Nice park for a leisurely stroll or brisk walking around the place. Great place to take some nice pictures of our Closest Malaysia neighbour City Johor Bahru! Nice place for cyclists to take a breather doing Round Island Ride too! One can spot some Monkeys in the park too!

Nice new park in the north which is close to woodland check point. Quiet park which does not have a high footfall probably due to its location. Interestingly there is a seafood restaurant at the end of the jetty.

We enjoyed a nice and peaceful stroll at the Woodlands Waterfront Park. The car park is quite conveniently located. It was interesting to see Malaysia right across the water - perhaps the closest vantage point. The park has a playground for kids and a nice shaded walkway along the water. You can also walk upto to the jetty area, can see a lots of different varieties of fishes.

Really nice view and walk... feels relaxing. There’s public toilets and a park for kids. The park doesn’t have any shades so best to go early morning. Sunday morning wasn’t very crowded.

Park with exceptional view of the Straits of Johor. Favourite place among the residents, families and large groups. Waterfront Waterpark is a 11-hectare coastal park with a large playground and 1.5KM of walking/ cycling tracks for far exercise enthusiast. Love the unblock view of Malaysia, missing JB so much!! Good to have a meal at Rasa Istimewa Waterfront Restaurant too!! It’s halal and perfect for people of all age/ large groups!

A relatively quiet park next to the Woodlands Jetty. The track is quite straight with some uphill slope but certain part is quite narrow. Good for kid to cycle around in the evening. There is a big playground with quite a high "obstacle course" kind of ropes and ladder for kids to climb about. You can see JB from the park by walking towards the jetty.

A beautifully landscaped park that is now easily accessible via Thomson East Coast Line(TEL). It is about a 30-minute walk from the Woodlands North MRT(final stop of the TEL line), or you can take Bus 856 just outside the MRT station. There are also ample car parking spaces near the park entrance. A walk out to the jetty gives us a panoramic view of the Straits of Johor with the Causeway on the left and construction of the RTL Link visible on the right . Rasa Istimewa Waterfront Restaurant is a cosy place for either lunch, dessert, or dinner. You can catch sunset along the pier or catch the sunset from a window seat in the air-conditioned restaurant. Prices are very reasonable. There are many butterflies in the park, and there is also a "Dog Run."

Woodlands Waterfront Park isn't just a park to me; it's a sanctuary where I've found solace and joy. Picture this – as the sun begins its descent, I embark on a magical stroll along the promenade. The golden glow casts a serene ambiance, and the city lights of Johor Bahru twinkle across the straits, creating a breathtaking view that never fails to captivate me. Being a parent, the park's playground is a godsend. It's not just a play area; it's a source of boundless joy for kids. While they immerse themselves in laughter and adventures, I find a quiet bench under the shade of trees, relishing in the simplicity of their happiness and the refreshing sea breeze. And then there's the charming restaurant. The seafood, local delights, and international cuisine become even more delightful with the stunning backdrop of the waterfront. A Few Tips from My Visits: - Timing Matters: Sunset strolls are my favorite, but the park's charm extends throughout the day. - Family-Friendly Fun: The playground is a joy for kids, giving parents a well-deserved break. - Dining Experience: The restaurant is more than just food; it's an opportunity to dine with a view. - Nature Adventure: The waterfront promenade is perfect for cycling, jogging, or a leisurely walk. Woodlands Waterfront Park has become my personal retreat, and I am looking forward to visit again and explore hidden gems here

The beauty of Singapore’s many nature parks is best experienced by slowing down the footsteps to admire the flora and fauna, and be amazed at the variety and abundance of wildlife that exist right under our eyes. While many people visit Woodlands Waterfront Park for its unique scenery of neighboring country’s skyline, a leisure walk along the jetty, an appreciation of sunrise/sunset, or a good exercise work-out, I have a keener interest on spotting the wildlife that complements this beauty of this park. Although there is not a rich display of wildlife here, one can still identify an assortment of butterflies fluttering among the flowering plants and it is very rewarding to be able to capture their elegance in still shots.

Just a relative ranking. Singapore has so many outstanding parks that the Woodlands Waterfront Park appears to be a poor cousin to them. The splendour of the neighbouring Admiralty Park completely overshadows this park . However the view of Johor Baru, the walk along the waterfront is a pleasant experience. The park needs to have more greenery to offset the impression that one is walking on a concrete jungle

Quite & peaceful place (at afternoon, it was hot), the view from the waterfront jetty was good, it would be a very good place to enjoy sunsets (i didn't, just saying by the view). Also, there are 2 vending machines near the jetty's entrance.

The service and food was good. Safe entry measures and customer service was up to standard even though they were busy. Food standard has gone up. Their black pepper prawns and chilli crayfish were wonderful.Recommended to go if you are a lover of seafood.👍

A great park to chill at the north of Singapore, the seawater is blue-ish and reflects the weather and buildings like a mirror. You can clearly see the causeway and across from here which gives a nice view, even more so from the jetty. This park is quite breezy and is a great for a nice slow walk, especially for sunrise and sunset.

Lovely little park situated by the sea and offers stunning views of the sea and our neighbouring city in Malaysia,  Johor Bahru. Visit this park if you would like to take a quiet stroll or soak in the sights and take some stunning pictures. The park has a restaurant too Rasa Istimewa where you can soak in the scenery while you dine. During my visit the restaurant was pretty crowded. The prices at the restaurant though were reasonable. I have attached some pictures of food at the restaurant too. To access the park one can use the Public transport viz., bus 🚌

A wonderful place for jogging, cycling, walking or some light exercises. It’s my most favourite place for morning walk. It has a huge park with a very nice lawn & varieties of trees (both sides of jetty); very good jogging track equipped with many shelters, parallel bars, chin-up bars, exercise stations with necessary installations, a jetty in the middle of the water, car park (free from 5.30-8.30 am), restrooms (M/W), Assembly Area, Function area, etc… you will also find monkeys, giant lizards (in the water) & other small sea creatures. The fresh air and greenery is quite soothing.

It’s a clean and calm place in the north end of Singapore. Like its name it’s like woodlands covered with high trees outside the park. We can do various activities around this park like walking, jogging, cycling and have picnic with family and friends. There is a jetty at the riverside where you can enjoy the views of Malaysia and have some peaceful time in the evening watching sunset. The park has vending machines and juice machines as well as some riverside seafood restaurants. Transit takes around 1.5 hrs from bus from downtown Singapore and MRT takes around 1 hr. Its the most greenest place I seen in whole of Singapore and would love to visit again here soon.

You can overlook the straits and check out the Johor Bahru shorelines from the pier. Never knew it's so near! Park has proper toilets and shelters. Although some sections of the walking path may seems too steep for some as there are inclines. Wheelchair bound may find it a struggle on those paths. Many resting area and bench. Park is very well kept and during weekdays workers are seen mending the garden and making minor repairs or improvement. The place you shouldn't miss when you're here is to get to the jetty. It's the jewel of this park

Enjoy a relaxing windy sunset stroll in the evening at the jetty. Waterfront is the place to be great for family outing . If you are lucky enough, you can spot a few monkeys and wild boars around. There is a massive spider web playground where children can play to their heart’s content. A few swings and a mini-sized playground for toddlers.

You get as close to Malaysia from here. Stinking view of the causeway and johor bahru

  • 5/5 Ricky G. 4 years ago on Google
Due to the closure of the causeway between Singapore and Malaysia, the air is so much fresh, but that doesn't mean it was bad and never was. Enjoy the walk from Admiralty Road West to Republic Poly, is very scenic at various turns.

Beautiful promenade next to the Causeway. The park is quite large and offers a beautiful view of the Johor Bahru skyline and the Straits of Johor. I saw several kingfishers and herons.

  • 5/5 James x. 4 years ago on Google
Best place to hang out if you are staying in woodlands area. Nice serene park with a jetty to walk out onto the Johor straits. There is also a Malay restaurant at the centre of the jetty. Weekends can get crowded though and beware of monkeys in the park too. Especially if you bring food along.

  • 5/5 Rupesh S. 4 years ago on Google
Good place to watch sunset. No trees or buildings blocking the sunset on the west. The park also has a decent sized relatively cheap restaurant that offers quick bites, food and soft drinks. I couldn't find beers in the menu though. Over all I had a pleasant experience and also managed to get some nice sunset snaps!!

  • 5/5 Daniel W. 4 years ago on Google
The attractiveness of this park is the wharf. There are benches along this disused wharf. Nice view around the sea of Johor strait and beautiful sunset in the evening. The downside is that there are a lot of motorbikes coming from Causeway riding passed the road near the park entrance every weekday morning. Hence, give a proper look out before crossing the zebra crossing,.. Some riders may not give way!

We didn't get to go around much or catch the coastal view due to sudden downpour. Only managed to scale the climbing structure, which was the main attraction at the playground. There is a smaller playground for toddlers beside the structure. There is another structure at Tampines Forest Green which honestly has a higher fun factor compared to this one. As it has a slide and a sand playground suited for a wider age range. So I will rate this playground as 2/5 in terms of fun factor. Since kids do get bored with it after a while. Since there isn't a slide to get down from the structure and it ends with a dead end where you have to turn back where you came up from. It gets congested when there are other kids coming your way as you try to make your way back to the beginning. Pretty nice place to hangout if you are passing by. But not worth the trip if you are looking to check out the playground.

The view here in this oark is good and geographically very close to Malaysia with some jogging routes and a huge playground for kids to exercise, however there is no coffee shop and no snack shop...kind of nothing else to do except jogging.

  • 3/5 c l s. 3 years ago on Google
The hinterland of the park is small. Good place for outings. Parking is also very convenient. The disadvantage is that the toilets in the park are highly used, so they are quite dirty. People discarded garbage can be seen everywhere in the park👎🏽. The most are beverage bottles. Please put your ethics in the trash can.

The so-called Northern most tip of Singapore. This park was developed back in early 2010 woth various upgradings along the way. A scenic and tranquil coastal park offering an exceptional view of the sea from the north, Woodlands Waterfront is a favourite among residents and visitors from all walks of life. Visitors can enjoy the panoramic view of the Straits of Johor from its various vantage points within the park. Public restrooms are available with vending machines near its main entrance. Parking space are ok depending on the days of the week. (Weekends & Public Holidays will be mostly full)

Great place for a leisure walk along the Straits of Johor waterfront. It has a long jetty. Suitable for all ages. Mostly flat trails. Close to the Causeway immigration checkpoint too. Can get hot and humid in the morning so best bring a cap or go real early. Can get crowded during weekends but very peaceful on weekdays with regular joggers.

(Translated by Google) Park with beautiful sunset You can see the sunset over Malaysia from the long bridge or from the promenade by the sea. There is a restaurant with a nice view, but there is no alcohol because it is halal. Immediately from Marsiling station by bus 856 (Original) 夕日が美しい公園 長く伸びる橋から、あるいは海沿いの遊歩道からマレーシアに沈む夕陽が見える。 眺めのいいレストランがあるが、ハラルなのでお酒はない。 Marsiling 駅からバス856番ですぐ

One of the Northern park that Eastern part of Singapore population seldom visit. Worth a while to come. Bring your portable bike, take public transport and reduce carbon foot print. It will worth the effort.

Gets pretty crowded on weekends. Nice to chill out location be it on the jetty or somewhere around the greens. Occasionally monkeys would visit as well.

NParks is doing a great job in greening Singapore. This is one of the "Northern Parks" in Singapore that has a great view to nature & Singapore's favorite destination, Johor Bahru :) Do check out the other Northern Parks, such as Sungei Buloh (left of WWP) & Sembawang (right of WWP).

Pretty nice sea view, and windy too. Can see Malaysia from the park. The park itself isn't too big but still decent. Can visit if in the area want to take a walk or chill.

  • 4/5 Choon Heng L. 2 years ago on Google
Nice place to chill, catch the sunset and end with some makan or drinks. A few laps end to end on the jetty would be a good run or brisk walk.

  • 5/5 Yong Khim L. 2 years ago on Google
When you miss Malaysia, come here. When you wanna see Sunset, come here too. Try the restaurant there too, taste good!

This is my favour stop over spot whenever I go for my jog passing through the Admiralty park. The woodlands waterfront is the nearest spot.you can get to JB, short of crossing the border. We could see JB town by the coast clearly. This place is also historical as it was the former Royal Malaysian Navy base before it was returned to the Singapore government. The government preserved this long jetty, used to berth the Malaysian warships, as part of the Woodlands Waterfront park. What a brilliant idea. And it also come with a seafood restaurant sitting right at the jetty. If you don't feel like having a meal, they even serve pancake and ice cream. Come explore the park and don't forget to visit the nearby Admiralty Park as they have variety of slide for young and old.

It’s a great place to take a nice walk in the morning. You also have a view of the Malaysia coastline. It’s easily reachable now by mrt.

  • 5/5 ryzemainjoker l. 2 years ago on Google
Great for running, cycling, sightseeing, breezing, music sessions with friends families or anybody to chill with :) The sunsets there are PHENOMENAL ON DAYS. Those who miss Malaysia can also go there and stare aimlessly while waiting for the border to reopen!

  • 4/5 Roy 2 years ago on Google
Awesome views of the Johor Bahru waterfront on a clear day. Not crowded on a weekday afternoon. The park especially the toilets is showing signs of neglect. Maybe its time to spruce things up a bit.

Great place to chill and have a hearty meal. There are 2 parks, both good to walk but the admiralty park is quite quiet compared to the one at waterfront. Take bus 856 from woodlands north MRT (the one headed to woodlands) and alight at the next stop (only 1 stop). Turn left from the MRT and walk about 5 mins and you can see the woodlands waterfront sign.

  • 5/5 Ajai K. 2 years ago on Google
Spectacular view on both sides of the border. Very pleasant atmosphere, fresh breeze and nice to watch evening Sunset.

  • 5/5 Yew Chung C. 1 year ago on Google
Nice park at the northern tip of Woodlands that you can have a good view of the Causeway and Johor Bahru, Malaysia at the jetty. There is a halal seafood restaurant at the jetty. Fishing is allowed at designated areas. Only one bus service 856 comes here.

  • 5/5 Anwar Bin Y. 9 months ago on Google
Nice new park in the north which is close to woodland check point. Quiet park which does not have a high footfall probably due to its location. Interestingly there is a seafood restaurant at the end of the jetty.

  • 5/5 Jet C. 11 months ago on Google
Nice place for North people to catch sunset. It can be quite crowded in the weekend evening. Highly recommend to your kids along as there's a park for kids activity as well. I'll try again next time in the morning for sunrise.

Nice park overlooking the Straits of Johor. There is a dog run enclosure within the park. A rope bridge / climbing playground for kids. A seafood restaurant at the Old jetty. There are two EV charging points at the public carpark.

  • 5/5 Releven 5. 9 months ago on Google
Nice area to walk around. Quite a few macaques roaming about. Big children’s play area - adventure style in the centre and a stunning restaurant on the pier projecting from the park. There are great views of the causeway in both directions. Nice for a relaxing visit. So hot though, with limited shade. If you are looking for wildlife, Admiralty Park opposite has a good diversity of nature

  • 5/5 Sonny Y. 9 months ago on Google
It's a great place to go for a jog, bike ride, walk or just get some exercise. It has a huge park with very nice lawns and various trees (Manhattan of the pier); very nice approach pier with lots of shelters, parallel bars, pull-up bars, fitness stations with necessary equipment, central water Marina, free parking, showers, meeting areas, function areas and more... Also see monkeys, giant lizards (in the water) and other small sea life. The fresh air and green plants make people feel refreshed. Nice new park in the north, close to the woodland checkpoint. Quiet park with low traffic, probably because of its location.

  • 5/5 Raymond L. 9 months ago on Google
A calm and beautiful park to visit, where you can look across the Straits and view our neighbouring country, Malaysia.
