I love shopping at Tangs!! The best department store in Singapore from my opinions. The staffs were friendly here. I always got assistance I needed on the item I wanted to purchase. Well, comparing to online shop, the price here was not really cheap, some of the items were but can see the feel the item here.

There are definitely better departmental stores out there around the island. I personally find this departmental store a little cluttered, and a little haphazardly designed. To me, it's a cluster of different brands put together, but I cannot see the alignment of why and how everything comes together holistically. That said, if you're looking for something specifically and there's an outlet here, I don't see why not. They do run some good loyalty promotions from time to time.

5 floors of shopping and is at the heart of orchard road easily accessible by public transport. Also have multi car park available. Mostly sell high end quality stuff

Tangs mall. I come here to buy bialletti coffee powder. They sells at 200gms for $14.50 and can make about 30 cups. I brewed my morning coffee using a 200ml Bialetti pot. Only one coffee spoon and 5 mins under medium fire and freshly brewed coffee is done.

Been there a few times over this week. It seems prices are not going up yet...but portions are getting smaller. Claypot rice had just a few bit size pieces of chicken. The $7 sesame oil chicken, with rice, is just as pathetic. Chicken meat are in small bits and pieces. Come 2023 when GST goes up i think it will be worse.

Tangs Orchard was preety quiet on 5th August when we went there looking for perfumes. The sales representative at perfume section was very approachable and friendly. She served us well. Well done Seymtec from Thailand. In a very short time ,just because of her great service we picked up Miller Harries Vetiver Insolent and BDK UOD ABRAMAD. Both the perfumes developed well. We are happy with Seymtec, we will visit perfumes section again. Thank you TANGS for a positive shopping experience. We visited Tangs again in September 2022 end . Mike at TOMFORD attended to us well. We bought many perfumes including Channel, Gucci and Tomford. Thank you sales representatives at all the three counters. 😊💕

I always love shopping here and in recent years I love eating here too. This is one departmental store where I can find unique models of audio visual appliances I can't find elsewhere. In terms of home appliances, i can find all brands and models. I have been able to find my work shoes and sports attire here too. In fact anything I need for me or for my home and travel, I can find here. There is now a cook food section here in the basement where popular and really good Penang street food are served.

a giant department store that has a wide range of shops, ranging from cosmetics to clothing to restaurants! this place is conveniently located next to orchard mrt, and is near lucky plaza bus stop. we would definitely recommend coming here to check out some of the unique items they offer!

I always enjoy getting my under garment from Calvin Klein at Tangs because the customer service from Candy is superb! 👏👍 Very helpful! The down side was my favourite undergarment soon will stop production. 😭

Can be pretty challenging to locate a sales assistant during weekdays at the bedding section. Twice I stood in the vicinity of a group of SA who were chatting away, and after asking them, was verbally directed to a booth further down the section to find the relevant SA for the brand, only to find it empty. Checked with the cashier who advised the personnel was around but waited 15 min to no avail... Perhaps a better way for customers to locate brand SA would be needed.

Great variety of consumer goods , household items at different level, also has a food court at the basement . Please keep up the good mix and diverse tenants and shops with different items on offer in this mall 🙏👌✌️💪🏻

Tangs at orchard is our favourite shopping mall for skin care products , clothes and shoes 👟 But next time , we would avoid to come in weekends as it is too crowded and staffs (from level 2 , level 3) are very busy and occupied with many customers and didn't get to pay attention towards us when we asked for service 😅 except cosmetic counters at level 1. Also, We waited for 1 hrs to make payment and Q is too long. Anyway , will come again but in weekdays 😊

COMPLIMENTS Over the weekend (30 Sep), I reserved and bought a pair of Ecco HELSINKI 2 shoes & Reef sandals with the helpful assistance of your friendly and helpful staff, Ms Yeong Ecco). I wish more customer service staff were like them (and her Tangs colleague, Ms Siew Mey).

Was introduced by my colleague and can't get my mind out from it. After checking with Jenny's bakery knowing they have restocked, went down with my wife to hunt for them and finally, we bought 3 56 PCs that will last use till end August. Can't wait to eat them ;p

You don’t give paper-bags anymore and you charge $0.20 for really inferior plastic bag when everywhere is charging 5-10cents for a bag. Not suitable if you planning to shop here for housewarming gifts. Need to trouble yourself to get a paper bag to make the gift presentable.

I'm not usually a big shopper but this place is fantastic. We'll laid out with a wide range of stock. I could have spent hours there but visited on final day in Singapore. Friendly staff too.

I love Tangs but the food quality at B1 is getting from bad to worst. One by one goes down the drain. Yesterday, I ordered $3.50 popiah and it looks like that in the picture. Flat and uneven, taste is horrible. Someone please do something...

My family appreciates Retail Associate Mr Jay Mark’s professionalism. He was really helpful and patient in assisting us to choose the right garment steamer, suitable for senior citizens. Good start to a brand New Year.

A great place to shop for upmarket goods. Don't forget to check the basement level if you are into kitchen equipment, which holds a great selection of both high quality/prestige (and price) brands and goods affordable to normal mortals.

I love coming to Tangs B1 to look at household items. So many things to look at and not crowded like Taka. It is more comfortable to shop here. Now they charge 20cents for plastic bag. So rmbr to bring your own bag if you are shopping here.

✨️Refreshing and amazing experience at fresh counter @ Tangs Plaza ✨️ Apart from finally understanding how to use and the purpose of different products (appreciate her patience in guiding the clueless me), the soothing voice of Clare made me feel like I was transported to elsewhere as she storytells. Definitely a reason to shop at physical stores instead of randomly buying products online 🤣

Mother's Day dinner at Wan Hao Chinese Restaurant. Peking or Beijing duck is highly recommended. Even though there were 5 of us, we ordered a whole duck. Yummy and delicious too. Nice steamed Soon Hock or Marble Goby in Chaozhou style and fried dishes with distinct Wok Hei.

Great variety of goods are sold in this huge store at Tangs Plaza. You are spoilt for choices. You can get almost anything you need here. It recently celebrated its 90th anniversary and it gave away monetary gift cards to the first 90 members who turned up in Orange at its store at Tangs Plaza. I was there for fun 😅 and I got a $50 gift card. The event was quite well organised, the queuing time was about 30 minutes. Wishing Tangs a Happy Anniversary.

Tangs is an excellent place to shop, with a pleasant environment and most importantly friendly, capable and helpful retail staff to assist. I must commend Angelia Ng who went out of her way to help to carry a bulky storage bench we bought to the car park where I was parked. It was a delightful shopping experience from beginning to end.
