Beautiful lobby lounge for relaxing afternoon tea. I like the fact that there’s no limit to the number of beverage you can order. Savoury plate can be refilled. Bright and soothing ambience recharge our souls😜 lovely service folks too ❤️

Beautiful scenery with nice ambience. The Landing point is always an excellent choice of business meetings or a chill out place with nice and quiet environment. But sometimes, need to indicate in the reservation for better seats allocation, just in case they put you in the walk way sitting area rather than the window seats.

Went there for high tea on a weekday. Surprisingly crowded! The high tea selection was pretty decent. You can request for a refill of savoury items. My favourite was probably the cured beetroot tuna. Theres a discount for certain card holders on weekdays so do check with them when you get the bill

Lovely venue and location. Came as a small group today to celebrate two close friend's Birthdays with their Afternoon Tea set. I was very disappointed with the very slow pace and disconnected level of service in contrast to the venue. A real shame and let down to what i'd hoped would be a lovely treat. It took a long time for any drinks to be ordered (15m+ for a few glasses of water). Service staff basically ignored us unless we loudly shouted and waved at them when they eventually passed by our table - Even when we actually got their attention, our drinks took a long time to arrive, were forgotten, or even worse... were completely wrong! How can you mess up only two or three drinks? The drinks are no longer free-flow apart from the juice option ($8). Instead you choose either one Tea/Coffee and that's it. Everything else is ++. The staff also frustratingly kept constantly walking behind, brushing past and bumping two of our chairs to take a short-cut to one of their stations. This was extremely rude and inconsiderate, showing a clear lack of consideration, respect and/or regard for their guests. I had to push my chair back to block the short-cut half way through service to stop this from constantly happening. The food was also sub-par for a set costing $65++ with too many sweet options containing strange uncomplimentary flavours - For example a waffle containing Scallops, with a strange combination of white chocolate with a pink, fruity filling and pomelo. Very odd and the flavours did not compliment each other at all. Unfortunately a lot of misses with the food and I wish there were more savoury options, plus simple classics. Too much white chocolate and confusing, clashing sweet flavours. The scones were nice however and the Birthday cakes they brought to our table with the pianist also playing Happy Birthday for our friends was a thoughtful, nice touch. The pianist looked uninterested and quite obviously like he did not want to be there though. Colony, ATLAS and other similar offerings are all around much better at this price point.

Good selection of savory and sweet items. Unfortunately, only the savory items are free flow. The selection of sweet items are better than their savories. What a pity to be stingy on their best high tea items. Perhaps they should just charge an additional $10+ and make both sweets and savouries free flow. Compared to other hotels offering high tea, the Landing Point missed the point of the high tea totally. Serves assortment of TWG tea and coffee. Service by the staff is courteous and impeccable. Tip: Book early and ask for tables with a waterfront view.

Enjoyed the Easter afternoon tea, service was attentive and food was good (scones, tea/coffee, savoury snacks are free-flow). Appreciate the complimentary cake. Good spread of sweet and savoury food.

The only thing good about this place is it’s ambience. Everything else is ridiculously overpriced. The afternoon tea is NOT worth it for $65 each set. There is no free flow drinks and the tea set option is incredibly limited for vegetarians. I am disappointed to not get an array of various teatime snacks. Honestly? I expected at least free flow tea or coffee but NO. You order once and that’s it. I am extremely disappointed. Not a good place at all.

Overall good vibes, good view, decent food but slightly pricey at the price point of almost $90 per pax. 1. Did a birthday booking for 2 pax and was given a bay side high table. Generally the view here is impeccable, you would enjoy it. The glass is also slightly one directional to the extent that even at 12 noon, you don't feel any overwhelming heat. 2. The food is generally not bad, while you think it might not be enough to get you full, trust me and just start eating. Memorable ones include the roast beef, truffle egg charcoal bun and the sweet stuff. 3. Unfortunately we were served by one of the newer waitress which may not be very well versed. We felt slightly rushed through the scones as we were barely given enough time to finish before being served the full high tea set. She also forgot to give us any explanation of the set, which is something that you would expect at this level of establishment

Highly NOT recommended!! Price - More than $80 per pax. It's not worth it. Read on below Atmosphere - Decent view of MBS but nothing fanciful during daytime. The full windows make the environment hot and there will be lots of tourists taking photos which can be disturbing. The high chair is not comfortable and the table is too small, considering there is a high tea setup and 2 teapots to be placed on the table. Food - The savouries are decent but nothing amazing. One selection is a cucumber sandwich though, is that worth more than $80? The sweets are not so good. 5 out of 6 sweet options are the same kind of desserts (Cream filled with fruits filling), and the last one is a basic macaron. There should be a variety at least i.e., chocolate based, tart, etc. Service - I came into the restaurant with a bag and flower. Obviously, there is no space on the table to put my stuff but service is non-existent. I have to specially request if I can have an additional chair to put my stuff. Other restaurants like Ding Tai Fung would have already offered the rack to put our item. When the high tea setup came, the waitress placed our tea pots on the bar table as there was no space on our table. That is fine, but no one helped to refill our tea. We had to walk to the bar table to refill it ourselves. We gave up eventually and so we tried to make space to put our teapots back on the table. Throughout the high tea, we requested numerous times to add hot water for our tea but all of the staff seemed to be very busy. We are quite sure that some actually saw our hands up but simply chose to ignore us. We have to AGAIN bring our teapots to the bar table, requesting for refill. LASTLY AND WORST OF ALL - it wasn't even 6 pm and Waitress A decided to clear our dessert setup. In a rush, she knocked my flowers onto the floor (btw the flowers are specially made using LEGO by my partner) and many pieces broke off. She asked if our flowers were ok (obviously it isn't?). My partner is really unhappy at this point but to be nice, we told her it's fine. We spent the next 30 minutes trying to fix the flowers and again, another waitress came to clear our table without asking. This is blatantly rude. Eventually, we made payment with Waitress A and she said "Thank you and we hope to see you again." Nothing mentioned on the inconvenience caused, no token of apologies. Other restaurants would have already offered a discount. And btw, this booking indicated anniversary celebrations. And there was nothing done by the restaurant. Even Haidilao provides a fruit platter for celebrations. We were seriously wondering if we had made a fuss at the restaurant, would that have been better for us? Would they give us a discount at least. But well, damage is done. Celebrations ruined. We are never ever coming back again.

The high tea experience at The Landing Point was truly exquisite. The coffee surpassed expectations, and the selection of sweet and savory treats was superb. The elegant atmosphere immediately transported me into a world of refinement and indulgence. The coffee was a sensory delight, with its rich aroma and captivating flavors. It was a perfect complement to the delectable bites. Speaking of bites, the array of sweet and savory delicacies was a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The flavors were carefully crafted, with each morsel leaving a lasting impression. Adding to the allure was the stunning scenery surrounding The Landing Point, overlooking marina bay sands.

Came here once on a weekday for afternoon tea and it came with one TWG tea or a Bacha coffee selection. There were a few menus to choose from and even one which was nut free. AMBIANCE 5/5 We were lucky to be given the seatings by the glass window which one has a MBS view. There were three of us and the seatings were ample and spacious. FOOD 3/5 The food was good but nothing really stood out. There were some chocolate cakes which I could not eat. Too much cream in the Mixed Berries Crème. Scones? No idea cos the staffs forgot to serve them to us and we completely forgot about them until after we left. SERViCE 3/5 Overall good but as mentioned before, the staffs forgot to serve us the classic and raisin scones. It was not a busy weekend so even then they actually missed giving us our complete order. The menu we chose was no nut but Macarons were made of almond powder, meaning that’s not nut-free. Someone could have died from eating the macarons. That was a big oversight and coming from a 5 star hotel, I was really surprised.

The scones seemed to be rather soft like the texture of bread. It tasted flat. I had wanted to try this restaurant for a long time after Covid took all the wind from my sails. Finally after remembering to make reservations and having visited other restaurants of the same calibre...I just felt the price a little exorbitant . The view, having first hand experience of being there, was nothing very spectacular - we were staring out to the marina bay sands in the distant with a very staid picture of the Bay and streams of tourists using the boardwalk . A little hyped up with good pictography !

The best high Tea that I had so far. Been here many many times but the last visit I realized the drinks are no longer free flow which is normal else where but wished they continued the practice of refilling savories and drinks. Nevertheless the best place to chill in the afternoon with your friends and loved ones. They keep updating their menu so do check either website and you get complimentary cake for celebrations! If you have any special dietary needs, do inform during reservation and they will customise something :)

I always enjoy the high tea at The Landing Point. Ambience is great, view is fantastic, there is a good selection of delicate pastries which is well-balanced between sweet and savoury and the service is exceptionally good. The staff who attended to us are very friendly and cheerful. Special mention of Maria who went the extra mile to help me with my reservation and also to Emma who is always very attentive and provides excellent service. Amazing service means happy customers which are the reasons for my repeated visits to The Landing Point. 😊

I’ve always been wanting to visit the landing point for its high tea set. I came on a Saturday for its high tea set at 3.30pm. Was a little disappointed that the live piano 🎹 performance only lasted for 15-20mins. I think it ended about 4pm. If want to catch the live piano performance should come earlier. Nonetheless the service is awesome. The staff is attentive to our needs and polite. The high tea set comes with sweet and savoury snacks. Honestly I prefer the savoury ones more, the sweet snack is too sweet for my preference. The staff is very sweet to prepare us a anniversary cake to celebrate me and my boyfriend’s special occasion. We couldn’t finish the food and the staff offer us to takeaway. The view is awesome as well, can oversee the MBS tower from our table. Very classy overall dining experience.

Went for high tea this afternoon. Very nice display of food. It comes with both savoury and sweet items, with wide choice of coffee or tea. Not refillable except for the tea which can add hot water. Food is so so, nothing to shout about. Service is good, staff is courteous but not exceptional. Ambience is fantastic with live piano music at the background. I would give a 6 star. Great place to chill and catch up with friends. It is great that the restaurant provides car park redemption. Overall, i would go again not for the food, but for its great atmosphere to hang out and chit chat.

Took afternoon tea at the Landing Point , Fullerton Bay Hotel over the Christmas period. The sitting period was 3.30pm to 6pm. In summary: four stars. Overall nice food and in a good location, but given the price the servings were a bit on the small side and I believe a free drink refill option should be available (not food, just drink) seeing as you have paid for a 2 1/2 hour sitting. Further details are below. The ambience was good with a piano playing in the background, and we had a good view of the bay from our table. The tables for two seemed to have the best bay views, but all tables had a bay view of one kind or another. The service could not be faulted. Attentive, but not in your face. You were served punctually, and they did not rush to clear your plates or make you feel pressured to leave. The food per person: The "starter" were two small scones: one classic scone and one raisin scone. They were nice and fresh and a bit crumbly. A nice texture, but they were a bit on the small side. Also, the provision of cream and jam was a bit on the stingy side. The "main course" were six savoury items and six sweet items. -The presentation was nice. -Two items not particularly enjoyed were the truffle egg mayonnaise on a charcoal sesame bun (a bit dry) and the madras curry turkey , pineapple chutney and smoked paprika (lacking flavour). -The remaining items were very pleasant, but a bit on the small side. To drink - you had a variety of tea and coffee blends to choose from along with some standard coffee options (eg latte, espresso, cappuccino etc). We both took a tea option and were provided with one teapot of drink. This filled about four very small teacups with beverage. In summary: four stars. Overall nice food and in a good location, but given the price the servings were a bit on the small side and I believe a free drink refill option should be available (not food, just drink) seeing as you have paid for a 2 1/2 hour sitting.

Attended a casual wedding high tea in black at landing point. Service is alright, high tea is over rated but the food - truffle fries, risotto, club sandwiches are not bad at all. Landing point is beautifully decorated with colonial style finishes. Overall a pretty good experience

Excellent service and unique tea time dessert. For tea, i ordered midnight hour and it was refreshing. It cost around 60++ per pax but we didn’t manage to finish some of the desserts because we were too full from our lunch.

Super good view at the seat that we were given, great for photo taking.. but food were not awesome given the price we pay. Savoury ones not refillable and sweet ones hold more than 50% of the plate which doesn’t suit my liking. Presentation is nice and staff were polite, reminding us about last order etc. however, failed to quickly offer help for baby strollers when our seat needs to walk down the steps. I wish I can receive better good quality if I ever patronise again. Thank you for serving us nonetheless.

The afternoon tea set is alright. The best part were the savouries. Other than that, the desserts did not stand out. Too much mousse cream everywhere. The scones were too dense since they weren't prepared to order unlike other high teas I've had. You can only get 1 more serving of hot water for the tea. This is unlike other places which allow for unlimited servings.

  • 4/5 Minnie117 2 years ago on Google
Afternoon tea with a view. Savoury bites and sweet pastries are served to your table on a tiered tray. Unlike some places, you can ask for a refill of the food. However, do not over order. Takeaway.is not permitted. Try the Fullerton house blend coffee. Food wise,.just so so. I would have preferred the savouries to be served hot. Here it's like all prepared beforehand.

  • 4/5 Pukamaster 1 year ago on Google
Has the expressions afternoon tea set menu. Can choose only one cup of coffee or tea which is a little disappointing considering we paying $60 per pax. Ambience is very good with piano playing intermittently. Food selection is pretty impressive although we find the sweet selections a tad too sweet for our liking. Complimentary parking is icing on the cake. Come here for the experience but don’t expect too much on the food then you will leave impressed.

Loved the view, the ambience, the service, and the presentation. Loved that they had a vegetarian/vegan high tea option. However, the vegetarian high tea set just paled on comparison to the regular set, just based on what I could see. My friend had the regular set and it was full of varied colours, textures, ingredients and decorations. My vegetarian set had pretty good sweet stuff, like choco cake, fudge, desserts in shot glasses, but the savoury stuff was disappointing. Just lots of random stuff on this cheap, sometimes soft and bland tasting breads. Like a piece of artichoke on a piece of bread. Omni meat (one of the cheapest plant based meats on the market) on a piece of bread. And so on. Overall, while I'm grateful that they included a vegetarian high tea set, it was pretty underwhelming and not worth the 70+ per person price tag. In the photos, the vegetarian stuff are at the top tiers, regular at the lowest tier.

Nice ambient, with friendly greetings from the hotel staff when my family and i arrived and got seated. Nice savoury and sweet/desserts varieties for children and adults. If you have children, just beware that there might be some rum/alcohol for 1 of the dessert ;)

Absolutely wonderful experience at the high tea. Delicious food and amazing plating and presentation. Staff were friendly and excellent service. My friend was getting married the next day and they were so sweet to present her a complimentary congratulatory cake. Very thoughtful gesture. Did I mentioned the amazing view overlooking marina bay sand! Highly recommended.

Not bad, high tea set @ sgd60 per pax. But seems under staffed for now. Good service but still not attentive enough though overall can be rated good. It says that smart casual dressed code but can be seen it's not compulsory. Also, it's located at open area, if it's for a chatty gathering , can be a bit too noisy if u expecting a quieter area

A great experience for a first timer! The Landing Point offers one of the most generous variety of treats for their afternoon tea - disclaimer, I don't really like sweet things and hence don't often have high tea. This visit also coincides with a limited festive treat menu that differs slightly from the norm. The menu can speak for itself. Not being a fan of desserts, I appreciated the selection of savoury items along with the sweets - which were tastefully done too. Teas are your TWG selections. Beyond the menu, it was great to be able to relax the afternoon away with some light live lounge jazz/pop by a great pianist. But what was really cool about The Landing Point was how they took effort to create a great experience for us who were there to celebrate a birthday. With a surprise birthday song, surprise cake, and even a surprise personalised birthday card freshly printed with your photo, it really made our day! Looking forward to revisit again again :)

I came here during Chinese New Year and paid around 70 sgd per pax for High Tea Buffet. The food selection is pretty limited, hits and misses here and there. The selling point of this place is the ambience (with a good view of Marina Bay area) which is perfect for a hearty chat with friends. Customer service is pretty good.

My friend and I decided to go for high tea during CNY period and after our great experiences, we decided to return here for the second time. No reservation was made so we called in, luckily we still managed to get a table, the lady on the phone was very polite and nice to speak to? It was quite crowded today probably due to CNY, we didn’t have to wait long and was shown to our seats straight away! I love their lovely view, neat table arrangement and how spotless everything is from their seats, table and cutlery :) While waiting for our high tea to arrive, there were a selection of sides available at the center of the restaurant, I would always go for their scones as it’s warm and soft to bite, berry jam and clotted cream are placed on our table with 2 different butter knife, a great start to our high tea session! The menu have a slight change in their sweets and as usual they are beautifully made, I can’t bear to drop them or to eat them without hesitation. I especially love their Osmanthus Yuzu Tart and Mandarin Orange Macaroon (Adorable rat design?) For savouries, I would always ask for additional serving because they always taste so good and are quite consistent with what I have previously as well, it was still perfect!! They have a wide range of tea (10 selection), coffee (8) and hot chocolate to go with, I enjoy trying them out at no extra cost~ Nearing the end of our session, I feel that it was pretty heart warming for the staff to invite us back to view the fireworks that was happening on the same day at night at their place even after our session with them have ended, it makes this whole weeks of festive period even better with their extra mile for us ☺️ The Landing Point deserves a 5 ⭐️ with their impeccable service, wonderful high tea and welcoming atmosphere!

Came here 3 times over last few years and have to say the experience went downhill with my last visit. Service was lack lustre. Whenever they served a teapot, it didn't come with a teacup and we had to ask for it. Asked for the teacup 3 times before we had to finally complain again before they served it. The service used to be was on point with the savory or sweet refills. But this round we had to request for refills a few times before they finally made their round to our table. Having been here a few times I thought they could also revamp their selections. I might not come back again due to the service.

Lovely service! Friendly, warm and genuine. The coffees and teas are good quality. The tiers of tea time food is great! They allowed unlimited refill Wich was good because i personally prefer savory so the sweet stuff didn't appeal to me hahaha If you come in twos it threes, be prepared to sit on high chairs. Not uncomfortable but not my favorite. Parking is rather expensive, spent $18 plus on that alone just to cover the time for tea. The surrounding is beautiful for a post tea time walk, hand in hand of cos! : )

We went there for high tea after reading raving reviews about this place. The food was average given the high price one pays for a high tea. One of the manager came over to ask my sister how was the food, to which she said it was ok. That seem to displeased him as he said that “you shouldn’t say it’s ok, it should be good” and he proceed on to say how good is their food. I’m surprised, does the customer service culture of this restaurant demand their customer to give only good feedback. I will not recommend this place to my friends.

Savoury food was delicious! On the buffet table, there was breaded salmon and truffle chicken pie.. As I do not have a sweet tooth, I found the desserts too sweet for me. Love the free flow drinks, tea and ice chocolate, ice mocha were better than expected! However, one thing to really improve may be the service. To show service and my refill of the tea didn't come.
