It was a bad experience. the food was so good and the beer we ordered taste watery. The staff who worked there was rude to the customers but the ambience and all was so good the only defeat is the staffs working in that restaurant. The bar attender was so rude to one of the customers. All of us who had the beer and even our neighbouring table agreed it was watery…still they would’nt agree. Happy with the food. Disappointed with the drinks and the staff. From my own experience i will not recommend any body anymore to this bar .

The $10 lunch options were actually really good and I had spaghetti bolognese which wasn't bad, especially for the price. Unfortunately the staff member was quite rude and didn't seem to care about her job at all. She didn't smile once, barely spoke three words the whole time I was there and sat down to scroll on her phone at the bar. Also despite the restaurant being called "The Mask" she wore her mask around her chin the entire time. I thought that maybe she was just tired or having a bad day but when I got up to pay and tried to use paywave, the machine wasn't recognising my card. She grabbed the card out of my hands without a word and inserted it into the machine without telling me how much it came to or giving me a receipt. I had to check my bank account to make sure she hadn't taken more than expected but luckily it was only $10.70 in total. Overall, the food was good, prices were great but staff was bad enough to not want to return and it looks like it was part of a pattern for this restaurant.

poor customer service is the first thing you will notice even if you are regular. simply rude and overpriced bottles with nothing to offer. I stopped going there and found much better alternatives nearby

Great place for beers on circular road. Guinea’s on tap. Great menu as well. Friendly staff. Enjoy!

went during lunch for lunch promotion and ordered surf & turf. its grilled beef and fish with fries and pepper sauce. it was okay at the price of $10.90. The pepper sauce didnt taste like pepper sauce and the fish batter was way too salty.

for a $10++ set lunch, the food was really value considering it’s cbd. i can forgive that the food came slow and the cups were dirty, because the surf and turf set was pretty decent with crispy fish and fries. beef was soso.

Value lunch set with big portion but waiting time is a bit long. Decent taste.

This is place is one of my favorites in this area. They have varieties of food as well as drinks. Be it in Mocktails or any alcoholic drinks. The services is great. They are open around 2 AM. Its located at the center of Boatquay and very much happening place.

The music is the worst I have ever listened in my life. We no longer feel like staying there longer, other bars play better songs I guess. Food was ok but expensive.

Rude Filipino waitress who seems uninterested to do business. Ask her the drinks menu and all she did was to point to the bar n said 'cant you see.. all the drinks are there'. I'm shocked by her behavior and walked away. No way she is going to earn my money.

Value lunch was well.. value for money! At $10, portion was quite big and I would say this is Indian Western fusion and they use a lot of spices for the roast chicken and grilled chicken (taste a bit like rendang) which made it unique and delicious. Chicken was tender and juicy. Spaghetti bolognaise was good as well. Definitely a go to place esp during weekday lunch hours when everywhere else is packed but this place still have some available tables. Only 1 server though but food is served pretty quickly. Not too long a wait. Will want to try other dishes like butter chicken or chilli crab pasta next time.

The food I ordered was a Butter Chicken Lunch Meal.. the price is decent, but the food is horrendous. Butter chicken was extremely sweet and sour i don’t know how do they do it.. The gravy is filled with bitter spices.. and there were only 3 pieces of chicken? I pay $12 for a small portion of rice, and 3 pieces of chicken? The gravy was filed but it wasn’t good to be even eaten alone like how a normal butter chicken should be.. Go forward and ask the manager there and they will tell this is our best price the cheapest in this area and blah blah.. You can’t keep using this as a excuse! The lightings are dim, and not changed.. water was served only one glass some other tables with jugs.. only one wait staff to serve us.. it was just not a good place to dine in imo..

Absolutely love their beef nachos, freshly made mushroom soup and agio alio! They even have blanc 1994 on tap! I make a trip down from the West just to satisfy my late night cravings for food and blanc at least 2-3 times a month. However, do expect to have music blasting when you are eating. This is not a quiet place for chillout.

Came a couple of times and recently had the worst experience ever. We came for the balance of our 2nd bottle and the manager Sid demanded for the bottle card. We told him the card was not given to us and he claim that it’s not possible as he was 1000 percent sure that his staff would have given us the bottle card. After arguing for awhile he went to check and realise that both card were listed on the bottle. Instead of apologising he said that we might have been drunk and didn’t accept the sticker

I was shocked to see the barman washing glasses by hand with cold water then reusing them straight away, with the time were in with COVID the use of a Glass washer with hot water & detergent should be a Big yes in all hospitality, won't be going there again

Visited today arnd 1pm... lady staff was not helpful & unhappy tonserve. Beer tasted flat - seems expired. Virgin mojito was just soda water. Horrible experience - 1st & last visit
