A nice place to relax and catch the sunrise. There will be elderly group doing their morning training regularly. Would be better if there is a bigger parking or easier access to the opposite carpark.

A beautiful, tranquil place to relax and soak in the fresh air, beautiful reservoir scenery and hang out with your loved ones. Great place to take Instagramable pics, let your kids play at the water play area and also check out the plot showcasing urban farming! 📷⛱️🌻🌿🚣

A very beautiful park with quite huge water body. I’m surprised that this park has no shops attached to it but that’s ok. It’s good to have a walk or jog here but for those thinking of skating or something, please don’t as the floors are not smooth.

Nice park to catch the sunrise. Peaceful and serene. There are folks having group exercises at the amphitheatre area and people fishing early in the morning. The only downside is the very limited number of parking lots.

Peaceful park next to the busy Yishun Town. The reservoir water is very calm giving it a nice reflection. There are water play ground for the children, exercise corner. Small but free car park. Nice bridge. Good info panel telling the history of the area. Nice place for sunrise. Beautiful and serene.

We had a nice picnic at the Lower Seletar Reservoir Park to celebrate a special occasion. There are a few pavilions in the park that you can reserve for a picnic. Even with rainy and cloudy weather, it was a nice experience to be out in nature and enjoy the sunset and evening. Make sure to bring your insect repellent especially if you are planning to come around dawn or dusk.

Wanted to walk to the dam for sunrise but the heritage bridge seemed interesting. Landed upon a treasure of a place, so serene, peaceful and relaxing with locals jogging biking, meditating, practicing Tai Chi, yoga or just there for sunrise photography. The amphitheater before the bridge is filled with active people and activities as well. Walking along the park is very pleasant especially due to tree cover. There is kayak rental as well as place for fishing.

Nice small park along the reservior, clear water It's more of a residental park along Yishun Ave 1. Trees and benches along the park and could find squirrels running around. Cool, breezy which is good for excercise, evening walk for elders and jogging. A playground and water play area for kids too. A heritage bridge which design/build to look like "kelong" on stilts where one could relax, enjoy the view and cool air. Along the bridge you could find information regarding the histroy of the area. A large deck for fishing enthusiastic and Kayaking is also available at an affordable price. Good view for sunrise/sunset and view of MRT passing through. You could also see otter swimming / diving in the clear water. Nice view of birds flying low above the water after sun set. Tortoise could also be seen swimming along.

Lovely & tranquility. You can come earlier in the morning, watch the amazing sunrise, run, walk, kayaking in the reservoir. I can walk to Springleaf Nature Park or walk to Yishun Dam. You can watch beautiful sunset here too.If you like to continue walking, can continue walking to Punggol Marina. But it is rather quiet from this stretch though. Of course, cycling is another option for leisure. You can walk to Seletar Airpirt from Yishun Dam too. It is pretty amazing that you can discover around this area. I just love this place.

Nice reservoir park that provides rental of kayak, managed by Camelot. We rented a double kayak with my 9-yr-old boy for two hours. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Footwear is compulsory (minimally slippers). Lockers are available and free to use. Downside, no shower facilities at the public toilet and parking spaces are rather limited.

Very vibrant place for a small weekend meetup with friends(not more than 5). Cycling groups were also spotted passing by this area. Limited parking lots, I was lucky to get a lot when I reached slightly after 8pm. Enjoy the view!

A nice park for a quick evening stroll. Wherever there is water and greenery, that just helps your mind to relax which is the biggest plus point for any park. I believe they do have boating rides available mainly kayaking but it was closed when we visited. Even the children play area was under construction. Very well connected and is just near to the bus stop as well as Khatib MRT (walking distance). I would definitely love to visit here often. PS: I heard sunset pics do come out fabulous here. Must try next time 😃

This park is perfect for a peaceful evening walk, with its serene water and lush greenery helping to calm your mind - one of its biggest selling points. While we were there, the boating rides, primarily kayaking, were unavailable, and the children's play area was being renovated. However, the park is well-connected and close to both the bus stop and Khatib MRT station, which are within walking distance. I look forward to visiting this park again in the future.

A beautiful park ideal for seeing the sunrise and enjoying a morning run. Where do you think they relocate the birds to?

  • 5/5 N G. 3 months ago on Google • 11 reviews New
Been a few times now. It is a lovely place to walk around and be amongst nature. Last time we went we saw a huge family of smooth-coated otters. Also saw a bird of prey circling, several small birds and some red-eared sliders (invasive terrapins). Popular with local people for a walk, run or cycle around this park area and sometimes there are school groups doing boating lessons. Some information boards about the history of the reservoir too. Generally a very pleasant place and there is a splash pad area for children to play in and bathrooms that work and which have toilet paper.

It is spacious and if we go in the evening, we'll get a beautiful view of the sky. Despite the beautiful view ,the water is dirty..kids get red eyes and itches from it.

  • 4/5 Amos H. 4 years ago on Google
Nice walk. Haven't been here for quite a while and it's been renovated. Now much better with a long jetty and places to sit. Good place for an evening walk it job. Some come here for fishing too. There is a small water play area for kids. There are wash up facilities but parking spaces are limited. Only can enter from one side of the road.

Had been meaning to visit this reservoir for quite sometime and finally got the time to do so. I planned and reached during Sunset and the views were amazing. The park itself is not that big as such won’t take much time to explore. However, it is well maintained and fishing is allowed so you will find a number of people trying their luck in it.

    Nice place for sunrice

  • 5/5 Snap D. 3 years ago on Google
It was raining when we were there. However, the rain did not detract the beauty of the place and in fact, accentuate the mood. Caught a glimpse of a monitor lizard that tried to sun itself but failed miserably because of the weather. The catch seemed good because we saw many hauling their loot and they were quite sizeable. Will definitely recommend for those who like to walk and soak in the atmosphere.

  • 3/5 Ernest P. 3 years ago on Google
A small park by the reservoir side, opposite the zoo, along Yishun Ave 1. Though small, but have the facilities like public toilet, share bicycle, kayak rental, a fountain pool for kids, and even a bridge that stretches to the mid reservoir, just to catch a glimpse of the nature. Some part of the park still under construction, and some area, are full of fire ants, and potholes too. Really have to be alert when cycling or running or walking, otherwise, accidents can happen.

  • 5/5 MUHAMMAD ROFIAN R. 3 years ago on Google

Always travel by mrt and only look from above in seconds. 5 days ago, take a cool walk, its rain heavily and stop. Enjoy the breeze, saw the old bridge for fishing and also the new extension that goes further into the reservoir. Like the water play for kids.

  • 3/5 Clement P. 3 years ago on Google

Spent a night on 21 Sep on mid-autum festival. It was awesome to be able to see the moon here. Romantic with a slow walk and the view is nice. Most probably will come here one day in the day to see how is it like. Recommended to visit!!

Enjoyed coming here all the time. I live nearby and it is always a comfort place to come to. However due to the rain the bridge are starting to grow algae... Quite a sad thing to see. Hope there could be some maintenance to be done. It is a rather crowded location for wkends. They also have 2 rented gardening area for people who would like to have their own space for gardening. These are some photos of the gardening area

Another great park. Walked from Rower's bay park & connected to Lower seletar reservoir park about 4km away. Love the fact that all the parks are so easily accessible & great walking path & trails too. If one is tired , the bus stop is just a stone throw away. Made the discovery that one can walk to Springleaf Nature park thru the PCN connector. It says 20mins away but as I start walking it became 40mins... Endeed up taking a bus before Sg seletar bridge as by then was feeling tired after having walked 15km... All in all, I thought that was pretty good a hike

A rare place in Singapore where you can see sun rise and sunset at a water horizon at same location with about 12hours apart. Sun rise at about 6.45am and sunset starts at around 6.15pm. Vary by the months and weather.

Nice place to visit to admire the evening scene at the reservoir. A place for fishing, canoeing or kayaking. Also a small fruit farm to admire its produces. Also noticed that the pink snail eggs have invaded the reservoir as well.

For three yrs staying in Singpore this is my first time to visit here ❤ The weather is hot and it is not crowded. I observe Me and you can stay here and do the picnic especially to my co- OFW workers ! If I visit again this place I like to try riding the boat. The time is so limited for me that day, cause I do have some appointment too attend. This place is very beautiful I hope i can visit again and stay longer to experience the spot of this tourist spot.

Nice place to chill....over a beer or some chilled drinks. You can see people having picnic at this place, cycling and jogging. There are some simple water fountain for kids to get drench and simply be kids- having fun.

Beautiful place. Too bad the car park area are too small. Only about 10 vehicles can park there. Serene & calming place. Love it

We had a wonderful time at the park! The calm lake was ideal for a family gathering during sunset. The kids had a blast playing around and feeding the ducks. The playground provided endless fun. As the sun dipped below the horizon, we took a leisurely walk along the scenic trails, soaking in the breathtaking views. It's a perfect spot for a tranquil evening with loved ones, surrounded by nature's charm. We'll cherish this memory forever!

👍👍 Temple is temple. No rating is required. God Mariamman is our kula theivam. While I settle my family in Singapore, blessings I got a house near Sree maha mariamman temple. We visited almost twice every month. Devotees serving good and fantastic pooja's. Feel like good meditation. All of our memories...

👍👍 My girls are in love with Dinosaurs, so thought to bring them to this indoor park. Really great idea! The tour guide Charissa was super helpful, very entertaining and engaging. The kids love her and we even took a photo with her. Definitely 💯 should go if you haven’t been there yet 👍🏻🥳🦕
