Casual
Mexican-style
restaurant
along
the
waterfront.
Cash
or
credit
card
payments.
Service
is
slow
and
disorganized
but
friendly.
If
you're
patient
things
will
all
work
out.
Their
salsa
flight
is
a
good
experience.
Five
different
sauces,
including
one
guacamole.
Flavors
vary.
There
are
two
green
options
-
guacamole
and
what
looks
like
a
tomatillo-based
sauce.
The
guacamole
is
very
respectable
-
a
bit
chunky
with
good
bits
of
tomato
and
onion
included
and
seasoned
well.
The
tomatillo
sauce
is
not
as
sour
as
they
often
are
but
well-balanced
and
slightly
savory.
There
are
three
red
salsa
options
including
a
pico
de
gallo.
The
pico
was
rather
disappointing
-
all
onion
and
tomato
with
very
little
cilantro
and
no
chilis
for
heat.
Served
with
chips
that
are
crisp
and
salted.
The
serving
size
is
very
generous
-
I
couldn't
finish
all
the
salsas
and
chips
myself,
so
I'd
suggest
sharing.
Even
still,
you'll
probably
run
out
of
chips
before
you
run
out
of
salsa!
Their
tacos
are
slightly
larger
than
traditional
Mexican
street
tacos.
I
tried
the
pork
belly
and
the
carne
asada
options.
Pork
belly
was
very
soft
and
served
in
a
flavored
tortilla.
Carne
asada
had
large
chunks
of
beef.
These
are
fancy
tacos,
with
slaw
and
bits
of
fruit
as
garnish.
However
the
meat
itself
had
very
little
flavor.
The
whole
effect
was
more
impressive
than
the
sum
of
it's
parts.
The
tastes
are
all
good
if
not
exactly
authentic
tasting.
Still,
the
atmosphere
is
very
pleasant.
They
also
offer
a
range
of
cocktails,
mocktails,
juices
and
soft
drinks.
The
house
margarita
was
surprisingly
not
overly
lime-y.
They
indicate
some
of
their
margaritas
are
made
with
beer
and
perhaps
that
was
the
case
with
this
one
as
well.
Not
the
best
Mexican
food
in
town
but
perhaps
the
most
pleasant
place
to
eat
Mexican
food!
