Held my private party of 35 at this place. Had the room with pool table and darts. Really tasty food commented by my guests. Overall good service too. Only the buffet area is a bit cramp. Otherwise its a good size room. Had chosen the photo booth option too and they had more than enough props for you to choose from. Great photographers! Songs selection are okay. Couldn't find some of the song we want. Would be nice if there was some wireless selection using mouse or something instead of just handphone or going to the wall panel I think. For Western foreigners, Kareoke represents a justifiable source of anxiety. Whether singing songs alone due to relative obscurity in the country, or listening to others singing without being able to understand, let alone join in; awkward footage of an alien in the room is a very familiar sight. However, in Singapore, better acquaintance with English songs ameliorates many of these concerns, and HaveFun Kareoke features an impressive catalogue sufficient to meet the requests of westerners of any age. Their VIP room is especially well equipped, with pool table, darts board, and dancing pole. The staff are very helpful, completing the experience. British men abroad all too often escape proper immersion in the culture around them, escaping to more familiar creature comforts which are especially easy to find in the Commonwealth. I cannot stress enough a recommendation to escape this bubble of comfort. A large group is advisable, both for disguise of appalling singing voices, and spread of cost of expensive drinks.

Able to book pretty last minute on a weekend afternoon. The Bugis cube outlet has bigger rooms compared to the rest. Their executive room (the smallest one) can fit 6-8 people, whereas other outlets can only fit 4-5 people. Toilets are clean and service is good too, staff are all very friendly.

What I liked: Friendly staff, decent price (by SG standards), good song catalogue, convenient location What could be improved: Hygiene (there was a dead cockroach on the table in our room)

First time here for bday celebration and definitely not a good experience unfortunately… PRO: Prior to our reservation, we had already told and also sms their reservation team is for birthday and would require deco and willing to top up the different however no deco was done 😔 Their recovery was providing the b’day board which is very similar to HDL bday board and a complimentary either snack/ soft drink... well at east their team could make up at a very last min therefore given 3⭐️ instead of two.. CON: The deluxe room we gotten had a very strong cig 🚬 smell, effect most room pass by do have it too and for sure will not suitable for family with young children along. Overall staff was nice & friendly but I would had given 4s if they had deliver our request. Do note, a deposit of S$50 is require for weekend to security your reservation.

TLDR: You are better off elsewhere! Compared to the last time I was here (2022), the outlet has really deteriorated. Was assigned room 07 with a non-functional aircon and was told that there’s nothing they could do, only for them to assign a better room after our request. Food was late (30-40mins) and 2hr/1hr free promo was not applicable even though poster T&Cs did not state the conditions. Would not recommend, proceed to Chao K Party or Teo Heng instead

Generally, did not have a pleasant experience booking from Havefun (not the first time) as the number of people per room was not accurate as shown on their website. Was not aware of my room size during booking and only found out when ordering drinks. Seems quite dishonest and we ended up spending way more than expected. Also, ordered a jug of water but even that tasted very salty. Would definitely not recommend.

The staff were swarmed and the lady at the counter was clearly overwhelmed having to handle walk ins and picking up the phone to answer calls, but she did her best and was super friendly and helpful when we told her our room was not prepared yet. She took a while to get to us but she kept apologizing and returned us 15mins because of the delay while waiting for her to help us fix it. I suggest everyone be kind and patient because the staff are doing their best. No need to raise your voice at them because they will eventually get to you. The room we got was spacious but it looked kinda dirty but it didn’t matter because me and my friend were dancing while singing anyways! Great sound system and great selection of songs! I would suggest you get someone who can speak and read Chinese from your group to teach how to use the system because it was all in Chinese. Nevertheless a great experience!

This place is quite pricey but facilities are fun. They charge by rooms which have games and darts or by head. If you are more of a Chinese singer, this place is for you. The English song variety is very limited. We had some difficulty navigating the song selection thing because it's in Chinese. They also have an app which I recommend downloading to your for song selection because it's so much easier and convenient. But you also have to have wechat for it to work well. Rooms are well maintained and staff is very friendly.

The worst experience EVER. Book at your own risk. My fiancé and I booked this place 3 months in advance to celebrate our wedding after party with our bridal party and friends. We even paid a $300 deposit at the venue. The day before they tell us that they double booked us and could only give us the room for 2hours when it was supposed to be till close. We had already invited 30 people to our party and was hyping everyone up in advance. The worst part? There was no solution they didn’t offer to compensate us, didn’t offer us another room. Even though the other party booked after us, they told US to accommodate or find another solution. They didn’t even offer to check with their other outlets for us. Seriously so unprofessional. Even to get our $300 deposit we need to wait 2 weeks. Worst service ever, we had to scramble to find another place to book within 12 hours and had to change all our plans. Seriously horrible service. The place is also super run down.

Considering the place is at the central area, quite accessible. Quite costly for the session and the package doesn't comes with drinks. Interesting part is the system do comes with the score system. Most of the popular song they have. Their small room space is able to cater for at least 6 pax. The sound system still quite ok. Recommended to try if you never visit before.

The rooms are big and the service by Jin Jie and her staff are very friendly and professional. Very happy today. I will give 100 stars for her team at Bugis Cube. I will highly recommend all my friend to this place for karaoke and party 😁👍👍

The ginger ale was so diluted that it might as well be coloured water. They changed it for us after I complained. But the changed ginger ale just have a slight improvement. The original singing kept dropping off. The mala dumplings was tasty enough but cold even though it was just served. The fried pork doesn't seem to have much pork in them. Never again. Also, we were told free one hour for two hours paid. We booked for it a week ago for a sat immediately but the girl never told us it's not applicable on Sat. So today then we know but already paid.

We went to this karaoke with our bosses & colleagues, sing halfway, they asked us to change room due to their mistake that another customer reserved the room we were in so they agreed to extend 1 hour for us because we agreed to change the room but ended up they only gave us 20 mins only & told us there was miscommunication & that they didn't promise to give 1 hour, terrible service, will not patronise anymore seriously.

Place a little run down but still worth the visit! Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Loads of songs to select from and sound system is better than the other popular "TH" brand.

The outlets at Bugis Cube is pretty run down. No where near the pictures shown here. They occupied the full floor at level 6 but the toilet is super dirty. I have feedback to them, their reply was the toilet is managed by the building.. I am sure they can just have their cleaner/staff to mop it and refilled the papers isn’t it? We booked the VIP room, Not worth the money.

Visit bugis+ outlet for 1st time today, Sgd96.50 for 3 hours(no alcohol,no drink,2pax small room),the most expensive karaoke i ever been!! 1st room sound system is terrible,sudden loud,sudden low volume,the mic also not ok,staff came and adjust but still same,wasting one hour in tat room,staff arrange to change room,but waited for 10 minute still cnt order song,showing " room is locked".. OMG !!!!! total mood spoil of the day !!!

Always go to have fun. But 1st time to this outlet. On 1st look, we thought it was a clubbing zone with many bouncers. Haha! Efficient and friendly service staff. They have abundance of staff on standby. This outlet has a lot of food From fried snacks, to crabs, to mini lobsters, to Ma la chicken etc. We forgot to ask price. The bill came up to a whopping $150 for 3 of us! 2 hours ktv from 7-9. Minus away the food costs? This room charge (with 0 food n drinks) Cost about $125. Omg. Stun. VIP room is quite spacious, ideal for larger groups and office events. The sound system was quite decent and there was also a darts board available.

I was expecting better sound system and more spacious room for the rates they are charging. However, our room was cramped. Other KTV charge at least 30% lesser for the same size. Aircon is spoilt, but they changed the room for us after I demanded for it. Sound system is not fantastic, sofas are sunken in. Not worth the price. But to be fair I heard their newer outlets are better.

Shilei has been very patience and helpful throughout the whole process with me. Big thank to Jacinta who coordinate this as well. We all have a great time at the party night. The full team has been very helpful. Good hospitality received for the night. The birthday girl is very happy! Well done and definitely will come back again.

Saw the review was not so good but don mind trying for the 1st time to this outlet. Efficient and friendly service staff. The food is good especially the sotong ball was damn good that we order a few more set. The k system is good too and there is a dart machine that some can enjoy singing and some enjoy throwing dart! Overall good experience! Well recommend! For sure , will visit again.

managed to get a room for 8 pax last minute on a weekend afternoon (3:30pm). each of us paid about $13 for a 2 hour karaoke session with free flow drinks and a side dish to share (we chose the fishballs which were quite nice). the song selection system is easy to use and there are 3 microphones – 2 handheld and 1 standing. however the 2 handheld microphones had no battery so we had to change, but the process was fast so it wasn't a big deal. the room is also quite big and the sofa is comfortable. as for feedback, i think the staff could have helped us when we were confused about which jar to use for the drinks because there were no instructions. we only knew which one to use when one of the staff "scolded" us for taking the wrong jar. also, our bill came about 10 minutes before our session ended which required me to go to the counter to pay. in the future they should give the bill after the whole session is over so that customers can make full use of the time.

Place is pretty run down comparing to other outlets. Aircon was not that cold hence they had a portable fan in a room (red flag). What makes it more worst is that the portable fan has more dust than a cabinet that hasn’t been wiped off for years 😰… the sound barrier wasn’t good too, we could literally hear the rooms beside us and knew what song they picked… (red flag) We paid for about $45/pax for 3 hours & 4 pax and it’s totally not worth it. 👎 Toilet is as dirty as public toilet shared by thousands of people, environment was also run down/dirty but wasn’t that bad yet. Before the timing ends, staffs were already outside standing waiting to switch on the lights (so eager to chase us out meh🤣. P/s: there was a lot of empty rooms so it’s not full house). And what is quite unacceptable is that they actually come in the room in the midst of session to ask for payment. (On the lights and leave it on like after they left) Like bro.. the entire floor is owned by you, we can’t run anywhere or you can actually ask us make payment before we actually enter the room. 😒 9.9/10 wouldn’t come back again. 0.1 is unless all other outlets islandwide is filled up fully 🤪

The place is run down, and the aircon is warm. We sweat while singing in the room. The staff explained this is centralized aircon and they can't do anything about it, after we complained a several time, finally the staff put a fan in our room. The drinks is not acceptable as well, the Coke served in jar with no gas. Overall, this KTV not recommended.

Room for 4person was ok and sound systems OK. Screen is big and song selection available was ok, generally, place is clean, air-conditioning is blowing on the inner side of room. The ventilation for the floor was not great so the whole place smells of oil used to fry the finger foods. The console to select songs is on the wall and we attempted to install the app on phone but it could not connect and there was no instructions.

Unfortunately I didn't know they don't maintain the room standards. I was being charged for a 小房.. As all of their 小房 were occupied I was being 'upgraded' to a VIP room. The room was soooo big that can occupy more than 15pax What gross me out were the cleanliness of the place.. 1. The room comes with Cigarette stench!! 2. Found a piece of broken glass on the floor.. 3. Holes on the sofa - proves there's patrons who smokes in the room 4. The room is quite dark, hence no idea how dirty looking were the sofa. But my skin (back of my thigh area) reacted almost immediately with rashes. Changed my seat to a stool immediately too If I'm paying such high price for karaoke, I should be enjoying some minimal standard of the room (air, cleanliness and service) There are better KTV out there. Just stating all the facts and our experience last night Toilets were disgusting too!!

If you are intending to visit this outlet thinking it has the same standard (frm cleanliness to decor to ambience to sound system) as the one at 313 Somerset, you will be terribly disappointed. This outlet has grossly misrepresented the condition of their rooms on their website. Basically, they took over the previous old karaoke - Manekineko and almost no change to the rooms. Just imagine yourself visiting a Teo Heng karaoke but at Havefun pricing of $38++/hr. Teo Heng has better sound system than this outlet btw...

With fave voucher/entertainer it’s quite worth, but place is damp and under construction so definitely recommend 313 branch instead though there’s more space here. Felt that this place is wayyyy older. Staff super friendly though. Nice variety of chips provided. Can select songs from phone once you sync up.

System not exactly good and songs selection not as complete as others. Responding to below reply today 22.07.19, we were allocated to the VVIP room that was for 60 pax (Can't find a reply option in google review). I believe the equalizer has to be re-set because when we were there last week, the speakers keeps projecting sharp loud echo sound constantly especially when 2 or more person is singing. And the songs that needs to be updated into system for 1 of the example is 周兴哲's song as it is only available in apps where we can only approach the staff to assist us to input from her mobile to our song list. Because if we are doing it on our own, it is a hassle to download the apps and to configure the settings before we can even get to the same page to select the song from apps to song list.

Great sounds system and nice staff. The rooms is really nice and i get to take some nice instaworthy photos at their place. definitely will come back again!!

Expensive!!! Alcohol + rates all pricey. Good for Chinese songs, but bad for English - small range and difficult to search. Not worth it for small groups at all. Bad service - if you cant speak Chinese don't go, they will not try to understand. The lady asked us to pay halfway through and interrupted our time instead of paying at the end or at the start. Very strange!!!! However, was clean + good furnishing. Go if you're looking for Chinese songs or can speak it, otherwise give it a skip. Would not go back. Definitely better karaoke in my own country.

Its an old building but never judge a book by its cover. I wanted to extend another hour but it was extremely packed during the weekend when I was there. The staff there was quite nice and kind and they attended to us almost immediately everytime we runv the service bell, the changing of batteries was on the spot. Overall super fast service

Smokey smokey smokey; I had to immediately shower and wash my hair when we got home. The audio system kept the echo despite us completely turning it off via the TV unit. The standing microphone would not stay on; our snack plate set was delivered at 1hr50 min (when we booked for 2 hours and were on our last songs). The bathroom is not in great shape (you can survive it, it's just worse than the shopping mall). Men's bathroom confirmed to also be bad based on others in my party. English Song Selection limited; a lot of 80s and 2010+, but very little between; and the search system is pretty bad (the system is older and you can tell, but -- it IS a touch screen and better than a book and keypad)! We were charged a pretty ridiculous sum for a bottle of wine, but the snacks were cheap. My favorite Singapore karaoke spot is no longer in business due to COVID but this is definitely a "B/C tier" spot that will do the bare minimum and we left because we did not want to linger (which is the opposite of a great karaoke experience). If you want something shiny and glamorous, this is not the experience you're looking for -- it's the equivalent of a dive bar in karaoke terms, so be ready!

Went there with a friend of mine as her previous experience was good , but was so disappointed as it felt like the staffs did not know what they were doing , firstly when we entered the room , the staff asked us , if we wanted 1 or 2 hours , initially we agreed on 2 hours and also asked if we can order the food from restaurant downstairs..and the staff said yes , as we were still deciding , we ordered a jug of water , when the next staff served us he claimed that he does not know how to take orders ?? Fine , next min another guy came saying that oh can't order the food from downstairs.. only can order from them ? But we were not told of all these in the first place , so then we asked if we could change to sing for an hour instead ( we have not even drank their water nor started singing) the guy told us oh weekends min needs to be 2 hours ? Then why were we given an option of 1 hour ? Moving forward , we went to the counter and the 2 lady staffs there said they can't change as it is already keyed inside the system , by then I told them that it's fine we will just pay for the water we ordered and leave but they insisted that they still have to charge us for an hour and even if we sing for an hour 9.46pm to 10.29 ? It's not even an hour ! I argud with them and said shouldn't it start from now and end at 10.46 since there is alot of miscommunication and bad service rendered , ended up we apid 60 plus for an hour but to be honest totally but worth it and from my perspective it is a very terrible experience as staffs are rude and not trained properly no communication and felt like they just wanted us to pay for that 2 hours for the sake of earning.. regardless I don't feel that they are honest .. won't recommend to go at all , first and last time going back.
