So feel free to come to this branch for your Japanese song fix! Original: Booked early while stating that a Joysound machine was required. Booking went smoothly. We arrived 15 minutes earlier. The staff at the counter was surprised that a Joysound was required. She then went inside to make a check on something. After a while, she returned to inform the Joysound machine wasn't working and there were no other replacements. Please don't accept a booking and waste the time of your customers. Definitely do not recommend. Look elsewhere for your karaoke fix.

Forgot to took photos. Located in Clarke Quay Central Level 3. Once you alight from Clarke quay mrt, take the escalator upwards, or take the lift at yellow zone to L3. Walk to the end and it should be there (quite obvious). We booked a small room that can sit around 4 pax. They provide 1 free drink per pax, for the standard 2h package. They provide 2 microphones, and one is located standing, for the lead singer. There are a total of 3 screens; 1 above each seat of 2, which faces each other. The other is the control panel. You can control lights and music volume etc on the mini panel beside the door. The touchscreen is the only way you can choose songs. You can call the staff if you need assistance by pressing the screen. There was a app that you can scan and download via WeChat to allow you to control remotely the songs you want. Add/delete. Unfortunately that is not working as informed by the staff. We took a while to figure out how to navigate the screens, since it's been a while since we've been here. 5/5 for service 5/5 overall if they manage to fixed the app problem

3 of us got this room, ample seats. Aircon is functioning well. The also a small stage area with a fixed standing mic. Song selection is also good, it is via a touch screen monitor mounted on the wall. They have most of the songs we want.

Caring staff and excellent service. I was running late and called ahead to ask for some grace. They happily agreed and even upgraded the room for my friends as it was a quiet night. It made our night. Thank you, staff of Cash Family Karaoke @ Clarke Quay. Will be back again!

Location is good and convenient. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is quite good. They gave two of us such a big room. Sound system is not bad too. Great place to have a good time with friends.

My go to for my Karaoke fix! The atmosphere is superb, service is great and the price is super reasonable, especially during off peak hours! If you love to sing K, highly recommend this place! Especially love the standing Mike! Do come and try!

This karaoke service is really good. The receptionist sister is really nice. She came here with her friends on the last day of the year. She specially helped me change the private room and send blankets for me for personal reasons. The service is very good and I am very happy. I will come again.

Had an unpleasant experience.. Staff came in to remind us that time was almost up 45mins before the end of the session, told him we had 45mins more - they went to check (didn't get back to us) and the system just cut off 25 mins before the end of the session. Clarified with them - they said it was a system issue. Song list was gone, had to wait for the system to start up and add songs again (waste of time). Staff once again entered before end of session to remind us that we had 5 mins left. They then stood right outside the room by the door until 1 min before the of the session and proceeded to enter to let us know time was up. Been to various karaoke places (and also Cash @ Prinsep) but have NEVER encountered such incessant reminders from staffs regarding timing. It was like they were trying to drive us out. Overall an unpleasant experience. Safe to say that we won't be visiting this outlet again.

The place was well decorated with Halloween props. Staff ed who wore Harry Potter costume assisted us very well. Thank u for the good service. I felt so welcomed.

The receptionists here are extremely friendly and smiley. The drinks are superb, and the interior is definitely the best compared to other KTVs. The prices are reasonable for the services they provide too! I love this place. :D

2-3 mics were faulty but the staff were very understanding and fixed the mics and let us change rooms when the third mic could not be fixed. The main good thing about this studio is the atmosphere, interior and decoration- there are flashing disco lights to accompany the music, a mic stand with a elevated platform if you want to be a lead singer and comfortable chairs. Good for parties and large groups.

Went there with my 2 nieces, my sis and my sister in law after our Dim Sum lunch to Karaoke sessions. Have not been singing for long time, so we really let our hair down and enjoy ourselves 🥳👌🥰💪

Can only compare to my karaoke days in Tokyo and NYC. The song list is okay but the videos and lyrics are hit or miss. For example, Livin on a Prayer was a straight pirated version of the original, and not even correct! Came across this a few times but to be fair only encountered this with the English songs. Mainly I wish the pricing wasn’t so complex with all the various packages, and definitely wish the drink pricing was better.

Overpriced, almost $400 for a package with 2 towers of beers (more then half a tower left as it tasted weird), we stayed for less then 2hrs, 1 of the worse KTV sound system ever. Room C 003, do check or improve the system if wanna priced this way. Will never patronise or recommend to anyone. Deco quite cool though.

The staff here is super friendly and nice. The room is clean as well. Most importantly, the price is very reasonable. Love it!

This is my second time coming here and this time, the experience I had was awful. The staff there was really nice however , I was quite disappointing with the air conditioning. I could hardly feel the cold air in my KTV room and imagine I had to endure with this heat throughout the session it’s really ridiculous. I wasn’t even enjoying the singing session with this kind of environment.

Came with 2 other friends and the room was quite spacious. The 2 hour package comes with welcome tidbits and a can drink each. The only part to be improved is that the songs are quite outdated so would be good to have newer songs.

Clean, with a very helpful staff. Sound system is loud and lights set the mood well. Would recommend it for students and others.

Went for the 2hr package, managed to be given the vip room even though my spending not a lot. Sound system was great and the service personnel responsive. Easily located and place is really clean. Just downside the toilet can be quite far. Hahahhs. Could be a little expensive due to the high rental costs probably. Will come back again if im in the area.

Came with a gp of my friends, was very upset with their service. Throughout the singing session they were constantly reminding us of our singing hour is 2. The last 30mins they have been constantly coming in and repeatedly reminding us that our singing session is ending— counting down the timing and it is not even exaggerating, the last 15mins they came in and reminded us 5mins!!? 6mins before session end they enforce us that is will be the last song. Throughout the singing session they have been persistently pressuring us on time and I have the say that it is absolutely an unpleasant experience. Not just that, aft waiting 1hr got our food, we were told that we were left with 20mins so they initiated to cancel our food!? Overall, I highly do not recommend. ☹️

Bad experience. I thought we were lucky to get a last min slot, then realised maybe cause nobody wants to go. I changed the booking time earlier and there wasn't any mention of sing timing starts according to book timing. We were 15 mins late and heard the staff mentioned the session ends 15 mins earlier. We question and they changed. 20 mins before we end, staff came in and say our time is up. But we mentioned the timing is not up yet. He said he will check, but who knows 10 mins later, the system just cut off. Don't even let us sing finish last song. Initially I went to check what happen and was told it was system problem. After that my friend went to seek for extension since all our songs were gone and we need spend time to re select, they mentioned it was staff error. Who's right? Towards the end, just felt like we were being watched closely and have to leave on the dot. The system is also not the best considering the price we are paying, alot of echo and it can't be tuned down

the most worth ktv we have been to! the staff was super friendly and helpful (we came on 17 oct at around 3pm). we got the 2 hour package available in the weekdays before 5pm for around $15 and it even comes with a free drink. the room allocated was spacious and clean. the system interface was easy to use as well, despite not having more updated songs. we had a really great time overall and will be coming back again next time!

Nice ambience with reasonable pricing. Has been here many times. Never disappoint me. Rooms come with a stage. Good for those want to perform on stage. Recommend others to come.

My first choice of karaoke studio. Superb sound system and staffs are friendly as well. Songs are up to date. You can easily find new songs to sing here. Highly recommended.

We frequent this cash studio almost every week! The service here is 10/10, and even the atmosphere and ambience here is great for hanging out with friends! Definitely recommend to everyone seeking a place to just chill, relax and enjoy themselves!!

The staff here are very friendly and patient. They provide really good service and ensure that we are satisfied with the package that we have bought. The vibes here are really good as well with the disco lights. The mics are also of good quality. Overall I’m happy with my visit!

Awesome experience. Wide variety of songs. Sound system are good. Handheld mic will require you to hold quite near your mouth in order for the sound to be capture. Stand mic sound capture range is much wider so don’t have to hold it so close. Speakers are great. All the bass and vocal are clear with impactful experience. However some small amount of songs have soft volume. So do remember to adjust the volume whenever you choose the song with that issue. Most of the time, it don’t happen. Lighting environment are great as well. With spot light and disco light, it sure bring out the ambience. Of course, those who dislike it can turn it off as well. Counter staff are super friendly. We reached slightly earlier and they still allow us to enter slightly earlier. One drinks each person and one tidbits per room. Perfect! Outside food is allowed as well. Overall experience is perfect. Will definitely sing again here.

Support phone call experience: Gave them a call to clarify room pricing. Their response: "Why don't you come down to our outlet and find out?" Abosolute zero price transparency on their website and support. Waste of time.

A pretty much average Karaoke place. Decent sound, pretty good song selection, decent price. Sound proofing between rooms isn't great. You'll probably have a good time.

Good service, we stayed past the 2 hours we booked but they didn't chase us out, allowed us to do a few more songs. Clean rooms and mic covers, karaoke system easy enough to use

Came in on a quiet Thursday and was assisted by a friendly lady at the front desk. The staff led us to the room and each person got a drink along with a bowl of snacks. We were also informed that we could bring our own snacks and drinks (except for alcohol). I think my friends and I felt very welcomed by the service. Not only that, they weren’t stingy about the 2-hour time limit and let us stay for longer (not that we expected this sort of service, but definitely a bonus point). The room was very clean and equipment worked as expected. Only gripe I have was that the karaoke system was a little bit tough to navigate at first, but nothing a little bit of practice wouldn’t fix. Catalogue would definitely satisfy those that like Mandarin and Japanese songs. Would definitely come back again.

Wow wow I can say this is one of the best experience I had here. Free extension maybe because its a weekday 2pm onwards hence not much customers. Service is excellent and friendly. They will go through the procedure in using their system. Surprisingly the price of SGD12.90++ per two hours includes mic covers, canned drink per pax and a snack bowl for a room? Not so bad and you could bring your dry snacks in if I didn't heard wrongly (can check with them to confirm). The room they gave us for two pax comes with two TVs and the sound system is quite good. Recommended and will come back again! Thanks for the service!

Great selection of songs and very good sound system. Cash Studio pricing is also very affordable. The best part about this outlet is the super dedicated and friendly staff, who even offered to sing happy birthday with us when they found out about the social occasion! Love coming back here again and again.

Only been here once but have a very good experience, we were dancing so much and we sweat a lot! The staff even bring in more fan to cool down haha

My friend and I karaoke after so many years! Cash Studio provides the best service from the clubbing lights, to a variety of song choices and musical instruments to play along with! If you want the food and drinks, you have to order and pay at the counter before entering the room. The room is spacious and there is also a standing microphone. 2 microphones were given. They are also hygienic as 2 microphone covers were given to put over the microphones before we start to karaoke. However, it would be good to include Romanized subtitles, especially for the Korean songs. This is to allow us to sing along! If you want value-for-money rates, do come by before 6pm! Overall, my friend and I had a fantastic time throughout our 2 hours!

The air con was not cold at all. The tower of soju/yakult mix was so diluted it is more like a yakult tower. Overall the experience wasn't worth the bill of $700+ for 7 of us at all. Would never visit again.

Good location if you taking smrt or bus Didn't try their food but they have good variety to choose. Very friendly staff but a bit slow in serving warm beverages. Also don't have trash bin if you need to throw anything away.

Solid karaoke spot. Decent selection of music and overall quite clean. Also pretty good drinks menu that's fairly priced. Some minor cons: - the room was a bit small, considering we were with 8 people. Was expecting something a little roomier - it's tucked away in a corner in the mall, so can be tricky to find - the music system is in Chinese, not a big deal, but FYI
