Live bands here are awesome. I sat outside and enjoyed the beers, views and the music. Happy Hour beers were good value.

Restaurant / pub thats great for corporate events and parties with an indoor seating area as well as an outdoor area that has a live band. Right smack in the middle of clark quay by the riverside. Great ambience !

I stopped here on my birthday for happy hour walking through, the waitress really went above and beyond with making sure we were taken care of. They even gave me a free borthday cake and icecream with a shot of tequila!! Great spot! Great views with water show at night. Live music. Clean. Great drinks!

Chef Amri went above and beyond to ensure an amazing allergy free meal! I ordered the Salmon, and he paired it w baked pumpkin, asparagus and a spicy mango sauce. Delicious!

The place is well decorated and plenty of arcade style games. Prices is alittle steep but the food is worth the money.

Avoid at all costs if you want good cocktails. Nice waiters, good location and live music but the worst cocktails ever, margarita tasted premixed and cheap and don’t get me started on the Moscow Mule... I am fine with high prices (65 S$!) but the I expect a minimum level of quality.... I complained and the waiter tried to rectify the situation but just adding more vodka to a drink doesn’t do the trick for a good cocktail... disappointing!

Was lucky enough to be strolling by Le Noir on the first Saturday night in November and heard a fabulous singer. Did not get her name but she is a petite Chinese lady with an incredible voice. Stopped to enjoy her and had a really nice visit to Le Noir. -Pam Edwards Austin, Texas USA

I have visited Le Noir for over 9 years. It is one of the best locations within Clarke Quay, with a great outdoor bar (indoors also available) offering a well made selection of cocktails, wine , beers and bar food (can not recommend the Le Noir signature burger enough :) The staff are friendly and attentive. The General Manager Johnathan, is a great host and has attracted a diverse customer following, offering a great ambience for drinks , in a location that allows you to enjoy the outdoors in Singapore, wether it be for date night or for a good old catch up with your mates.

Had their free flow wine and cocktails during Wednesday happy hour. Great service, wonderful atmosphere. Enjoyed the nachos! John was great, will be back with friends!

Le Noir is situated on the bustling Clarke Quay and was packed out with live music when we visited. The main attraction to this bar was the amazing and lively band that were playing outside as we walked past.
