serving kaya n butter on the toast. I am a firm covert to Toast Box after this.

I get my weekly Nasi Lemak fix here. Fluffy and fragrantly-lemak basmati rice, with crunchy chicken wing and otah, and a sunnyside up with flowy yolk. Ikan bilis and chilli are both good too, though chilli is not as spicy as I would like. The coffee and tea here is consistently good, even when the "barista" changes. Most importantly, the staff here are friendly and smiley even during peak hour.

Staff was not polite and showed that they didn’t care much. Menu was stupidly placed only at the counter, and you only get a split sec to make ur decision when u finally get to see the menu. Food was meh, eggs abit over cooked, toast was not too bad. Probably wouldn’t come back unless I’m dying of hunger…

Went specifically for coffee first time at this outlet after 4 years away from Singapore. Love the coffee but highly detest the service provided. Ordered one coffee black and one coffee. Was asked want sugar or not. 😕 Not attentive and approachable. Was told by another service crew that I need to wait 5 minutes after I paid the money. While drinking, the crew started keeping the chairs, (still have 45 minutes before closing) and worst still, even sweep upon my feets while I'm stilling drinking my coffee. 😡
