Punggol Waterway Park @ Punggol Town, Singapore 新加坡 榜鵝市 Punggol has been changed from a rural village to a waterfront town. The park was open in Oct., 2011. The integration of the 4.2km-long waterway, parks and buildings (HDB, condo. & malls) on both sides forms alternative beautiful sceneries. Punggol is an outstanding place in where humanity can live in harmony with nature. At present, a large-scale construction of the SG's 1st smart district is in progress at Punggol Point.

This is an amazing place to walk through. Start in the morning, at about 7:00 am, and catch the beautiful sunrise as it slowly casts its light on the world around you. This is about THE BEST TIME to take photographs. You will be amazed at what you produce. Use the track as your guide, just walk on, not forgetting to look all around, so as not to miss the big and little things that matter. Just enjoy the myriad postcard moments, and you will b e left with a sense of awe, greatness and respect for the world, and Mother Nature. Keep your ears open too for the many bird calls you’ll hear. You will feel rejuvenated and alive!

Very nice long walkway and great that it is at my neighborhood. It can get crowded at times so do watch out. Some parts of the walkway is a bit narrow and the cyclists can be quite fast so for young families, keep a watch on the young children. Great for the morning or evening walks.

Good place to shop. Stroll around, have something tasty to eat. There is a mini train for the children to ride on and nice views of the river. MRT on L1 or 2 can't remember.

Cycled from Punggol Promenade Riverside Walk opposite Riviera LRT Station towards Punggol Waterway and onto Punggol Waterway Park, along Punggol PCN all the way to Sungei Punggol near Sumang. Enroute, passed by several beautifully designed and functional bridges. The view deck at Sunrise Bridge offers an obstructed spectacular view across a serene body of calm water. Toilets are available at the Park Connector. Finished our ride at Punggol Waterway Point after getting across Jewel Bridge to break for lunch at the Food Court. The whole Punggol area are well connected to nearby Parks, Waterfront and even Beaches. Nice living condition for the Punggol residents.

Great place for couples to jog, young families to have an afternoon walk, small kids to play sand / water, elders to walk and relax, relatives and friends to picnic and fly kites! Just be careful when you bring young kids as there are lots of bicycles & scooters with quite high speed.

A fairly small park built around a waterway. Not many open spaces or dense trees - mostly flat walking paths and some seating areas by the waterside. May not be the best spot for bird photography due to the high human traffic and sparse trees

A great recreational space for exercise, picnics and other outdoor activities! And some areas offer picturesque views that make you feel like you're overseas, especially in the early morning and dusk. If you're lucky enough, you can get really close to some beautiful species of birds. There's also a good balance of areas exposed to sunlight and shade, so there's always a shady place to rest that's not too far away.

Though quite far away from the city center, a nice decent place to go and get a good workout done. Great for the people who live nearby. I especially go here to log in morning runs. Presently construction is going around the area, so some parts are partially closed.

This beautiful park runs along both sides of the waterway and is brimming with beautiful plants and wildlife, from otters and birds to monitor lizards and tortoises. There are well-maintained pathways for walking and cycling, but the routes are good for rollerblading and skateboarding too. Links to waterway point, sengkang, pasir ris, punggol beach and more.

Wonderful park. Always great to go for walk after work and unwind. Not crowded at all. Its connected to the PCN so you can choose where you want to head to. Riding a bike is also a pleasurable experience . Should easily be one of the best parks around Punggol area.

Visited the Punggol Waterway Park for the first time today and I was pleased to see that it’s clean and quite accessible. The nearby car Parks are not open so parking isn’t that convenient. Overall, it’s a peaceful place for a nice stroll.

Today is July 5,2020. The management closed down all entrance except for Lobby B lifts to the mall from parking level B1M. Long queue waiting just to get into the lifts to go into the mall. Waited for over 20 minutes. Access to staircases are also closed which is absolutely stupid!

Place is amazing, but not for everyone as the park has a much larger walking route than one might expect - so take care. Otherwise its a fantastic place to chill. It has novel infrastructure too!

Very run down. Trees overgrown. All the play area for kids closed. There are huge construction going on around the park. Adventure bridge is really tiny. Only good thing is that it’s a short distance to Waterway mall and Safra Punggol where are many eateries, activities, and shopping.

Was doing the coast to coast trail. This is one of the check point. The scenery is beautiful. Maybe it was late at night is very peaceful. As you walk along the board walkr the structures reflected on the river is just so fantastic.
