First time visiting Cafe Amazon, didn’t really went to the ones in Bangkok although I passed by some of them a couple of times. Feel welcomed when you first enter as there are 2 self service tablets for customers to browse the menu before entering, just like in many fast food chain nowadays. The interior design has the “Amazon” feel with dangling plants and warm lights. On the other hand, there is also a fan, which I feel is a little too much for a small setting (it gets pretty cold when you are sipping a cold drink under the fan). The cosy sofa seat completes the interior with a cottage-ish feeling and feels homey. Drinks wise, I feel the chocolate could be better as it is little bland (we ordered the chocolate frappe). Will come back for their mocha - best seller - in future.

No wifi, got power socket but not working according to the staff. Ordered the mixed berry smoothie wasnt very smooth and too sweet for me.

I have been a fan of Amazon Cafe and their drinks for many years especially their stores in Thailand. However the standards here in Singapore is way off. Customer service experience was horrendous. when we asked the staff about the various drink, they seemed rude and replied with one word answers. The online kiosk (which is also not user friendly and staff doesn't seem willing to guide any customers) is a bad idea, this removes any interaction with the staff. Customers do not feel welcome. Serving time is relatively slow. We ordered 3 drinks this afternoon with a waiting time of 30 minutes. I understand that there could be a few orders ahead but when we observed the staff making, it was very slow, unmotivated and with minimal effort. I still enjoy the drinks and Im a huge fan of the brand. Hope that the management can do something about this and improve the standards. Thank you.

Food is cold, prawn is not even properly warmed. There's no cook but they microwave it. Ironically, even microwave food taste better. Noted the below someone mentioned microwave food 3 months ago. Management replied w this "Hi there, thank you for your feedback which we take very seriously. We are continually looking into ways in which we can improve our menu offerings. Your comments are kindly noted. Thank you for your continuous support!" 3 months later, still microwave food. I wonder how serious you take in our feedback.

Love the overall design and vibe the cafe has going on, and then there’s the coffee. Personally would recommend the Iced Amazon Latte if you are more of a sweet coffee kind of person. That’s my go to 😄 I heard lots of complaints about the cafe not having power supply but I have to help clarify that it’s only for the weekends and it stops people from hogging seats for hours. So I agree and totally support their decision as this allow new customers to come in and enjoy the coffee and delicious snacks they have to offer.

This is the closest Thai Milk Tea you'll ever get in Singapore. I gave this 3 stars because the staff isn't friendly and they don't seem to really care about the customers. The last time I was here about 8ish in the evening they closed early. They were supposed to close at 9pm. Not quiet sure why the staff decided close but they were very rude about it... I'm just here for the Milk Tea 😕

Very good authentic Thai milk tea, the yin yang coffee-macha drink and muffin is suprisingly good, not sure why no music

Always Great Customer Service experienced here at Cafe Amazon Jurong Point throughout my many visits. They take the effort to make sure that all paying customer has a chance to take a seat within the cafe and enjoy their drinks by enforcing the 'no studying' policy during peak hours. I spilled my drink one day and Sean cleaned my table meticulously which is very much appreciated during these pandemic times. To the owners: you've got a great manager and a great team! Please keep up the good work and let the team know of my appreciation for them.
