Had
a
bad
experience
here.
Letâs
starts
with
the
crowd,
people
here
are
generally
very
rowdy
and
it
isnât
the
safest/best
environment
or
ambience
but
then
again
which
club
really
is
but
Iâm
gonna
compare
it
to
other
clubs
Iâve
been
to
and
I
wouldnt
rate
it
so
well.
Music
wise
they
play
a
range
of
different
music
from
different
timings
from
what
I
know
r&b,
edm
and
even
Manyao
(
a
kind
of
mandarin
club
songs
)
Then
their
service.
Bought
a
bottle
package
with
a
couple
of
mates
on
the
30th
nov
and
I
asked
before
purchasing
if
I
could
use
it
on
the
31
Dec
New
Yearâs
Eve
if
I
couldnât
finish
it
(
P.S
they
give
a
one
month
grace
to
finish
your
bottle
from
date
of
purchase
)
.
The
lad
obviously
told
me
I
could.
So
New
Yearâs
Eve
I
checked
again
with
one
of
the
ambassadors
if
I
could
the
usual
yes
and
I
even
got
guestlist
but
then
when
I
reach
the
door
asked
the
manager
how
I
could
redeem
my
bottle.
She
says
oh
itâs
a
âspecial
day
today
so
we
canât
get
any
balanced
bottle
unless
you
purchase
anotherâ
,
so
I
said
okay
I
know
mine
was
unopened
so
I
hoped
that
I
could
use
it
considering
it
was
the
last
day
I
told
her
and
the
that
it
was
unopened
(sealed)
Manager
agrees
but
chargers
us
cover
even
though
we
were
on
the
guestlist
(
suppose
to
make
some
business
at
the
very
least).
So
now
finally
trying
to
get
my
drink
I
pass
the
water
my
drink
card
which
had
my
detail
number
bottle
number
etc
Waiter
number
one
led
me
to
waiter
no2
that
waiter
later
than
led
me
somewhere
else
where
I
was
told
I
couldnât
claim
it
so
then
ok
talked
to
the
manager
again
etc
then
this
guy
at
the
bar
tells
me
okay
Iâm
the
manager
Iâm
not
allowing
you
to
take
out
your
bottle.
Best
I
can
do
bcos
of
what
my
staff
have
said
is
extend
it,
I
tried
to
be
understanding
bcos
it
was
New
Years
and
I
understood
their
business
model
etc.
I
asked
for
my
cover
to
be
refunded
since
I
no
longer
was
gonna
spend
time
there
and
we
came
to
a
compromise
that
theyâll
just
extend
the
date
of
which
I
could
collect
the
bottle
due
to
their
misunderstanding
between
the
staffs.
Anyway
he
gives
me
a
refund
for
the
cover
but
doesnât
extend
my
bottle
so
I
asked
hey
werenât
you
gonna
extend
the
bottle
since
I
canât
have
it
now
and
todayâs
the
last
day
?
He
said
I
quote
âoh
I
give
you
the
refund
for
the
cover
than
you
wonât
get
extensionâ
which
sounded
really
stupid.
Eventually
annoyed
and
frustrated
I
came
to
a
conclusion
and
managed
to
persuade
him
to
let
me
bring
it
back
home
at
the
very
least
and
let
me
tell
you
it
wasnât
easy
but
he
gave
in.
In
the
most
unattractive
7-11
plastic
bag
was
my
bottle.
So
overall
their
customer
service
is
just
really
really
horrible.
But
hey
donât
take
my
word
for
it
try
yourself
HAHAHAHAHAHAH
