I am a generally patient guy and understand the difficulty in service line. However, am truly disappointed in the service rendered today. We waited a total of 40min for a simple beer and coffee, when we asked your “crew” where’s our order, we were greeted with this statement: “the order has been messed up behind” and she walked away. Am truly baffled by your staff’s customer service. Literally one of the best nightlife outlets in Singapore and this is what is offered? Plus, the place was not crowded at all. Anw, finally decided to walk to the counter and realised our order was “cancelled”… Your Red Tail staff really needs training in customer service terribly. This is not an attempt to tarnish the name your good outlet, hope this could be taken in as constructive feedback from your loyal patrons.

Nice ambience, w attentive service by the manager and staff, very polite n playful.. haha, had a good time here with frens over beer n finger food.. surroundings not so happening anymore,w many bars n watering holes shuttered..

If you’re willing to spend, or if you want a good experience, don’t go to redtail. The staff is extremely unfriendly. We ordered one order of truffle fries, finished it and order another. We waited a good 30 minutes and the fries wasn’t out. We already paid for the second batch of fries at this point. The staff came and said that they didn’t registered the order after the first fries came and it’s on the way. We waited another 15 minutes and the fries still didn’t come. When we saw the chef preparing fries, we were pretty fed up. We ask for a refund and left the bar. There was no quality control. All I’m saying is that any bar that screws up the order should try their best to make sure the order comes through?? We weren’t seeking any apology but after cancelling the order, the staff became rude and unfriendly. Not a place I would recommend.

Our reservation was messed up due to internal miscommunication, but the staff was quick to remedy and we got our table shortly. The drinks and sides were incredible value for money with the 1-for-1 sharing snack student promotion. The snacks came out freshly crisp and hot with complimentary sauces. The ciders came at 2 pints for $14. Thank you Nicholas for your warm hospitality and service!

Super nice place to chill and chat. Ordered long island tea and snow white and 7 dwarfs. One of the best long island tea i have tasted. The alcohol taste blends really well and i love that it is strong and yet taste just nice. Many other outlets sells it really bland or too sweet. The service is impeccable. Elvin made the experience top notch for us 😆 5 stars for the best 5 stars night. We tried the snow white and 7 dwarfs. Tasted really shiok. Doesnt get you drunk but high enough to start the night P.s. order the 7 dwarfs and get a free hangover relief sweet. We mentioned we are worried about the bitterness and Elvin got us the mentos to go with the drinks 😆😆😆😆 made our day

Chanced by this place after my dinner. Had wonderful service by both manager and staff, and was served by Janani. Thumbs up for her service. Bites was also nice especially the calamari. Will come again :)

Experience at redtail was awesome! The Manager Elvin is so energetic and friendly, he was very welcoming! All the staff too were very warm and kept promptly taking our orders and refilling our water. The atmosphere is nice, can predrink and dine here. Their iconic Bangers and Mash tasted really good!

Love their ribeye steak cooked prefectly yet flavourful melts in ur mouth, fish n chips is the steal here gives us a wow factor indeed. Price wise very reasonable, drinks are cheaper with happy hours 1 for 1 beers or cocktails best before the real party full tummy dizzy head to go for a great night

Super accommodating and attentive service by the service staff: Elvin, Quan and Jana. Thank you for your lovely service :) Food was pretty good! We enjoyed the Seafood pizza well :) We also ordered Popcorn Chicken (a little dry, but good flavour) and Fish & Chips. Ambience is pretty chill, we came on CNY Day 2 for dinner and it was relatively quiet so it was nice to have the place to ourselves haha ✨

An unassuming bar next to Capital that sells the same killer drinks at a fraction of the price. I went to the ladies and nearly lost my iphone if not for Elvina and crew keeping a tight supervision over Red Tail being ship-shape. The crew kept my phone without any prompts. Am so thankful for Elvin-A and crew. The level of friendliness and familial support is unmatched. Am so glad i found this place. Do try out their plum shooters whenever you are in the area!

Visited RedTail Bar a couple of weeks ago. Ambiance was relaxed and welcoming with friendly staff providing excellent service. Special mention to Elvin for taking good care of us from the moment we made our reservation! Thoroughly enjoyed their nachos and liquid buffet! Perfect place to start your night of adventures in the area!

Steady service by Elvin, great choice for 2 pax as we intended to get 4pax food haha, good music to enjoy too.. this place great for friends/groups to talk and chill out and it's a nearby place to go clubs to enjoy after that!

I LOVED MY TIME THERE. we went there for my hen party, and our bartender was super cute. she gave us good drinks, gave me this drink that had fire in it LOL and she made sure I was having a good time. the mala fries were so good too!! overall experience was amazing.

Location a bit far from action, but good place for chats and games, and excellent service. The manager Elvin was super friendly. We ordered 2 towers and there were staffs refilling our cups. Elvin also entered us for a best dressed team competition during Halloween and we won 2 bottles of Belvedere!! Will come back for the great service and friendly staff.

Elvin was super helpful and the energy he gave made the evening even better! He helped us with all our needs and also provided very good recommendations! Will definitely come back again!

Came here solely for drinks. Understandably the bar is used for pregaming before Zouk so not a huge variety of classic cocktails. Despite that, had an incredibly fun night w friends here! The staff made the night even better, esp Elvin. They all accommodated us very kindly.

Always walked last Redtail and their beer pong tables but didnt manage to try them until last week. Drinks were surprisingly affordable, food was exceptionally great, especially the popcorn chicken as recommended by the manager Elvin. Elvin is very friendly and attentive, making sure we were enjoying our night. Subsequently we went back the following week for drinks again and Elvin remembered us. He really made us felt at home. Not just us, he made sure every customer is enjoying themselves, occasionally checking on each table and making small talk with them. Highly recommended for drinks and even food!

My recent visit to this bar was an absolute treat! I indulged in some seriously mouthwatering pizza and crispy fried chicken. Surprisingly, the pizza was even better than what you'd get from Domino's, and the chili sauce that accompanied it was a taste sensation. The staff, with Cindy leading the way, were incredibly welcoming and made the whole experience that much more special. Oh, and let's not forget about Cindy's amazing cocktails – they were pure magic. You can bet your bottom dollar that I'll be making a return visit the next time I'm in Singapore.

Used to be good but service quality has dropped..

I don't know how this place is still surviving. Staff were rude and impatient, not observing and even shouted back at our friend when we simply asked where is our order. It is obvious the staff/manager were not trained in customer service and cannot handle stress. We waited at the entrance watching the staff run past us without acknowledgement for close to 15mins. We saw two empty tables while waiting so we sat ourselves down after seeing another party seat themselves and requested to order. The manager (only one wearing a different shirt) came and talk to us said we have to queue again even though there are no people waiting. He just didn't want us to sit down and we had a small argument. We had to go inside to the counter to order because no one wanted to take our orders. When ordered, no one served us our drink so we had to collect the drinks ourselves at the bar. Why are we paying the 10% service charge. When asking for the bill I was rudely directed to the cashier inside. The staff just said "THERE". Outrageous. I would recommend you come only test your patience.

OK. I am here for a drinks and bar snack but nv expect to find a above average fish n chips in here. It came hot n crispy for both fish n chips. 3 sauces to complment the dishes. Nothing more I can ask for. Only complaint, dory fish fillet was the shortcoming.

Described as Zouk’s pre-game bar, this place has surprisingly good food despite its main reputation as a watering hole. Located in a slightly quieter stretch of Clarke Quay, away from the middle part (fountain) where the live bands play at the bigger bars there and drawing a huge crowd, this makes a lovely place to have dinner and drinks, especially if one would like to have a conversation without having to shout to be heard. Food-wise, the variety is all right, but what they have is unexpectedly good. We ordered the redtail wings which are apparently a classic, the beer battered fish and chips, and the pork belly. The pork belly is on the greasy side, so it might not be for the grease-conscious (my partner loved it though). There are beer towers for both Tiger and Heineken, and the usual booze that you get with any bar. Being related to Zouk, they also have the famous sour plum shots; getting a bottle is more worth the money, but please do so at your own risk. They have a liquid buffet but we haven’t tried it before, so I cannot comment on it; but the price indicated on the menu seemed pretty reasonable. In terms of service standards, I noticed some disparaging reviews regarding the staff; however, we did not experience this when we visited the place the past few times. Yes, granted the service might be a little slow on busy nights, orders might be delayed/overlooked at times, but everyone is doing their best. Almost everyone is out and about now that the country has just about fully opened up; the service industry in general seems very short-staffed; I reckon a little patience goes a long way for us all. And if transportation out of Clarke Quay is important to you, it is pretty near the main taxi stand along River Valley road, though on weekends it doesn’t matter whether you’re near or far that taxi stand; getting a taxi home at the end of the night is just difficult hah!

Staff was so unresponsive. Overpriced. Take 30mins to get one drink. Food is so damn salty. Had to go to the cashier just to order one drink coz no one was there to attend to us, when i made my order at the cashier, he frown, what kinda attitude it that!! We had to follow up our DRINKS order more than 3 times. How difficult it is to serve 2 pints of beer that we had to wait for more than 30mins that my friend decided to leave without taking her drink

Worst experience ever. Very poor business ethics. Bill was overcharged with 2 receipts from different Credit Cards and Signatures. Have communicated with REDTAIL with picture as a proof but they are still hesitant to refund.

The chicken wing is surprisingly good, will definitely come back for it.

RedTail is the F&B outlet of Zouk. They serve really very reasonably priced - if you have gone to Zouk before you would recognise some of the cult favourites. I am actually a big fan of their royal broth porridge - not just a good hangover dish, but also good as a full meal on its own. Drinks (alcoholic or otherwise) also very reasonable. As an added bonus, the place is also quite conducive and open for studying and working - free WiFi, power plugs and usb ports, plus they don't chase you away. Hard to find these days indeed. Check it out!

Arrived at around 12.40am. The service was utterly atrocious. The line consists of our group of 5 and another group of 6 infront of us. We queued for 15mins and there were no one attending to our both groups despite five big empty tables inside and outside the restaurant. Other tables were left with rubbish on them from the previous patrons, and staff did not bother to clear them up. After we were ushered in, we asked for the last order time and closing time. 2am and 3am respectively, the store manager replied. A waitress came and took our orders thereafter. We checked again with her if the kitchen was open, and she replied yes. We proceeded to order our food together with our drinks. 10mins later, our drinks came and not our food. 30mins later, we asked if our food is ready. And they questioned us back if our orders have been processed. Clearly, we are the patrons and how would we know if our orders have been processed? They checked the kitchen, realised it was closed before taking our orders, and our food order did not go through in the end. All these while, they did not take any initiative to inform us and left us hanging. Everything were just slow, inefficient and disorganised. Overall, the restaurant was very poorly managed. Not recommended to visit!! We managed to find out that the store manager’s name is Nicholas Chok. Worst F&B service provider I’ve seen.

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen. By the time they served our shots, everyone LEFT. Please avoid this place at all costs unless you wanna sit in silence without food, music or drinks. It took them an hour to serve a cheesecake, and when they finally did, they forgot the spoon.

Great food, vibes and service. Ordered the steak and it was flavorful and cooked well. Other side dishes were delicious as well. Definitely recommend coming here for a fun and affordable drinking night with friends.

Food is awesome, drinks is a bit lack of whisky. Understand the pendamic is online order, we as a consumer has to be ensure phone is fully charging🙄. If the phone is flat. No alternative supply at all🧐🤔 These customer touch point seek room to improve on. will definitely visit if your weak point is up to customers point of view

Great assistance and follow-up from a female staff (didn't get her name): Went down to Redtail for dinner & pre-drinks and had planned to go up to Capital to get our bottle of Whiskey from before. Turned out Capital wasn't going to open today (Wed, and this wasn't indicated anywhere). The lady assisted to communicate, search for the bottle, bring it down and served it to us. I'm sure it was tedious but she, or anyone who helped, did it nonetheless. Other staff were responsive as well; though not quite knowledgeable (no fault if they're relatively new). All in all it's a good experience for me. Food wise, fish & chips and bangers & mash were good 5/5.

I came with friends to Redtail bar and when we were looking for people to order there was none of them was attentive to us, especially the Chinese girls staffs, they were grouped at one corner and just talking to each other laughing without even looking at the customers. Only the Indian staffs there were quite attentive there to the customers and was actually doing their work!! My stars I am giving are for the Indian boys doing their job well and for their customer service

Dined with a group of 7 and Elvin was very accommodating; We loved his energy, he's so slay 💅✨ The staff were friendly and service is amazing. Food was yummy, please try the Spicy Popcorn Chicken — we ordered it twice because it's so addictive. For drinks, we got the Liquid Buffet which was what drew us here. The vibes were great and we'll be sure to visit again!
