This coffee shop takes electronic ordering a bit too far. Not only do you scan the menu, you never actually interact with a person either at the register or at the table until your order arrives because you also place the order from your phone. This is normally not a big deal but we waited nearly 20 minutes from a nitro brew (on tap). One of us had already finished our coffee, So we sought out a server to inquire about the hold up and were told “the machine takes time to prepare.” That would have been nice to know and easily solvable by actually having some level of human interaction when orders are placed. It’s just a little too clever and cute to be efficient.

You can find quality coffee here. The place is accessible via public transport (short walk from beauty world mrt). For parking, there are limited lots for parallel parking. The bakes are enjoyable while not being exceptional. For the price, I would say that the quality is good. For the highlight, the coffee, the flat white (golden cup beans) is rich, nutty and smooth, all you expect in a good cup of caffeine. For those who wish to explore other options, they have alternative beans roasted to different levels. Staff is friendly and makes one feel welcome. One thing to work on may be how conducive the place is. I found strands of hair and multiple stains on the cushioned seats. Tables could also be cleaned more thoroughly. Other than that, it is a nice place to spend your day while sipping on a cup of coffee.

Walked in to get retail coffee beans and try their doughnuts. Nice white spaced cafe that looks popular. Have a good range of in-house drinks and retail beans. Also an extensive range of coffee gear. Donuts were delicious.

Bought my Lelit Bianca v3 to replace my old espresso machine which stopped working after 8 years of service. Managed to organize the payment and delivery relatively promptly. My machine was delivered by Din who not only setup the machine but gave me some useful tips on maintenance as well as pulling shots. He obviously was not just a delivery man but a coffee enthusiast as well. Looking forward to many more years of espresso making with this machine.

Not only are they one of the better roasters in Singapore with a huge variety of beans and roasts, this is also a great place to sit and enjoy coffee, get some work done, and probably the best place in Singapore if you're looking for a great at home coffee making setup. Love that they have beans sourced from Indonesia and not just the typical Columbia/Ethiopia stuff. They also offer their own pods for Nespresso machines as well as single serve drip bags. This one is worth coming out of your way for if you're a coffee person. They have indoor and outdoor seating (and plenty of it) as well as gourmet donuts!

chill and cozy ambience, comfortable and minimalist environment to enjoy a cup! My iced latte was pretty good, appreciate that the cup is bigger than usual and that means more coffee! Coffee was very aromatic though a bit acidic but still alright, good balance of milk and espresso.

A white simple cost cafe that sells many coffee machines. Had a flat white and a pistachio soft serve on honey glazed doughnut 🍩 the doughnut had a piece of digestive biscuit which made the texture really really nice. Will come back again to try out more items!

so sad cause i heard so much about this place but my experience. was so bad…. burnt toast and soggy bread and very watered down coffee that was meant to be hot but came cold…? ): oh no. not coming back for sure… also, it was about $26 for 2 drinks and toast. lol. so… it’s errrr.

I recently purchased Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee beans from this roastery with high expectations, but sadly, the experience was quite underwhelming. The flavor and overall quality of the coffee were far from what I had anticipated. Having heard great things about Jamaica Blue Mountain beans, I was looking forward to a rich and distinctive taste. However, upon brewing and tasting the coffee, I was left disappointed. The flavor profile lacked the desired complexity, and the overall experience fell short of my expectations.

Communication through WA was smooth and easygoing. I purchased a D64 grinder and paired it with the Lelit Mara X espresso machine from Cowpresso after reading up on the equipments online and also reviews on both their cafe and website. Delivery was done by Lin and the setting up together with the introduction was swift. I opted for the barista class on the hows, dos and don’ts of the machines, pulling espresso shots and steaming milk and this proved to be very thorough and useful. Outstanding coffee place. And when I say coffee place, it’s a coffee coffee place, not a place that does coffee. There must be 20 different machines for sale or training, plenty of seating and a selection of beans to take away. My flat white was amazing, rich, balanced with no acidity. Had another one immediately after. And best of all it’s a ten minute walk from home. I will be back.

Enjoyed our Sunday afternoon there. We had the Colombian gesha pour over and signature blend tea. Happy enough with our orders - coffee was well extracted, good flavour profile. We were told we had to try their donuts! There were only two of the honey original left. For the price and the flavour, we were not exactly blown away by it, but understand that their bestsellers are the choc filled donuts and orders with the ice-cream. Guess we'll have to return another day to sample 😉. Light and comfortable environment with friendly enough staff. Lovely merchandise - couldn't help myself and walked away with one of their lovely rose gold plated gooseneck kettles.😁

Just upgraded from my Dedica to a brand new Lelit Elizabeth from Cowpresso. In summary, an all around good experience, with very friendly staff and relatively smooth transaction throughout. I will say: 1. If you are going to the showroom with the intention of trying out your machine, do call ahead beforehand on the day itself. Some of the machines I was interested in were not available for demo when I went down, even though I mentioned them in the appointment details. 2. The demeanour of the staff is pretty casual considering you are probably spending >$1000. It worked for me as it made the process much less intimidating, but I can imagine some being put off if they come in expecting the fanciness and formality that normally accompanies big ticket purchases. On a side note, love the cafe. Been there multiple times, their house blend is just such a nice comfy cup, the food is wonderful, and the outdoor seating is lovely on cooler days.

I was specifically looking for Lelit Mara X v2 and they were patient and friendly with introducing the machine and answering my questions. Onsite installation was arranged within the week and similarly excellent experience during installation. Answering my questions thoroughly and demo/guided me to pull my first shot at home! Totally love my white Lelit Mara X!

Nice coffee shop for a good brewed coffee, easy parking outside (if you can find a parking lot and parallel park). They have free wifi and it’s a good place to chill and enjoy your coffee.

One of my favourite coffees in Singapore. Smooth complex medium roasts, full rich mouthfeel. Reasonably priced and great environment too. Cushioned chairs are v comfortable and they even have ample power sockets available.

I ordered a lelit bianca v3 and it was an excellent buy. The entire process was smooth and very nice. When I went down to lorong kilat to have a look at the machines and grinders, the staff took pains to answer all my silly questions and gave me the confidence to choose the machine I wanted. Funny name - Serious coffee! Incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. As a coffee “amateur” the team at Cowpresso were only too happy to talk me through the myriad of machines and grinders they stock and help me select the most appropriate machine/grinder for my home. After much research, humming and hawing, I bought a Lelit Bianca and Lelit PL71 grinder with Cowpresso. Even before I bought the machine, Lyn texted and spoke to me over the phone to answer all my questions. She even recommended a grinder that suits my needs, and not the most expensive grinder. Delivery was fast (just two days later) and she stayed to ensure I was able to test the machine out and helped me adjust temperature and all. This despite it being about 10pm already. She doesn't push her products but rather, she helped me work with what I already have. I'm a fan already.

Located right at the end of the row of shops. So far, I've been there twice... why? Because I failed to get their croque madame. Yes! I got that on the 2nd visit. Pricey but I'm happy to have tried it at least once. A little disappointed cos I thought the egg was stuffed inside the donut. Otherwise, it tastes fine and that extra sprinkles at the top gave the unique taste to this croque madame. The donut is nice. Oh wait! What about the coffee? Not too acidic for the black and the milk used for the latte is creamy and yummy. The latte art was one of the nicer Swan I've seen.

My family and I enjoyed a very nice cuppa. Coffee is full of chocolatey notes and full bodied which I love. Customer service is also very nice, and you can also choose beans for your coffee to your liking - full spectrum of bean profiles available. Spacious and clean as well. Can also buy coffee machines (Lelit and Sanremo), gear there ☺️

Ordered a long black, ginger tea and mixed flavor soft-serve. Coffee was ok, tea was a bit light and soft serve flavor wasn't great. We ordered through the QR code, had to enter Credit Card details. Still had to pay service charge for the staff to carry the cups to our table. Good environment but not worth the visit.

Coffee is good, but the staff did not inform customers that there was an issue with the food order until I checked in 35 minutes later, only to find that the food will take another 5 minutes. This was after I approached the counter twice to ask about the food. My mistake to think 45 minutes is a reasonable amount of time to eat a light meal when the place isn't even full. Disappointing.
