Had a good breakfast here. Coffees were excellent, and sandwiches were hearty. Pastries looked delish, though we weren't able to try any this visit.

Located at the top level of Funan Mall, this cafe/bakery serves a variety of bread, desserts and coffee. Pretty spacious with plenty of sitting. Pricey though, but the chocolate tart and drinks tasted good so no complains. For a cafe in the mall, it’s not too bad, otherwise there’s plenty other options nearby the city centre with better drinks and food.

To be frank, this place is too over-rated by social media. The prices of the bread and coffee are high and the service is mediocre. There is no menu on the table nor on the board. While they have a QR code to scan for the food, there is a marketing ploy to subscribe to their newsletter before you can order anything. The staff will bring you the coffee and bread or cake, but the rest of the stuff such as utensils and water, you need to go to a corner and get them by yourself. While I understand that this helps to save manpower, it doesn't justify the 10% service charge imposed on the bill. Most of the restaurants would have counted and placed the utensils on every table and a jug of plain water be brought to the table once the cutomers sit down. I called that basic service. I think a lot of young people love this place because it appears classy and good to take photos due to the nice decor.

Ordered a pain au chocolate, lemon tart and breakfast tea for tea. Space was very inviting. Had afternoon tea with a friend and we could sit there for as long as we like. The bakery however was just all right. There was actually not much chocolate in the pain au and too lemony for the tart. Flavours were not very well balanced.

Had a flat white and salted egg yolk bun. Both were incredible, and I have a craving for the bun again. 100% recommend trying it if you like sweet pastries!

A little pricey, but coffee and pastries are nice. Place is spacious and many seats are available. Nice place to sit down and take a break from shopping in Funan.

This outlet only serves baked goods and coffee. I was hoping to get a good hearty breakfast - but for that you need to go to Tiong Bahru Cafe. I was browsing google maps and saw the menu they posted here - which has food items. so to be clear- they dont serve those in this branch.

Sooo sooo good. A wise choice for breakfast you won’t regret it!! I ordered the most selling items chocolate croissants, kouign amann and a cup of latte. They’re just the perfect match!! The queue was bare able. I visited the one inside the fort canning to enjoy a morning stroll on the forest afterwards 😀

Have always been a fan of their kouign Amans!! Love love love the sticky chewy texture. Tried the hazelnut Choux today and I liked it a lot!! The cream had a tinge of saltiness which balances well with the sweetness of the chocolate. Recommend!!

Feel like the standard of Tiong Bahru bakery actually improved over the years. We ordered a brie and mushroom croissant, hazelnut eclair, a latte and a piccolo latte. Everything was delicious, especially the croissant! I loved that the bread was spread generously with mustard which made the entire dish flavorful. The drinks were well made too.

Your pastries need a lot of work! The variety is there but the taste is surely lacking. Ordered the Raisin Danish, the raisins and glaze feels like an afterthought on a rather other dry and insipid dense dough. I really hope somebody can revamp the whole selection as it’s definitely struggling against other newer industrious cafes! Come on guys, do something soon!

I have had better chocolate croissants from cold storage... refer to photo for the sad amount of chocolate in the pain au chocolat Two stars because we at least had some other treats to better the experience.

I had the worst ever Vanilla Flan here, is so hard and dry. Look at the photo, I can’t even finished it. Iced Americano has a strong tab water taste. Huge DISAPPOINTMENT !!

I adore their pastries, especially the croissant and apple crumble. Soft textures, perfect flavors. A cozy, kid-friendly atmosphere!

Lunch time here is calming Not too noisy but still fair crowd There's water cooler too Lemon tart: 2 layer of lemon curd, held by a crunchy tart, giving the zesty smile in a dessert Almond croissant: Served warm, feels like a blanket of butter and pastry wrapping your tongue, hint of almond flavour which contrasts nicely

Had breakfast here. Good latte n Almond croissant are still my fav. Quite busy but still nice ambience eventhough it is located inside the mall.

Had brie mushroom croissant here on a weekday, during lunch. Wasn't crowded, about 50% capacity. Good vibes. Really yummy, just a bit pricey $12 ish. Would come back again.

Had the green tea croissant and apple kouign amann. The pastry is crispy and very satisfying! The turmeric and blue bell latte were also very good accompaniment to the dishes - they are not too sweet and very fragrant.

The beverage was well prepared. Nice to have a water filter for hot and cold water. The pulled pork bun was rather oil causing the bread to be soggy.

Michelin-worthy Croissants that taste very similar to French croissants. Like the ones I’ve had in Paris. Buttery fragrance fills your nose as you sink your teeth into crunchy and crispy 10000 layers of pastry dough of this croissant. Perfectly dry and fluffy soft in the inside as you’d like it, yet flakey, hot, soft, crispier than many croissants elsewhere. Baked to perfection, I believe in-house / store and/or central baking kitchen. Best served on its own, or with water or coffee. Had this with honey baked ham slices, lettuce, and egg, and salmon and OH MY GOD. Heavenly combinations that are must-try. Sweet and savoury yet delicious. You can hear the crunch louder when you microwave it the next day after fridging them. Wow! Absolutely blew my mind. Loved it. 10/10 will return for croissants and other croissant variants. (Pastry) and drinks. Latte and quinoa salad are amazing too. Notably impressive, memorable and tasty. Roast beef and mushroom croissant is delightful, prosciutto ciabatta sandwich could be softer but the flavours are richly balanced, on the salty and fatty sides. Green tea croissant could be served warmer, and less sweet. Truly a nice breakfast treat! Give it a shot!

Wow wow, finally got to try. TBB is always fully packed or long queue every branch I went past. The pastry and crossiant was amazing. Loving each bite of it, and also love the coffee, their TBB brew is really very nice. The chocolate pastry was amazingly nice, reminds me of koko crunch. The crossiant had brie cheese when heated up taste wonderful with the mushroom and truffle. Love it, will come again.

Came here at 4pm on a Saturday. Quite a chill environment with a good variety of seating space and booths. Quite crowded, but plenty of spaces to sit as well. Water is complimentary and has a hydration station. Had the chocolate koign amann and was quite disappointing. Not crispy and quite tough to bite too unlike the usual koign amann. Hot latte was pretty good. Not too acidic and packs a punch. I rate 3.5/5 🌟

Great place for breakfast or high tea Plenty of pastry to choose from, paired with your favourite coffee. A bit crowded during breakfast and the table are a bit to close to each other

The pastries were good but the beverage is a bit so-so. The beverage menu is artsy but not so easy to understand at first glance. The dining area itself is quite spacious.
