Back
in
Singapore
for
the
first
time
since
COVID.
Came
here
as
a
walk
by.
It
has
a
very
eclectic
menu,
but
everything
we
had
was
very
good
indeed.
It's
a
hidden
cool
vibe
venue
at
the
end
of
an
alley
off
Arab
St.
It
restored
our
faith
in
Singaporean
food
scene.
So
many
high
end
restaurants
have
priced
themselves
out
of
the
marked
if
you
are
not
a
billionaire,
and
the
hawker
centres
seem
to
have
lost
the
plot
in
terms
of
quality
and
innovation.
COVID
did
so
much
damage.
In
keeping
with
the
menu,
we
had
marinara
aglio
olio,
prosciutto
and
melon,
crispy
skin
salmon
and
chole
batura.
The
marinara
was
easily
10/10,
the
best
dish
we've
had
in
Singapore.
We
were
served
by
Jalou,
and
she
was
very
helpful
and
friendly.
I'm
sure
she
will
be
just
as
good
for
you.
The
marinara
and
prosciutto
and
melon
were
easily
10/10
-
superb.
If
you
are
a
fan
of
these
dishes
you'll
know
what
I
mean.
The
chole
batura
was
excellent,
but
I
would
have
preferred
the
batura
to
be
a
little
more
firm
and
crispy
to
assist
'scooping'
the
chole.
Flavours
in
the
chole
were
delicious.
Heat
and
spice
was
great.
My
wife
reports
that
the
crispy
skin
salmon
was
beautiful,
creamy
flesh,
well
cooked
with
suitably
crispy
skin.
Drink
prices
were
ok,
with
a
generous
happy
hour
arrangement.
Overall
one
of
our
best
food
experiences
in
Singapore.
