Great coffee shop which opens extremely early in Singapore Changi. Visited here on a layover, my flight landed at 4:20 AM and it was the only shop open. That being said, the coffee, tea and ice blended were spectacular while being reasonably priced, the cashier wasn’t the friendliest, but you need to understand the lines were hectic and there were only two workers. Overall if you have the choice between Starbucks or CBTL in Changi, go to CBTL!

Tried the vegetarian pesto & tomato spaghetti. Portion is a very small. Taste is good. The food is pre-pack and heat up using micro wave. Food is serve in disposal cutlery and bowl although we dine in. Service is bad. Cashier said wait for 5 min. Waited for 15min and checked with waiter. They forgotten the order when there was hardly any crowd.

When you just think there is no good coffee outside Sydney, you thought wrong. This place have nice Almond Cap and hot chocolate. The regular was big cup for the hot chocolate, the coffee they ask for single Or double shot . The small was actually a little bigger than small cup so make sure you decide if you need the double shots. Croissant was heated maybe not the best but my son liked it which is what matter to me. Service is great***

the most unfriendly and rude staff. why all singapore peole in travel area are rude and very unfriendly?? In many countries, Singapore staffs were the worst in the world I think we should not travel singapore

3.5 stars Environment: between gate A and B. Crowed. We chose to sit just behind the front desk, where it was more private. But the floor and tables were very dirty Service: ok. Ask if we want marshmallows for hot chocolate. Foo/ beverages: airport price. Good quality of beverages. - Fruit Salad, $ 10/ cup: prepacked for some times, so already not very fresh indeed. Red Grapes on the top were ok. I started to smell wine, not very strong. There were pineapples, green apples, melon, and watermelon. - Hot Dark Chocolate, large $ 8.7 without marshmallow: larger volume than coffee. It's rich and tasty. - Mocha, large $9.7: good

Ehmm this must be the worst outlet .. croissant is mushy not flaky 😱🙄 walnut banana bread is so so .. the service is terrible... I've always love coffee bean ... This outlet disappoints 🤬

Popped by for a sampling of their all-day breakfast just before my flight to London! The food is tasty enough to satisfy, but not worth the price you're paying. Mains were pretty mediocre with a forgettable taste (see attached pictures). The salad on the side is thrown together haphazardly and drizzled with a simple dressing that can be easily replicated at home.
