Drink store lady is extremely rude, and threatened to take photos of us. We did not know there was a two person per table rule, and the mookata place did not tell us anything. We were a group of 3. She went to the mookata stall (and not us) while we were eating and said to them that we could not do this, and this was a warning that if not followed, she will take pictures of us. The mookata place did not tell us anything. Second time round she came directly to us and threatened with the photo taking. We were shocked, and asked her to explain what we should do as we were only aware of the 5 person dine-in, and there were 3 of us, but she just raised her voice, pointed fingers at us and screamed that she would take photos of us. She even ended the convo with “I don’t want to start an argument”. If she had just said there was this regulation, instead of threatening us about photo taking straightaway, it would have been so much easier on both parties. 🤷🏻‍♀️ First time out with my family in many months, and it ruined the eating experience here.

Used to be very good. Now coffee cups are smaller since Broadway took over. My favourite Wanton noodles stall is gone, and there is no longer coffee Aunty going around to take order.

They recently renovated the place and it looks new and amazing! They brought in Ji Long Tang bubble tea shop that offers TOWER bubble tea while we enjoy our meal. Tried the Tie Guan Yin Fresh Milk Tea with Brown Sugar (less sugar) and it was actually not bad, not too sweet too. Often come here for the very affordable wanton mee and the western food stall. Love the great variety of food they offer! Due to the current covid situation, they are abiding strictly to the safe distancing rule, hence, for the time being there might be limited seatings.

The malay stall here food not very normal and not special at all, but selling at $6 per plate, just for 1 egg, 1 vegetable and 1 meat, overpriced.

Broadway has since renovated and it’s meant to be a non smoking coffeeshop. Yet staff and patrons still smoke openly in the coffeeshop and no one bothers to tell them to stop. It’s extremely disgusting, do not dine here if you care about your health.

Nice thunder rice and kolo mee from the new stall. Chuan Wei Mala Hotpot serves up a nicely numbing mala unlike other stalls. Min Chiang Kueh is decent with crisp edges. Hokkien style braised duck was ok. Nasi padang stall was generously portioned (post lunch hour) but not cheap. Taste was good though with nicely cooked vegetables. The steak and lamb chop in my mixed grill from Vie Bistro was good but pork chop was predictably dry.

Had dinner here for the first time . Food is horrible 🫠 western is portion is small and not tasty . 猪杂汤 they use bak ku teh soup! Horrible taste . Fish ball Noodles portion is ok but the taste is cannot. 777 hokkien mee tasty is reasonable but too small portion for a $6 dish .

The wanton noodle taste is not bad, customer service is good and polite serve by the lady, prices @$4. Overall good dining experience.

Definitely banned the Japanese & Korean stall. When I nicely ask if can split the soup and noodles separately, the lady looked annoyed and said I need to pay additional $0.30 for the extra container on top of the $0.20 which I've paid for the container. Forget about lousy service if food is nice but udon tastes sour. For $5.50 without even the side dish I can find better food elsewhere.

01 Oct 21’ This coffee shop is one of my favourite place for breakfast & dinner, wider space between tables, air circulation is good, house keepers are very attentive in helping customer to clear used dishes . The only comment I have is; the quality of the coffee & tea is below average . 28 Oct 21’ Today super long queue at the coffee stall, a kind aunty help me to buy coffee O. 😂🥰 29 Nov 21’ Me & my wife regularly visiting this coffee shop for our dinner, the only stall which we hardly purchase is coffee stall, today is one of our worst experience of their coffee Si, hard to describe how poor it is 😅

A rather large kopitiam sitting side by side with another large coffeeshop - Foodhub. Noteworthy stalls are: Eng Kee wantan mee and innovative ah long pancakes. Also saw many buying from the hokkien Mee stall as well as the braised duck and kway chup stall, will be back to try them soon!

Worst place to dine in , without cleaners to clear plates they dont even hire to clean the tables. The workers are just standing by the collection area waiting for plates to clear and not going around to clean the tables.Diners have to clean the tables themselves. What a horrible place to come

Some of my experiences are: Nicest Kopi O Kosong around the area. Western food is affordable priced and standard well maintained. Braised duck rice stall of over 30 years. Fishball noodle stall, decent and has Laksa too.
