A very cooling n decent place for teabreak in the afternoon. Unlike Toast Box which is very claustrophobic, humid n hot in there. More conducive cafes and eateries are needed in tropical, humid Singapore !!!

Very very rude staff. Blacklisted. Edit after response: Ordered 2 coffees, followed by another 2 coffees + 1 tart ordered by friend, followed by another 1 coffee ordered from my friend. So how is this total = 2 coffees??? Each order we made, we get lectured by the staff. Only was here because Yakun was under renovation. Terribly disappointed.

I went there for a package of coffee and a puff. Chose a black coffee and a curry chicken puff. The puff was very tasty, fluffy and crunchy outside. The curry taste was not too much, and overall very good. The coffee was mid range, not very good but not bad at all, could be improved.

It used to be a place where u can chill over a super large cup of iced tea and enjoy a tart or a curry puff. These days it’s just a large cup of ice which u can finish your iced tea over 2-3 mouthfuls. Sad state of management. I wonder how much can 200ml more of iced tea costs that you would rather save than drive customers away. You are after all charging a premium for your XXL cup of iced tea as you’ve touted. Avoid at all costs.

Good place to chill with friends or do your own stuff as there are plenty of seats around, beverage and some slightly different type of light refreshments such as egg tarts or chicken pie, other than the usual breads. They do sell toast too. A must have is the chocolate tart. The chocolate melted in the middle of the tart do make a difference. The rest of the pastry are not bad. But prices are increasing.

Disappointed. Got an original egg tart. The pastry was dry, and flavourless. The egg filling was ok, but nothing particularly nice. My partner got a tuna puff and didn't like it either. The table where we sat had crumbs on, but looking around for someone who might clean it I didn't find anyone. The place was surprisingly busy, but not too loud so at least there was that.

A nice decent place for a tea break. Tried their original tart with milk tea. Their egg tart are fresh and well baked. Personally, still prefer the traditional crust. Milk tea is aromatic and not too sweet. As a set, the price is reasonable. Staffs are friendly. Worth a try.

There is a need for social distancing hence there are fewer seats. You need to better manage your seating system. Your sign in front of the shop says "please wait to be seated" but you allow people to walk in to chope seats. End up the people who queued to order food find that there are no seats left despite your signage. And your staff got defensive and angry when questioned about the system. Disappointing experience.

One of the best traditional egg tart in Singapore. Love their tea also. Can be compared with yakun and toast box.

A local halal coffee joint with nice Portuguese egg tart and pie selections besides the usual soft boiled eggs and kaya butter toasts. Their cold drinks come served in the biggest plastic containers I have ever seen in Singapore too.

Coffee & tea good as usual. Unfortunately, butter cake recipe had changed and no longer nice - dry, flavourless. I had walnut cake which taste not fresh as nuts had turned rancid

Aunty serving at the Cafe is really rude. She just shout at the customers when they hesitate to think about what they want. Also some customers just ask some questions about the food and she gets really irritated. When finished serving the customer she just turn away and shout happily to chat with fellow workers. I think that she should be removed from the F&B industry for good.

Very chill place, affordable too. Chain store name does exactly what it says very well. Huge variety of snacks, alot of different coffee and tea - basically local flavours. In some ways more comfortable than kopitiam because of its locations (all air conditioned and very well furnished)

The kopi-O was too sweet even just for normal sugar level to me. The curry puff was not as great as what I thought it should be after hearing reviews about how good it was. Service was prompt and fast. For some reasons, it was a quiet afternoon even though elsewhere was pretty busy and noisy.

A nice cool spot to understand the full history of Kopi & Tarts, with the quiet environment to sip on big cups of cold thirst-quenching drinks! Highly recommended!

This is the worst coffee experience! Told them clearly the size of the coffee, still got OVERCHARGED for two LARGE size, asked for the receipt he was reluctant to give, and told him he overcharged and he did not even apologise and reluctantly THREW back coins while I paid with cards and I don’t use cash. The coffee tastes horrible, I asked for less sugar, but it turned out to be the sweetest coffee I’ve ever had… and their price has rising so high, higher than other chain coffee shops while their coffee tastes worse, I don’t understand how it works that way

Best kaya toast in Farrer Park! The servers and even the uncle making my eggs were all really nice to me when they realized I was a foreigner and clearly had never had kaya toast before. I've had hot coffee and tea w milk/no sugar and both were lovely. Sometimes it's really crowded and I wish the space were bigger, so I knocked off one star for that.

Google review don't allow me to post at 1 star! Dine in at your own risk if you want somebody to spoil your day. Very poor customer services by the young male staff at the cash counter. Impatient and rude. 🔥

A couple of months ago, i was hospitalised for 34 days due to an inflamed knee which required Surgery, and after being admitted in hospital for such a prolinged period of time, and was approaching my birthday, my young daughter wanted to get a piece of brownie to celebrate my birthday. Yet she was told that they ran out brownie, and the lady staff made a very nice and warming gesture by gifting my daughter with a piece of FOc muffin to be given to me to celebrate my birthday. We shared the delicious muffin that day, and today after attaining some form of mobility i made my way to thank the staff at the branch and have our breakfast T2 x 02 sets with nice tuna, mushroom and chicken puff. Many thanks to Kopi & Staff.

Yummy tarts... Not too sweet. I bought the combo of tarts and drinks at around $3.40. Valuable. But the coffee can be improved. Tarts is around $2.2 for one and quite expensive. So go for the combo instead.

Always come here for tea which is freshly brewed better than the other tea/coffee places in the vicinity. The staff members working there are friendly and approachable. Service is prompt and tea made to my preference. Thank you for the great service and do keep serving customers with that smile 👌

I just had it recently. Never got tired of their fine brew coffee and their curry puffs set. So goood... yet very consistent In all their set up that I have tried so far. Coffee, tarts and puffs... so puffy GOOD. Carry on Makan.

Chain cafe with yummy tarts. Their original is my favorite of the bunch. They offer lots of Singapore staples like Kayan toast. The seating area is very basic with ample tables and stools. Service is fast and friendly.

Signs says wait to be seated. Yet people sneak in to chope seats with a bag. Person that makes the drinks is rude (foul mouthed) saying not his responsibility to manage the customers. If customers not adhering to social distancing measures queuing within this establishment, then who is?

I honestly don't understand why cafes would employ rude and prideful staff to serve customers !! the female staff who prepares food and drink is super rude !! if your business is not good you know the obvious reason !! why fake your concern about safe entry when it was shown to your staff, she pulled a long face and ignored!! breakfast set is pricey and only comes with regular cup hot beverage!
